Dear Sir,

Our consumer no. with Bharat Gas for LPG cylinders is 52078 and our distributor is Chitra Gas Service, Sector 55, Noida. They claim that they do not accept any online booking (done from ebharatgas.com). When we try to do manual booking, their phone number keeps going busy for hours. After years of poor service, I am completely fed up now. It seems the only way to get work done is by bribing the agency's people and getting access to their personal mobile number - do you suggest that we follow that path?

Even if we do manual booking (after calling them for many days) they provide us a two digit booking number instead of the 8 digit number which should be provided. This implies that they are not registering our booking on the Bharatgas portal so that tomorrow if we complain, they can claim that the booking was never made.

This is a complete hoax!

Please let us know what is the way forward and please take action so that consumers can take benefit from the much advertised online and sms booking. It will be great if the owner of Chitra Gas can also take suitable action against its staff and get things right.

I agree, Bharat Gas is loosing it's reputation like this in Noida region.
Bharat Gas is loosing Market because of poor distributors and poor online responses.

    This agency is not at all delivering the gas cylinder at proper time. We were calling them for lot of times even we booked through mobile only but still we didnt get the cylinder still now.. I think they were doing some business with the cylinder that is the reason they were not delivering the cylinder on correct time. I have called now also and she is telling some server problem blah blah and she is very confidently telling that today it is not possible to give. And i asked atleast tommorrow, then she is telling we will try...

    Bharat Gas — Delivery of Cylinder not proper and time

    Dear Sir,

    I am Pradeep Singh S/o Shri Roshan Singh Bhadoria and Bharath Gas Consumer No. 13507. I have booked for a cylinder on 03.01.2010 and your staff informed that the cylinder will be delivered within 10 days. I am following up with your office people since 15 days and every day they will tell us that the cylinder will be given today itself but till today we have not received. please inform your people to speak the truth with the customer and keep control on your cylinder delivery boys at Gwalior.

    Today I asked your office people to give your contact no. they says that you don't have any mobile and you have not reached the office.


    Please understand the public problems and deliver the cylinders in time.

    I hope you will do the needful and deliver the cylinders in time.

      LPG Gas (Bharath) — Refill not delivering properly.

      Hi,

      I have a gas connection with Bharath (Padmavathi Gas Agency, Selliyur, Tambaram, Chennai 73) and I have registered my refill on 3 march 2012. But till now they didn't delivered it.

      So, Please re-solve the issue asap.

      Note: This is not first time...Usually they are doing like this. And also they will not pickup the phone calls.

        coco pump halvad me salesman ko kam tankhwa milti he. salary sirf 1500 +1000 hai.. jabki company salesman ko 5395.59(total 7012.16-PF) deti hai..baki ki tankhwa manager kha jata hai.. manager kehta hai ki bank of baroda me jo account hai usme se sirf 2500 nikale.. tankhwa 5395.59 hai aur woh salesman ko kehta hai 2500 hi nikale.. is petrolpump manager kafi golmal kar raha hai.. woh sare bill me rakam badha kar dikhata hai jabki kharcha itna nahi hota... kya company is aadmi ke khilaf koy kadam utha ke salesman ko unka haq dilayegi.. agar company un logo ke kuch nahi karegi to kon karega? please sir jaldi iske bare me kuch kijiye aur salesmano ko unka haq dilaye.....

          I am consumer of Bharat Gas I stay in juinagar,I Transfred my gas conetion from parel to juainagar that time they told me whenever you submit all docunmets.They will give you the conection immegiatlly. I submit all documet (7th Dec 2011) that time they give me one Reciept and Regulator.
          But so far they are not provide me cilender.whenever i give call from my side they always tell me Tomorrow we will send .br...

          redemption of rewards points — Non receipt of voucher against redemption of reward points

          My card no. is [protected]. Dear Sir/Madam,

          This is to inform you that I have ordered for Big Bazar vouchers against redemption of my reward points for Rs. 500/- on 18 th december 2008.

          I have not yet received it even after month..

          I am really very disappointed with the services for redemption of my own earned reward points.

          I hope for quick and positive solution of it.
          I know it is waste to register a complain, however one should never stop trying

          I applied for petrol card in the month of July - 26 at gachibowli petrol pump - Lalitha's ([protected]). Who punched in my mobile number wrong in the payment slip however when I wanted to correct those details they said it is not a problem as the form includes the correct information.

