Lack of ownership by Blackberry Expert Centre - Job sheet # 8002011012

Hi,
I would like to bring into your notice about the lack of ownership and responsibility by Blackberry Service centre, G-5, 1st Floor, Janak Palace Shopping Mall, Janakpuri District Centre, Delhi - 110058.
I’m holding the handset 9360 (Black) and from last 1 month facing the problem of “Battery Drained and shutting down”. Therefore I approached your expert centre around 25 days ago and explained the problem. I was advised that battery needs to be replaced and I said OK, please go ahead.They also taken my handset to check there should not be any internal problem apart from the Battery issue.
In between I was following up to the expert centre about the status and they were saying that they have requested the part from the company and you will receive the message once handset will be ready.
On 1st Feb’14, I received the message from expertcentre that your handset is ready, please collect. When I visited there to collect that then I noticed that battery was not replaced. When I asked why, then they in your jobsheet there is nowhere mentioned that battery needs to be replaced and they close my ticket. I said, if the problem is not sorted out then how you can close the ticket. They were talking on some technical terms likein our records your handset been dispatched and we cannot reopen the ticket. I said OK, then open the fresh ticket for me for this issue but they didn’t log the new jobsheet
I failed to understand, what service centre has done in for25 days and why they have closed the ticket if problem is still there. Why the representative who are on the counter not taking the issues/ problems appropriately. I could have gone to the any mobile repair shop for this issuebut I preferred to gone to the expert centre just because of the trust on thecompany’s outlet and its reputation in the market. I’m really surprised to seesuch kind of service from such a esteemed organization. I’m very disappointed tobe honest and still my problem has not been sorted out. Now I’m going toreplace my handset with Apple I phone and also will never recommend Balckberryto any of friends and relatives.

I bought Black Beery Phone z10 located at saket Planet M, on[protected], but I found the problem in handset
Not listen end user proper voice and hanging I went the Planet M and Meet Mr Nitesh he suggest me that you go the Black berry
Center at Nehru place and they issue the letter DoA and you submitted here and I will change your phone, but sorry to inform u that their service is very cheap as per their standard, misbehave me. guy name was Mr Prveen bansal he said you have to submitted your phone and wait for 48 hours I request Sir kindly I bought this phone only 2 days before why you are not giving the reasonable time 2 to 4 hours, but he didn’t agree when I asked the blackbeery Term and condition he insist first submit the phone you will get term and condition again misbehave and when I said I am open the
Camera then you say what you want to say he give me threat you can not open here because its personal matter but I said its not personal because you are represent here head of services center and I called to [protected] and she told me he have to issued the letter but there is no solution
When I said I will go consumer forum he said I don’t care
Its totally unethical way of business
Question is that if a customer buy a phone and customer found that some fault in phone and company have to change immediately with deep apology instead of that company give 48 hours time and say come next time that time we will decide it will repair or change Such a Poor Service is not expected from a reputed Company like BLACKBEERY.
I will decide to go consumer forum such misbehave and time wasting its total company fault Poor Service I had waist so much time and harassed by the company behavior

Within warranty but refused to replace

My Handset Blackberry curve 9320 is purchased only 4 months ago and went dead some time back, on giving it to the service centre at Vile Parle west V CAre telecom services, I was told that this is liquid damage and will not be covered by warranty, however If I want a replacement, I will have to pay[protected] for a new Handset .
My BB Pin is 24E7BA95 and IMEI no . [protected]
I have been trying to call the number on the receipt 26213050 for 5-7 days now and do not get any revert or it is busy, It is very frustrating to be faced with such a situation where the service centre where you have already given your instrument is not accessible at all .
I wish to place my order for the exchange instrument but do not know how to get in touch with this miracle number which either no one picks up does not get through .
Any ways people are moving from Blackberry to other instruments and of service centre accessibility is so poor, lots more may move as its is very frustrating, will request prompt reply

I buy a blackberry 9220 mobile on dated 19/03/2013 bill no 10659 Emei no [protected] from HP clectronics rudrapur . but on dated 5/09/2013 it was suddenly stopped then i visit to HP electronics to repair under warranty they refusd to repair then i went to V.K. Electronics authrised service center they take phone on 22/09/2013 but they did't repair and returned after 1 month and 8 days 38 days and told this not repairable. Plz provide be help

