[Resolved]  Blackberry — Poor quality & no response from the company

While buying a high end mobile handset, I had no second thoughts but just chose to buying Blackberry.

But now, I repent! I happen to be a sad owner of Blackberry Bold(9000) Mobile 221 IMEI# [protected] bought on[protected] paying Rs. 32,600/-.
The handset within 2 months of purchase got dead and was replaced by the Service Centre for the same model.

MADE IN HUNGARY 1
I am so surprised that this replaced handset again developed problems – The sound card and scroll joystick is not working!! That too within 5-6 months o[censored]se. I am living only with the vibrator mode as a mobile phone is indispensable for the kind of profession I am in..
Is this the quality Blackberry is famous for? I too hailing from a consumer durables profession, am sure in these times of cut throat competition, such a negligence and poor product quality is only harming the organization with bad word of mouth.. and so no further recommendations to family & friends.
Such high end handsets are purchased to ensure minimum botheration and value for money. If this is the so called Blackberry quality, I must mention this is high time we receive attention from the Blackberry authorities else we have to move to Consumer Forum !!
We hope someone from Blackberry is listening and we receive response within 7 days! Failing which, we shall be forced to move to other means to get a redressal, for my hard earned money spent.

first of all i want to thank blackberry company that give me this opportunity to complain and ask WHY?.

why blackberry company finishing of its products ( Bold 9700) in the time being is very bad that means that there is some faults in the product production as follows:

spaces between housing and the screen also between housing and keybad
ringing volume is very low
internal memory is not enough to sotre my data
material of the whole product isvey week & not good like before (poor quality)
volume of the speaker is very low
battary is very week
size of the phone become thin and small
I also received poor service from Blackberry. I have a charging issue and was told it would be replaced within 3-5 days so I called back for the tracking number and now told I want get my replacement because its not covered under the Warranty. I will never buy another one and will tell all about these phones and make sure my family and friends will not purchase one.
Well I am suffering with the same problem and can not take any action as blackberry has no office in India. They take advantage of slow legal system in India. I am struggling to get their address but dont find any where. I am from delhi, do you have any address