          First Complaint raised - C[protected] dated 7th Aug and they informed that the petrol card was not received and they have submitted the new form and the card should get delivered in 10 - 15 days

          Sept - 15 - 16 I tried calling the BP Care, which was one rude service, refuse to help saying they cannot find any details and the above complain number is wrong in this I have visited the pump twice but they refused to provide me details as the in charge is not available.

          I dont have the necessary info saved, would never though that BPCL department is a cheat and will give you only false info.

          Info on slip got wiped off because it was not a print (like credit card slip). So I ended up with no info with me - Good strategy by BPCL to cheat customers

          After visiting BPCL and speaking with the manager, who promised me that I should be getting the card soon and will find info which he never did

          New complaint was raised on 3rd Oct - C[protected], for which I was informed that they never received my form

          After making several attempts with petrol pump and care I was able to get the confirmation details

          VPL[protected] Prasad - [protected]

          and was told that the card should be with me in 10 days

          This was the most irritating and unprofessional experience in my life and most unprofessional company and staff

          I am trying to reach Prasad, who never answers his phone no replies to messages and petrol pump is bluntly refusing stating they have sent it twice now they cannot help

          I would like to take this up with higher authority ...

          I want my full refund and compensation for run around with so much fuel wasted

            I have been shifted from the agency Dhanalakshmi Agency Vepery during May 2011 due to my residence change. Up to change of my residence I used to get the LPG in time without any complaint.
            After my change of residence my residence comes under M/s Kanniga Agency Madavaram.
            After got my registration in Kanniga Agency my consumer number is 27542.

            I am sorry to inform you that the day of registration onwards only one time the agency supplied the LPG to my house i.e door delivery. After that, so many times I visited the agency and met the manager and other staff and I was told that the LPG will supply but it was vain.
            Every time after booking ,I waited for some times and went to the agency and got the LPG cylinder from the Godown which is far away from the agency office. Every time I used to get the LPG cylinder by person which is injustice.

            This time I booked the LPG thro SMS on[protected] and my reference number is 14735585 but still date even though lapse of 25 days I have not received the

            cylinder In this juncture I want to inform you that the phone number give me for contacting the agency , the number is always buzy or no response.
            I wish to inform you that I am working as executive in BSNL and I am not having time to visit every day from the delivery due date and not able to get the cylinder in person. Kindly check of my previous history and take action immediately.

            For your information the numbers of the agency which were given to me[protected]/25552058/manager number [protected] [switched off].

            Further I want to inform you that the same problem is being faced by the Bharat Gas customers who are residing in our area/flats. Hence I request you to kindly look in to the matter and take proper action for supply of LPG cylinder in time not only for me but also those who are facing the same problem in my area immediately. .

            I hope this letter will take in response and the supply will be done immediately.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I would like to bring this malpractice to your kind notice that I am the customer of Bharat Gas. My consumer no. is 003429; and fall under the dealership of M/s SAGAR GAS AGENCY (BHARAT GAS DISTRIBUTOR), BIRSINGH PURA ROAD, KHANDELA, SIKAR (Rajasthan). As per rule and regulation, any gas agency is bounded to provide home delivery service free of cost in India. I always face the delay of 35-60 days in delivery of Gas Cylinder every time after the booking date & the delivery never take proper address place. They distribute the gas cylinders at a spot which 01 km far away from my address. After several local complaints on Agency the situation is same without any improvement. When I asked their reason then reply was “Low Stock”, but we give more money the cylinder will come within a day, how it’s possible.

              This month the delivery man is asking more money while delivering the cylinder saying the prices has been increased. But the receipt still says it costs Rs.380/-(Including VAT). But the delivery man is saying that it costs Rs.400/-. I had to pay Rs.20/- extra due to this.
              I face very poor and very rude response from M/s Sagar Gas Agency. This agency is not at all bothered about the customer.
              I request to you please take action on that agency. Not only for me, had so many customers told me the same problem. So please solve our problem.

              Your assistance in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

              i am a customer of radha gas company and i am very upset of the service given by this company. i am facing so much problem with the refill service. every time i book the cylinder, i have to go the office to check whether its been billed or not and when i learn that it is booked again go to ask when will they deliver the same. nobody to respond properly and when force to answer they ask us to take the delivery by ourselves...is this what you manage...very very bad service and very poor staff...

