Dear Sir,
I have my mobile no. [protected] and I have received msg from AIRTEL / Im.igfun.com site that download free 6 tunes from site on dt. 12.12.2008 by email and I have download same on[protected] and from that onwards I am receiving msg. from airtel /no 6411010 that is

‘ Thanks for using(subscription TextBasedServices) subscription service on Airtel WAP, You’ve been charged Rs.10. enjoy http://m.igfun.com. ‘

But I have never subscribe this service and I receiving daily this msg.So I have complained to Airtel on dt.17.12.2008 then they have promised to deactivate this service .
on 18.12.2008, I have received same msg for deduction of Rs.10. and I have complained again in AIRTEL then they said service is automatically activated and they are sending again request for that in concerned department. Then same msg reseved on 19.12.08 and I have complained again to airtel the on 19.12.2008 Sr. Excecutinve of Airtel Madam refund the amount Rs. 10.00 ad conformation msg received from _EU and the conformation Msg. from AIRTEL deactivation of service on 19.12.2008 At.1.100 PM and 1.111 Pm two times i.e. “ Your service request no ROVD[protected] has been closed and TextBasedService has been de-activated
“.

Again on 21.12.2008 received same sm msg . ‘ Thanks for using(subscription TextBasedServices) subscription service on Airtel WAP, You’ve been charged Rs.10. enjoy http://m.igfun.com. ‘

Then I have completed again to AIRTEL on 21.12.2008 at 10.31am with Complaint reference no. [protected]. And they have conform that service again activated automatically and they are forwarding complaint to concerned department and processed maximum with in 48 hrs. and again same msg. received on 22.12 08& 23.12.08 ‘ Thanks for using(subscription TextBasedServices) subscription service on Airtel WAP, You’ve been charged Rs.10. enjoy http://m.igfun.com. ‘

Then again companied to AIRTEL on 23.12.2008 to ther Sr. Executives . Yogesh Mehra and he logged new complaint no.[protected] and also suggested me to send this msg from my mobile pho. i.e. CSUB to 57886 to de-activate again this service and airtel charged Rs.3.00 for that then I have msg. CSUB to 57886 to no. of times and every time I received this information

I have never received any msg. for the conformation of deactivation of service. Again on 24.12.2008 msg received for Rs.10.00 deducation . On 24.122008 at7.03pm msg received from _EU ‘Dear customer, your request is in process, we shall revert with the status at the earliest. Thank you. “

Again I have compalineted to AIRTEL Sr. Executive Mr. Gurvinder Singh, and he said, I am unable to help you and I am only forwarding your request again to concerned department and he is helpless and I have to wait again 48 hrs. because he is instructed by their officials, ask to client for 48 hrs. for any complaint process.

So my complaint is against AIRTEL, that they are charging by wrong ways, for that services, which we are not awaling or activating and after no of complaint again and again they are not responding properly . This is totally looting to client without and arms officially. Kindly let us know where we logged complaint against airtel with claims.

Same problm for me. The most pathetic service airtel is providing. Seems like they are trying to shut down their service. But before that they are trying to extract as many money as possible from the customers. I should suggest to take them to the consumer forum.

Dear Sir,

I have an airtel landline / broad band connection no. [protected]. Last month I shifted from the 2nd floor of the same apartment to the ground floor and had to ask Airtel Customer Suppor Team to shift the Phone connection from Second Floor address to Ground Floor. I asked the Customer Support Executive if there would be any charges levied to me due to this shifting and the customer support exec. confirmed to me since the shifting is in the same apartment "There would be NO Charges Levied" for this shifting. Later the engineer from Airtel came to my place and shifted the phone line which took him approx. 10 mins to do the entire activity as all the cables are already in place for all the apartments in our society for every house. I again asked him will there be a charge for this and his answer was "There would be NO charge for this service as it is in the same apartment".

Around 10-15 days later I was shocked to see in my next bill there was a Charge of Rs. 300 levied on to my bill in the "Other Charges" section. I immediately called up Customer support and now to my surprise I was being harrased by saying there would be a charge to this connetion as the address has changed and it as per our company policy. "What a Shame" A company like Airtel cheating customers like this. I demanded to talk to the floor supervisor Mr. Danish Siddque (As told to me by him) who was not at all customer friendly and in a mood to listen to his customers. He kept insisting that is a company policy and the least he can do about it. "Helpless Supervisor" to say the least with no courtesy and basic knowledge of handling customers. Moreover when I got a little annoyed with him the way he was handling the entire call he told me I can go ahead and surrender this number if I want to however he would do nothing but waste my time. I asked him to log my complaint immediately and he gave me the ticket number[protected]. When I asked I need the Customer Redressal Cell email address and CEO email address he gave me the address of Mr. Gurvinder Singh saying he is the CEO of the company to which I am writing and would wait for any positive response.

