[Resolved]  Bharat Gas Limited — Transfer Problem

I transferred my gas connection from Noida to Faridabad. Noida gas agency has given me confirmation letter in hand to avoid postal delay in transfer confirmation. Now the Faridabad badhkhal gas agency is not accepting it. I said you can phone there and they will confirm whether they have given me confirmation or not but the agency is saying I will accept only through post. I don't think it is good to haras and the agency is also asking me two registry envelops. Please help me so that i can get the connection.

Bharat Gas Limited — too late delivery of gas cylinder

my bharat cooking gas consumer no. is 9654.
Agency Name- Surya Gas Agency, najafgarh, delhi

I had booked my gas cylinder on 14th Nov 2009 but still now, I had not been delivered my gas cylinder which is very
disgusting for such a reputed company. Before this, I had already reminded to my agency for 3 times but no response. so plz help me soon and be assure not to repeated in future

I have booked for a new domestic connection in pune at Ratan Enterprise, Kalewadi phata, .

This is to bring to your notice, it is almost 2 month, I dint get any call for my application status.
my booking number is 1050, on 7/11/2009.

How much time will it take for new gas connection.

I request you to kinldy look into this matter.

Bharat Gas Limited — DELAY DELIVERY AND MISS BEHAVIOUR TO CUSTOMER

Dear sir / madam,

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no 16568 in the name of PANNA LAL on dt. 23/08/2010 but till today on 07.09.2010 . My gas booking no. is [protected] .
I have not recieved the cylinder yet. I have been calling the distributor KITCHEN FLAME ,B - BLOCK, MANGOL PURI, DELHI- 110083. there is not responding to the phone calls made thousand times in last FIVE days on these numbers (Ph.[protected],[protected],[protected] .
This phone lines are either busy or ringing continuously. That means this officals talking to there friends, relatives etc.It keep it phone busy or it pick up the receiver and keep it on the table. For personal work and whenever the ringing tone is coming the are not lifting the receiver expecting the call from the customer.Please stop this harrasmentI came to know that this agency sell gas in the black market. In this area, many of the customers are complaining about this. They are extremely rude and show a careless attitude to everybody. Till date I have not got the cylinder. There is always shortage of gas in this area becuase of this. nobody is here to check up this matter.
I request to you look into this matter and solve this with emmediate effect.Kindly help me as soon as possible.
