[Resolved]  Bharti Axa Life Insurance — Bharti AXA Life Insurance

Hi !

I have opted and/or taken a LIC from "Bharti AXA Life Insurance" and after two month of struggle finaly i received the Bond.

Suddenly what i got is that my premium is automatically deducted from "one of my bank account" even one month before, when i check with "Bharti AXA" they told me that "u adopted the facility of monthly payment so it will activated in your account" but at the time of registration i did not get any such information from the executive also i did not give my bank account number for that and they will do it by them self on the behalf of my cheque which i will gave them for registration purpose.
Because of this sudden deduction in my account i face issues, any ways then i went through the bond to check for other issues then look what i got there'

1.The term said was 6 years of maturity but now it was of 30 years ?
2.The Photograph on the bond is not mine but an unknown person ?
3.They use my forged signature at some of statement in the bond ???
4.The age of family member is all wrong ?
5.The mobile number given is not mine and is unknown ?
6.The Address which i gave is not same but a old address from where i sifted 1 year back ?

I call the same executive more than five times and he assured me for a call back from the supervisor and its more than one month and am still waiting for the call finally called up Bharti AXA pune and they told me that they are working on it to resolve it and ask me to send an application to deactivate
ECS (I never apply to activate it) .
Am not sure i have to continue with such kind of service or not? They were already deducted a sum of account from my bank.

I have taken policy of Bharti Axa Life Insurance on the basis of the representation made by your representative and my Policy no.[protected]Dream Life Pension) on 18/11/2008 and the mode of payment of the premium was semi annually and accordingly the first Semi Annually premium paid by me vide cheque for which even receipt dt. 17/11/2008 was issued by your company. Further, the next premium was due in the month of May, 2009 and accordingly for making payment i had been to your office at Thane and accordingly i paid an amount of Rs. 12, 000/- in cash at the counter in your Thane Branch office and the said payment was duly accepted by your representative as premium for the month of May 2009 and November, 2009 Rs. 6, 000/- as advance premium which was due in the month of November, 2009 and accordingly receipts were issued to me. I say that thereafter as the receipts issued by the company was lost i visited your Thane Branch office and accordingly a duplicate deposit receipt was issued to me by the representative of your company and further even a premium certificate was issued to me for the period 1/11/2009 to 30/11/2009 and which also clearly reflects about payment being received as premium for the month of November, 2009. I say that surprisingly i received a call from Customer care of your company and they informed me that my policy has been lapsed as premium for the month of Nov. 2009 was not paid. I say that I told the concerned person that premium for the month of Nov. 2009 is already paid by me then how my policy can be lapsed for non payment of premium therefore he advised me to contact the branch office Thane and informed the said fact to the operation department. i say that thereafter time and again i had been to the operation department in your Thane Branch office and accordingly i met Tejshree and Richa Madam and showed them the receipt and statement and after perusing the same and after confirming on telephone with higher officers with your company they made a positive statement to me that within day or two my policy would be reinstated however, till date inspite of several visits my policy is not reinstated for the reason best known to your company or your representative/officers. Therefore, i request you to consider my request and reinstate my policy, else, i would left with no other alternative to knock the doors of law for justice in the matter.

Hi this is kiran from bangalore and i have taken Life insurance policy named as Bright star plus for my child and Axa agent said that its 3years of premium payment and which cover for 10 years and when i received my bond after two months. In bond mentioned like it is 10 years payment we are try to reach that agent guy he is not responding and i have very good future plans on my child but so we like to secure them i dont thing this kind of fake policies are really helpful to my child.

I am requesting the management of Bharthi Axa company to resolve this issue before you loss your company reputation and goodwill.

The Agent person from Bangalore - Richmond Road Branch his name is Pradeep Naik-[protected] and Madhusudan- [protected]. Please take proper action on this guys,