I HAVE BOUGHT A BLACKBERRY 9720 YESTERDAY i.e. 0N 04/11/2013 FROM ARUN WATCH SHOP, YUSUF SARAI, NEW DELHI-110016 VIDE INVOICE NO. 10609. THE PHONE IS NOT BOOTING, I MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS OF REINSERTING THE BATTERY, EVEN CHARGED THE BATTERY FOR SOME TIME BUT IT FAILS TO BOOT. A WHITE FLICKERING SCREEN APPEARS AND REMAINS LIKE THAT WITH NO OTHER DISPLAY. I NEED A REPLACEMENT FOR THE SAME AS I HAVE NOT EVEN LOADED THE SIM CARD, I HAD BOUGHT FOR GIFTING IT TO MY FATHER . MY ENTIRE PURPOSE IS DEFEATED AND EVEN AFTER PURCHASING IT FROM A BLACKBERRY AUTHORISED EXPERIENCE ZONE WITH BILL I FEEL CHEATED, WHY SHOULD I BE SUBJECT TO SO MUCH MENTAL TRAUMA FOR A BRAND NEW SEALED PACK PRODUCT AND UNABLE TO USE IT. Blackberry Torch 9810 Not replaced Phone having Many Issue

Hi,
Deepak Dudi this side, I purchased Blackberry Torch 9810 on 21 April 2013 with 18 Month Warranty. My handset have many problem. i sent my phone to Black berry service center but it is now replaced.
My phone have many problem and i am not using it from last 2 month because it has not in working condition.
1. Many times Keypad stop working.
2. Always get hand.
3. Phone voice and volume not working i cant reacive calls and cant lisen any music. then i have to remove the battery many time then it will work.
4. Phone disconnected many times and when i calling many times voice is not coming. then same i hv to replace battery.
5. when i open flip of my phone it hang very badly.
6. i am very much disjointed with blackberry i buy phone with price of 26.5k and its total waste of money.
i want Replace my phone or return my Money.

Non replacement of damaged handset, delay in repairs too.

I had my bb 9380 under warranty which was been repaired by store.handset was provided for on 3rd oct, it took 15 days for getting it repaired. Then it was found on the very day of delivery( at store itself on spot) that battery wasnt fitting properly in handset.
I have provided my bb 9380 battery for replacement since 16 oct 2013. for which nothing definitive has happend yet. there is a negligence on part of redington indore work order no. IND/BB/13/01505. store is continuely providing an excuse for not providing me the same.
I am having continues inconvenience using bb9380. its highly unprofessional to not meet expectation for complete replacement even when whole handset is compromised & under warranty. I just have 1 question, why repair when store knows whole handset is compromised & under warranty. why not replace the damn thing??? shouldnt I expect company to delievry its promises when it sells its phone??????
I am having a great deals of trouble. I am forwarding the email to Blackberry india too.
do look into the matter.
& I dont have scaned copy of my bb 9380 previous handset repair work order sheet. I regret that. but it would be surely available in your system.

Phones battery issue

I have a blackberry curve 9220 phone which i have taken in mid June. Battery of my phone is not working. I have approached blackberry service center on 15th September but they don't have a new battery for the same. My phone is in a guarantee period. They told me they will contact me regarding my problem but they didn't. Its been a month now and I am having a lot of problem regarding the same. I request you to look into this problem and reply asap.

Blackberry Bold 9790 Phone Problem

Dear Team,
I purchased blackberry bold 9790 on 30 Nov'2012 against IMEI no [protected]. As I was facing heat up & battery issue, I visit blackberry expert centre, Newhru Palace, New Delhi. They have submit the device two times, but not able to solve the problem. When they have no choice, they said there is some problem in battery. As my set is in warranty period, I asked them to provide me new battery. On 3 Oct'2013 they told me that battery is not available as of today, so please come after 10 Oct'2013. But I visited twice after for same, but I got the same answer. Blackberry Expert manager told me that we can't do anything as they haven't battery in stock. When I asked him for final date, he told me you can put email to [protected]@hcl.com as they haven't any information about final date. I am also working in service industry, but I never advised any customer like this. This kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviors is never acceptable.
I already mailed twice with warning on this email address & india.[protected]@blackberry.com, but haven't got any reply on email or phone. I got the auto acknowledgement mail from [protected]@hcl.com with mentioned that they will get back to me in three working days. But I am still waiting for their response from last 7 days. From india.[protected]@blackberry.com I got ticket no INC[protected], but still no response from them.
I request you to please sort this issue as I am facing worst service of Blackberry. They are wasting time & making fool to customers.

i have my blackberry 9380 and my lock button dint worked well, due to no service center in sri ganganagar (rajasthan) i waited and after few months it got worse, then i shifted to delhi n got that it doesnt connects to internet as well . when i went to service center they said i have broken the lock button due to pressing hard but it wasnt my mistake since it was already that way and they also denied to solve the wifi problem saying now the warranty is void due to physical damage . please help me asap to get my handset replaced