I am writing this in the forum with utmost disatisfaction and want everybody to know how AIRTEL as a company is cheating their customers.

    I would start by saying that airtel has pathetic service. my internet has not been working for more than 10 days now, plus the executive has been coming to rectify even after 3 trials he has not been able to rectify the problem.
    I cant understand such a big broadband service provider is not able to rectify this problem.

      Respected Sir,

      The Sub DSA of Airtel Mr. Vikram Raj had collected all relevant documents for providing me the Airtel Mobile SIM. But I did'nt receive the SIM as I was told my verification address was incorrect.

      But after 4 Months Airtel Mobile, Bangalore calls on me and states that I have an outstanding amount to be paid against Mobile No.[protected] for Rs.3577/-. I was surprised to note the same and informed them that I have not been provided any SIM.

      The Sub DSA has provided the SIM to someone else is what I suppose on my document and Airtel has failed to verify the veracity of the receipt of the SIM to the actual subscriber.

      Today 26th Dec 2008, they have sent me a threatening letter of legal proceedings for the amount that I am not liable for their misconduct. I have told them many a times when they have called me.

      But they are not taking any action on either the DSA or Sub DSA who are the main culprits of this mischief and they are unnecessarily harrsing me of dire consequence of physical in nature.

      I do not know what extent the damage this mischief played by Airtel and its DSA or Sub DSA for the SIM falling in the wrong hands who can be threat to the national security.

      They should have some kind of verification after providing the SIM to the customer so that the DSA or Sub DSA do not nexus with wrong elements for their monetary gain and do damage not only to the innocent person who has be made the scape goat but also the nation.

      I request your good self to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest and help me I pray.

          I am having a lot of problems with Airtel DTH service, no Luck with the dearler / supplier of the Dish / set top box, as he is same as the company policy, NO SERIVE AFTER SALES !

          have given a dozen complaints, but no joy. Please guide how to go about .

          Most worst service .I agree with earlier comments. The customer service is hopeless.
          I am holder of Airtel DISHTV bought back before 3 months. Right from day 1 they have made life miserable & repeated complaints have no effect.           Yes Me too facing the problem. They commit something and provides something. No good service. I ahve No ALternativwe but to go to consumer court I think. When I call Marketing they give one or the number each one passes the buck..
          I am the holder of Airrtel Dish TV as we had bought it back last 4 months as the Remote of the dish has been not working (As it had fallen down) n the wire.           Recently I shifted from Delhi to chandigarh. I get connection of Air Tel dish TV on 12/06/2009 for their athourised dealer
          Electorvision, SCO 2408 Sector 22-C chnadigarh. i paid full amount of Rs. 1850/- as per his demand.

          I was getting message that ther is short amount of Rs. 100/- due to me. I contact the dealer over the phone so many times, but the person attending the phone didi not repy to me properly. On 24/06/2009, I was surprised to know that my connection was disconnected. I again contact the dealer over phone, and informed me that by mistake he has not given me the Recharge coupan of Rs. 100/-. and at the same time told me that I have to personally visit his shop to collect the coupan. I requested him since I am new to this City and my office timings are lo long and I cannot come before 9.PM . For this the dealer refused to deliver the recharge coupna at my door step.

          If ithis is the after sale servies of the AIR Tel, I am sorry to say that no one should go for the AIR Tel connection
          i have a problem with this t.v. bcz it disconnect always. it was told me by supplier that 1 year free package but now it was disconnected due to non refilling of extra packge. we refilled also though my tv disconnected for 3/4 days what to do?

          Airtel DTH is the worst...I hav complained like a million times but no action has been taken., ..this is seriously ridiculous...I hope ppl take sum action...after 9pm the sinals stop cumin n the tv goes blank...
          I 100% agree and now believe that Airtel Digital TV is the worst service provider. I also made a mistake of choosing it and taken HD Set top Box on 3 Nov 2010 and from day one onwards I am channels are breaking(Black Screen), I called customer care, and only getting complaint No and also without resolving it they will send SMS that your complaint has been resolved.
          Almost every day I am calling customer care / Dealer (Hind Distributor) but my problem not solved.
          Now I want to return it back and refund from Airtel as I do not TRUST this product.

          I will advice every one not to take this WASTE product because of this only they give free with many products.