                  I have a Bharat Gas connection bearing the consumer No. 50631 at my residence in Ghatkesar Mandal of RR District. The gas cylinder is being supplied from Varshini Gas Agency, Bharat Gas dealer from Bibinagar Mandal of Nalgonda. I am trying to make booking through phone on [protected] and [protected] numbers, but the dealer is not receiving the phone for the last 10 days. Also the dealer is not willing to supply the gas cylinders by door delivery. we the residents of Ghatkesar mandal having Bharat gas connection are facing problems every time when we book the cylinder. Please look in to the matter and direct the concerned authorities to establish/open a dealer in Ghatkesar mandal which has a large number of Bharat Gas consumers.

                    I want to say that I have booked my home delivery gas cylinder at my nearest gas agency "NARAINA" up to 1.5 month before today but they are not sent my cylinder yet. Many time i call them to my booking but no satisfy answer received toward them.

                    This is not 1st time, and not only me but always they are late in delivery to me and almost every people.

                    They satisfy only powerful people and give them extra cylinder and private hotels and restaurants first after that give other people.

                    So kindly take some action about it, otherwise i will take other action about it.

                    sir my self debiprasad sahoo ,the gas connection of bharat gas company is on my mothers name Mrs. shakunta sahoo having consumer number 5464 of rajranpur, dist- Nayagarh. we are booked under barnagas, Odagaon which was a dealer of bharatgas.i booked for refilling of cylinder from 5th of august till now the date 28th of august, i could not recive my cylinder. when i asked to the dealer point , they told the cylinder will gave in two days , from 21st of august I Litton this answer, but till now i can not receive my refilled cylinder. please told me what can i do? because its already 24 days gone . when can i refilling my next cylinder? its a problem of every month people like us suffer every time.so take action and solve our problems.
                    I have Bharat gas connection and my numeber is 27991. For last 8 months or so I am facing the problem with delivery of cylinders. Whenever I ask for the refilling of my gas cylinder, concerned person promise me for the delivery in next two days but I dont get it in even next 15 days. Contacting them is headache. No of agency is[protected]. Most of the time I get user busy and in case I get the line, nobody attends the call. For booking a cylinder it takes two or three days because of phone engage problem. For checking the status again after 15 days, I need to wait for more 2-3 days to get connected to them. In case I get the number, they again promise to deliver it in next two days.
                    generally I follow for 1 month, 3-4 times then I get the cylinder.
                    I heard that, Indian government has the provision that, Gas cylinder will be delivered to customers in 24 hrs. Even if I am wrong, following up for one month is not acceptable.
                    I would request you to please take necessary action.
                    Complaint against Late delivery of gas cylinder by Bharat Gas

                    The domestic gas i use comes from Bharat Gas. This complaint is against the very late delivery of gas cylinder from Siddhi Gas Agency. While booking the gas they claim that the maximum required time for delivery is 12 days but it always gets 8 to 10 days late means we get the gas after 20-22 days of booking. When the cylinder delivery employees come with the cylinder vehicle, we always call them and ask them to deliver the cylinder to our home after showing the gas record book, but they always say "We will deliver it by tomorrow. Now all the gas cylinders are over" and delay it. They keep doing the same till 7 more days and only after we go to the agency itself and complaint that the gas cylinder has not been delivered yet, the send the Cylinder . Such a long delay is a big problem for us.

                        I want to bring to your notice a case where a cylinder is booked from last 37 days and till now Local office Rudrapur has not delivered gas. We have a 25 yr old connection with Bharat Gas and this is really sad to say that your services are really disappointing and worst now a days in rudrapur.My Mother 55 yrs of age, is visiting and calling your office daily but no body is bothered to answer her prayers.I am in delhi and not in a position to help, Everytime she visits or call, your office lady Madhu tells her come tommorrow. This is the height of sufferings, and disappointment from your part. Matter is not for one cylinder , it is the matter of proper service. Either you are short of supply, or you are black marketing your cylinders. We are forced to buy cylinders in black, what are we supposed to do when we do not get gas even after 36 days? beacuse no other option is left. Its your office who is forcing us for corruption and you are equally responsible for black marketing.You says' customer first- but you do not live upto this value. We share a relation of almost 25 yrs.I had words with your Zonal office bareily, Mr Rajiv, but he also needs 4 hrs to look into this. And after 4 hrs he said i m off from duty call on tuesday.WHY NOBODY TAKES ONUS OF RESPONSIBILITY IN YOUR ORGANISATION?If you really care for your consumers then try to reach them and sort their problems. This happens every month, rudrapur local office provides gas to people like DABANGS, restaurant owners,other high profile people who have atleast 10 connections(fraud).I request you to pls look into this matter and solve this asap otherwise i have to knock the door of consumer court.Waiting for your immediate action on this case of suffering. You cannot imagine the amount of anger, frustration and disappointment
                        inside me. You have got corrupt employees in rudrapur and even worse is Mr. Rajiv who is not helping in this situation. If you really care about solving customer problems then pls correct your rotten and corrupt employees first who are indulge in black marketing of cylinders in rudrapur, and who knows in other cities also.

