[Resolved] Bharat Gas — late delivery of cylinder and rude behaviour of staff

respected sir/madam i have booked cylinder on 03.06.2009 but till today i.e. 20.06.2009 the same is not delivered moreover their staff talk so rudely i cant explain.This is not story of this month, every month i receive cylinder very late after reminding them again & again. my consumer no. is s-13298 agency name is " simran gas service " basti jodhewal ludhiana pb. Bharat Gas — Late delivery of cylender and Mobiles are switched off

Muktsar gas service Muktsar (Punjab) the agency of Bharat Gas is booking the Refill after 21 days and the delivery of booking is always with in a weak after booking. If you want to contact with owner Mr. Vijay and Raman The mobile no of both owners are switched off in working hours also. the mobile number are conformed from Bharat gas web page. Please take a strict action against the agency owner

Respected Sir,
I have booked cylinder 0n 27-7-09 till today i haven't received.The staff talk rudely.Its very difficult to get the telephone lines.When ever i call i will get message saying switched off or out of calling area.My consumer no:B-50344.Gas agency Pratibha Gas M V P colony Vishakapatnam.I request you to please look into the matter.so that we don' t face this kind of problem again.