              I am enclosing copy of my all mails sent to Airtel (Mobile No.[protected])for my compensation against I spent for my visit to Lucknow/Pune/Bangalore as their representatives every time confirmed that STD Facility is already running/activate within 4 hours - But all failed only false promises received. Every new executives blame to earlier & told I activatef. Technical Error -You mentioned that it is out of control and on other side your representatives every time confirmed that they solved the problem & you will never face it again but in actual STATUS SAME - Who is right you or your representatives who is attending the telephone calls? where customer believe?

How a customer know it is technical or man made fault - When your representatives every time confirmed "I done as earlier executive not done" who is right & who is wrong - this is a serial story of every time. I never confirmed by your executives what is the main cause of this fault - you are doing all these things at your end without any confirmed intimation to customer Who is faulty - I or Airtel. Whose responsility to inform - I or Airtel as a Connection holder I booked my complaint to 121 but on Airtel who complete his responsibility - Than how you say that my case is not cover under compensation.

              Respected sir, this is totally a case of compensation as a waste my business trip because of your Irresponsible Executives. It is clearly shows that you are giving wrong statement to save your own people & not considering the cost of harrassment & embrassing situation of person who is having Blackberry Set but no Net work.

              I am asking a amount which I spent on my tours on actuals as all bills attached with the mail then where is Justice in Airtel it shows that no difference between 121 or Appellate Authority. I observed that they are not going in depth of the complant as a routine all are working in hurry to close the case. But this is a genuine case again go through the correspondence carefully before closing the same.

              I request your goodself to look into the matter personally in depth with all correspondence before giving any one side decision. As a customer I have a full right to ask for compensation because of services not provided by any authority after their commitment to restore as you charged the amount of STD in your bills against not cunction of services - No one goes in depth the frequency of callrecord of your 121 working or Call Centre People working as they are only giving a lips services in actual as they are only big stone between Management & Customers. Convey my feelings to Chairman Sir in your Board Meeting.

Kindly confirm the same as I want to send my all earlier correspondence to Worthy Chairman office directly I think Honourable Worthy Chairman is the right person to listen the customer as it is clear from your mail that you all are final authority to take decision without contacting the parties where is Justice - for every judgement hearing of both parties are essential but in Airtel Appellate Authority is final No Need to listen any one before declaring judgement.

              dear sir,

              i hav been using airtel pre-paid lifetime connection since last 3years.but from may 9th onwards i coudn't sent messages to one particular ISD no.even if i had more balance money in this account.when i contacted customer care service, they told me its not the problem of this service, its because of your recipients service.but at the same time i sent messages from other mobile services.also the customer care personnels offerd me a time limit(untill june 6th) to solve this problem.the complaint no is:[protected].yesterday(june 7th) i sent message to the same no., then i got this report :"message sending barred".
              Airtel is one of the worst service, it seems like AIRTEL has won customes first in start of few year of service and now degrading its quality in all terms. Today if you ask in market place everyone will say AIRTEL network ok even if the same person is facing the problem in same network. According to survey in the past call drop rate from airtel to any other network was maximum when compared to other mobile operators. These people are clearly cheating.

              So many times AIRTEL called me for my mobile network complaint, then network goes fine for another few hour, then again the same problem, and whenever this problem happens it runs for months

              If situation will be same two down the line airtel will be one of the worst mobile operator in market.

              AIRTEL is worst ever company I have come across in terms of cutomer care.Neithe the Nodal officer nor the Appellate Officer picks up the phoe numbers provided. Even the response provided over email is unsatisfactory..When raised the issue again, the appellate officer copy pastes the answer provided by the earlier appellate. Request some from the Management team to look into my problems.

                This is regarding my bill plan & waiver given by Air Tel. previously my bill plan was 699 advance rental for 1Yr and i.e expired on 28th sep08 .I was recived a call form customer care in Aug08 for renewing the same plan at that time I agreed same plan for next one year (i.e 699 advance rental).When I got bill of oct 08, then find the plan was not activeted by you and charged 300 rental for same .Then called your customer care & tell all the story then he agreed for the same to activate on my number & also given Rs 600 discount for the rental charged by you(for Oct & Nov on 12th Nov).But in nov-dec bill no discount was given by you & also charge Rs 75 late payment for the same.According to your customer care the plan was (699 advane) activated on 12th Nov & same was confirmed by your custmer care .

                Therfore I requet you please activate same plan(i.e 699 advance rental) & give all discounts(i.e 600+75+service tax for 675).Othewise I am not able to give any bill & I will not continue with airtel because all mistake has been done from your side.