                        CAN SOMEONE LOOK INTO THIS????????

                          I have booked for L P G Cylinder on Bharat gas website online with the robin gas service which is one of the worst distributor in delhi where phone lines are continuously busy or no body will pick the phone and even if your are lucky enough then the person who will pick the phone is very rude and non cooperative. i have booked the cylinder on[protected] and got the cylinder on[protected] after pursuing personally going there twice they deliver the
                          cylinder on[protected] with cash memo order no.26980 dt.[protected] and the delivery man refused to weigh the cylinder. i have searched on bharat gas site but there i don't get any mechanism to book the complaint.

                            I have a gas connection of Bharat Gas. My consumer ID is 14913. My agency is Manvir Gas Agency. I booked my gas on 18th November. My booking reference is 14967010. Till date 26th November, I have not received my cylinder. I already complained 3-4 days back but there is no action or response from your side.

                            Please take the necessary action or otherwise I have to go to higher authorities.

                              Respectfully it is stated that the supply of domestic LPG Cylinder from M/S Sushant Enterprises ,Hodal the authorised distributor of BPCL is not giving the proper supply . It never book the Domestic LPG Cylinder before one month and after 2 or 3 days it was supplied to the customer. regard this i have complaint it to BPCL complaint calll center but no result. the complaint no is 3808505 and now the reminder complaint no is 3860090. The complaint centre says that there is no feedback came so we remind them again.
                              so please take the necessary action regard this . i shall be very thankful to you for this

AND THEY ARE BLACKMAILING THE COSTUMER IF YOU WANT TO MAKE ANY AFFIDAVIT FOR NEW CONNECTION OR SOME OTHER PURPOSE, THAT "TANAYA GAS AGENCEY" ADMINSTRATOR SAY TO MAKE YOU AFFIDAVIT IN "RAMDEV XEROX" , IF YOU,R MAKE FROM ANY OTHER OR ADVOCATE , WE HAVE NOT ACCEPT YOUR APPLICATION.

                                    There is high misuse of Domestic LPG gas cylinders in an unauthorized plastic recycling godown at plot No. 204 Arvind Enclave Mundka Delhi-110041.
                                    This is an unauthorized godown situated in resident area and use very high amount of Domestic LPG gas. I request to higher authorities to take action as soon as possible to save domestic LPG and hence helping against rise in domestic LPG prices...
                                    Here i want to bring under your kind notice that all the above said tenants illegally sublet their shops and unauthorised DHABA’S are running in these shops, they didn’t have any valid permission/licence from MCD, POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENT. They all are using Domestic cylinder of LPG, unauthorised water connection and unauthorised electric connection. By using domestic cylinder’s and they have no safety measure by providing cylinder for fire fighting purpose. This aria is very prone to meet with a fire accident. i never /ever allowed them for running illegal DHABA’S as well as they were never permitted to run DHABA’S by the previous owners of this property . Previous owner’s of this property were already inform to your honour by reg. A.D. letter that they hand over the property R-25 to me and they will not be responsible in case of any accident if took place.
                                    Finally I undertake that i am the legal owner of this whole property i.e. R-25, RITA BLOCK LAXMI NAGAR SHAKARPUR DELHI and i never/ever allow to any tenants for running illegal DHABA’S in my property-25. In the face of above facts i inform your honour if any accident of any type will take place due to running these DHABA’S me or any one from my family is not responsible for that. You are requested with folding hands to direct the concern authorities for take appropriate legal action against the person’s who are running illegal DHABA’S with out any approval from the competent authorities and openly playing with the life of innocent people.

                                      I s.janardhan reddy with bharat gas customer no 12943 not getting cylider in proper time every time from SRI VENKATA SANTOSHI BHARAT GAS AGENCIES kavali,Nellore ( dt).AP we are roaming around it from 10 days.every day they are saying tomorrow ,day after tomorrow like that.                                       I have also experienced the same.I complaint to the higher authorities and the Ministry of consumer affairs yesterday. You can also lodge your complaint at the Bharat Petroleum Website. I also complaint to District Supply Officer, Nellore by email under copy to the Joint Collector and District Collector.
