[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — service

we are staying at gujrat, diss valsad, killa pardi, .
we are not gating the proper service from yours coustmer service agent.
we dont have any contcet no to book our cilender.
the people are not responding to us.
please do somthing .

Dear Sir/Mam,
My name is Harshbardhan.I am living at C-42, vaishali(Sec-2)Ashirbad.Ghaziabad(Utter Predesh).I have submited my application form at 7th july2009 for new LPG connection.But i have not got connection till date.
When i call in bharat gass office(Surya nagar) then the person name sonu talls me i will verifiey your
address then u shall get new connection.I have personaly visited that office at lest 3 times and called at least 5 times answer was same.But that person has not verifed my addeass.When i went to that
office for connection sonu told me you will get connection hardly in 15 days.I am a working person my office is very far from bharat gass office.I cann't go there again and again.
My wife is with me.We are faceing lots of problem due to LPG gass.
Kindly look after this matter