                And the reference for same is[protected].

                At present Airtel says we are unable to activate the bill plan Advance rental 699 as the same is withdrawn. But in Aug08 same plan was avilable .So i request u please me for the same.

                I have the the airtel no. [protected] in my name. Every month we are after the airtel representative here at Nagothane, to send us the monthly subscriber bills in time.

                The bills have never come in time. For this month the payment due date was 24.01.2009 while the bill came on 29.01.2009. ( In fact this was collected from post office on 29.01.2009 before it was delivered to our place ). Note our BSNL bill comes on time always.

                A penatly of Rs. 50/- is applicable for no fault of mine.

                We need to have a facility to see bills on line and pay them monthly.

                          I m using airtel postpaid connection from four yrs.my mobile no. is [protected].i m very disappointed with the kind of services airtel are providing in these days.i have serveral calls in your customer care but everytime i m getting no solution.
                          i have recieved many services messages from your side, if i have charged only for open those messages, for that i m not responsible.
                          i have recieved three messages from 54999 & 64611199 on 24/11/2008, which said i was using airtel license manager service and i have been charged for it.after that i have done immideate call in your customer care about this & recieved refference no.[protected], that girl assured me that, these services will stop & if they charge me for this in sms others & etc., that will be waved off.
                          After a week my bill generated & i found i have been charged for rs.631 in sms others and according to my bill taxes was 108rs.which are totally unfair.
                          1.)firstly i have called up in your customer care on 1/12/2008 at 8:59pm about my bill & recieved[protected] complaint no..
                          2.)Again i have talk with Manu on 05/12/2008 at 4:30pm he told me i should call in technical dippartment at 12118, i have done it & talk with Mandeep(gprs tec. dept.), he told me GPRS not not activated on my connection & i should call in 121 cus.care after that i have talk with Rajni in your cus.care & recieved[protected]ref. no.& assured me they will resolve within 48 hours, but they have done nothing.

                            I am Abhishek Parwal user of AIRTEL Mumbai No. [protected] (Post Paid). i have been using this no. from Last 3yrs. this no. is in the name of Mr. Mithlesh Kumar who is my Friend. At the time of activation of this no. i didnt have all the required documents by them. But now i have all the documents required by them but they are not ready to transfer the no. [protected] on my name. Even Mithlesh Kumar has given me NOC for this No. as he also dont want this no. on his name.

                            I am facing tough problem that i cant submit the Bill to my office for rembursement. so please do some help for me as i have send N number of emails to them (AIRTEL) but they are not ready to give fruitful answer.

                            I am Amit singh chahar and my air tel post paid no. is [protected], it is mumbai based no. and problem is that i am not getting any signal while i using it from home...and it shows no network...and airtel costomer care executive are so use less that i have registered my this complained to them 6-7 times but none of time they have replied back and sort out my problem...on ther hand vodafone network is very good that is why i am keeping two sim and slowly slowly i am switching over to vodaphone...it was my big mistake that i have taken airtel postpaid connection ...none of neigbour have taken airtel...all are using vodapone...air tel is reaaly worst network and u can feel how much i was suffered due to that

                              i am manish kumar, user of prepaid connection with your company( airtel ).my cell number is [protected], i have a message from number 4774 intimating that my missed calls alert service activated without my subscription or any request to airtel. and
                              automatically 15 rupees deducted from my account from balance rs 2 to negative balance rs 13.

                              its not the case of just RS 15 .its fact that company is having lakhs of connection and missusiing their accounts with these types of obligations.

                                Dear Customer,
                                I recently took the New airtel prepaid connection in Salem. On the same day onwards I was struggled like anything.. Because, most of the time I was not able to call anyone or receive any call. While my friends was trying many times to that number, they used to get my mobile get switched off even though it’s in ON Condition. I raised a complained through 198(Customer Care). But they closed that request without resolved. Once again i called & rasied the complained for the same reason. The Executive asked to reach nearest Airtel show room. So, I went to Airtel Showroom in salem. It’s near 4 roads. They said its a problem of SIM card. So, they ask me change the SIM card for the same number. I aggred for that, but later they are saying that they wont have any duplicate SIM with them. They directed me to another Airtel Showroom, which is opposite to Shardha College. My friend & myself went to that Airtel Office. They explained me the problem. Its basically a SIM manufacturing defect. It will not work for Sony ercisson Mobiles. It will work smoothly for Nokia. But I am using Sony ercisson for past 3 years. Then asked me to pay Rs. 150.00 for the duplicate SIM Card. Initially I asked the SIM Card free of Cost, because the mistake is from Airtel side. Then finally i agreed to pay the amount. I went & took the photo proof also. They they are saying, "they dont have the stock". Also that office is only for post-paid connection. Mine is prepaid, then they directed to another showroom. Like this I went to Six Airtel showroom, but no use in that.. No one is having the stock. I was totally disappointed on this. Then I went for new pre paid connection at last.. So, please take care while taking the number, which starts from 90033 especially for Sonyercisson mobiles.

                                  I am employed with Everest Industries Limited having office at Mumbai. In or about Feb 2006, your marketing representative visited my Thane office and gave demo for the usage features of your card. While I was inquiring about the features of your card, your marketing representative obtained my signatures on some forms and obtained some documents from me for purpose of noting my name as “interested member” for filling inquiry form. Subsequently your Bank Credit Card bearing No[protected] was posted to me at my office address.

                                  I say that without my using your card, your Bank sent me statement for Rs.210/-.approximately. I say that I immediately called your customer care number putting forth my grievance and called upon them to cancel my card and terminate services with immediate effect. I also called upon them to sent me letter for “No claim”, to which they showed their inability and stated that same is granted only in case where there is any dispute above Rs.1000/-, however they assured me that card is cancelled and services are terminated. I say that subsequent thereof, I have not received any statement from your bank till date.

                                  I say that from last about 15 days, I am receiving sms from your bank for payment of Rs.4570/- towards aforesaid credit card pending bills. I had never imagine of such conduct from Big Banking Corporation like yours. I say that without usage of your services, how can I be made and forced to pay charges levied by you. I put forth my grievances with your customer care at Ram Maruti Rd branch, Thane who showed their inability to locate my bills and pending dues. They were also unable to provide me any Bank statement though I was ready and willing to bear the cost for same. I say that I also spoke to Mr.66667070 of your Bank collection centre at Mumbai,[protected] who responded to me rudely as if I am bring defaulter / criminal. I say that thereafter I spoke to your Delhi Recovery Cell at Telephone No[protected]/45023968 with Mr.Basant, who was also not able to resolve to my problem or provide me statisfactory reply.

                                  I called[protected]/67116251/67116115 no one response

                                  The said act of your to grab heavy & exorbitant amount from me for no fault of mine speaks of your volumes and attitudes to procure money by adhering to illegal means & making trap for the innocent customers like me.

                                  I am therefore now constrained to put forth my grievance in writing for necessary action and resolution of my grievance. Request you please look into this matter and advise what should be my next step.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have approached Airtel customer care through several means /channels over the last 3 months and have no response from either the service centers or customer care.
                                    I have also written to the nodal officer and appellate authority, but am yet to recv any response after almost a month now !

                                    I hold an Airtel landline connection in Gurgaon for over 6 years now and of late have noticed an extremly high bill amount, but due to lack of time and non avaialabilty of an itemised bill could not take it forward.

                                    In Oct'08, I was approached by one Mr Rohit Sud who claimed to be an employee of Airtel and he complained that he was getting calls from my Centrx # o his landline.
                                    He got the problem rectified, i.e blocked outcalling from the Centrx #.
                                    Post his complaint I asked for an itemized bill and was promptly sent one with an charge of Rs 50 /, to my HORROR, I found that 99% of the local calls charged were to a particular mobile #, wherein I had no contact with this number.
                                    Post which I asked for an investigation, since calls had been made over a long period of time to this number at odd hours and on days, when my entire family was out of station !

                                    After having called customer care, giving a written complaint at Galleria service center and post that writing to nodal officer and appellate officer (tried to call them, the # is always engaged ...!!!) I have no response, no investigation, no noe is willing listen to me and month on month, since I do not know when they have been charging me for calls never made ...

                                    I have been advised to keep my phone locked for future misuse, which in my situation is not possible for local calls as I have young children at home who may need to call me in an emergency ...so what am I supposed to do ...as there is no relief from the harassement of these so called service providers .

                                    I request my case be taken up at the earliest and an investigation is initiated and I be provided a reversal for these calls which have been made from my landline's misuse.

                                        If the above is not actioned upon then I do not want to use your services
                                        and consider this is as a notice to withdraw your services asap.

                                        I insist on getting in touch with an ombudsmen to resolve this as per my
                                        demands as a consumer keeping in mind that I have not at all defaulted on

                                        believe that your service is not up to Indian standards leave coming close
                                        to international standards. It is hard for me to understand that when a
                                        diligent paying customer requests your company representative(Ravi) to come