I purchased mobile Model No. 9220 Colour Black from Mobile Cafe, Paschim Vihar vide receipt No. 748 dated 22.11.12 for Rs. 10, 500/- with warranty of 18 months. It is not working and nobody is listening to my complaint. Please do the needful and arrange to replace the same urgently.

i am losing money regularly from my balance, cause no coordination is there in between of idea ( my connection ) and blackberry ( my device), i had taken unlimited 399 regularly from BBM but instead idea is cutting money on miscellaneous usage parallely, i have tried calling them many times, but they don't value comments, and is humiliating talking with them . its like they want me to understand that they don't want customers to call them and waste their time and we as customer are totally free and calling to annoy them.
this was moreover with idea but also blackberry people were Also not up to the mark.
u say to contact idea for the deductions made and they say it is u who will correct, whatever, i am fed up of calling so many times and still nothing happens ( waiting on ivr reptdly. is annoying and after that the attender drops the call thinking no one unerdstands). god knows this complaint will be taken care or not, you can see all the call details, and try to check the conversations. claim for technical defect into handset

i have blackberry curve 9380. since i have purchase handset, it been to service center 4-5 times. but still there is no solution. my handset is having problem of automatic reboot for continues half an hour or more than that. there is scrach on my keypad that's why company is saying we cant help you but the fact is that there is no connection of scrach with the actual problem. Because the problem is that the handset is getting reboot continously and it is technical problem which cover into company's warranty. and my handset is under warranty. i have already spend amt of Rs. 16000 for handset and its been only 1 year or so and my handset having this problem. they are asking me for Rs. 5000 for this solution but when my handset is already under warranty why should i spent a amount of same. so kindly please help me out and get some solution for me. either help me out for amount i have spend on handset or else replace my handset. i shall be expecting your positive response. thanking you...

Blackberry Smartphones warranty is just a hoax.
I am Lakshmi Sharma of Guwahati, Assam. I purchased a Blackberry 9360 with IMEI No : [protected] on 11th April 2012, which carries a manufacturer’s warranty of 18 months against all manufacturing defects. My phone was working fine but lately stated developed problems in display. So I consulted the authorised service centre on 9th Aug, 2013 (end of 15th month). The Service Centre asked me to deposit the phone as it had developed some problem with the PCB and the phone is under warranty vide Job No.[protected] which states as follows :
• Problem : Display Problem/Casing Scratches
• DOP : Warranty
• ELS : physical checked
• SM: DC110709-L0P2A10236
I was informed that the phone was sent to Bangalore head office as the problem cannot be corrected here. On 21 Aug, 2013 I received a communication that the phone will not be covered under warranty due to the following reasons :
• PCB Bent
• Housing Damaged
• Shield open near MIC
And so the mobile was send back to me without any repairing. I fail to understand why was the “housing damage” not detected here in Guwahati office, as it was clearly written that the phone was physically checked on receipt and we have a written proof that the warranty seal was intact at the time of receipt. This is just to harass a consumer because this is a manufacturing defect.
I collected the Bangalore Service centre Incharge’s (Mr. Ambarish Sengupta) phone number [protected] as the Guwahati office is not providing me any solution. I was informed by Mr. Ambarish that an electronic device cannot have a manufacturing defect after 2-3 month and that the 18 months warranty is just a hoax to mislead the consumers. He specifically said that you cannot do anything as it is his discretion to provide warranty or not. I even told him that I shall go to the consumer court, he said that Blackberry has enough lawyers to meet such litigation and do not fear any customer. I strongly advice all against using blackberry smartphones as it is the company’s policy to dupe consumers of their money.

handset software issue

i bought new blackberry 8520 curve last year.. from Bhopal (india)
after few months it start heating up even when it was not in use.
i sent it to service centre.
they kept my cellphone for.16 days. after that they called me to collect that.
after servicing also this problem was continue + i found new problem of net connectivity.
i wasn't able.to browse internet +battery problem + heating up + hanging 6 to 8 times a day.
then.i again contact for service centre ,again they took.15 days
now today on 14/08/2013.
i went to collect my cell to service centre there i fouind not a single satisfactory reaponse from the contact employee including nil result of problem.of my handset.
they people were treated me badly .
again the sent my hanset to company for 20 days.
because of their careless response ,I am facing so many problem while.the cell is not with me .
sir . i am requesting you to take strictly action against them.

Blackberry — Regarding Cover and Software problem
I am having Blackberry curve 8520 which i have purchased last year. Withing a year its rubber cover is crumbled and i have lost navigation buttens. Is there any other option other than replacing the whole body. Also my mobile is becoming hang at any time...some error it is showing.Please help me in this regard.

I have purchased balckberry torch in month of feb of this year. My imei number is 353489.04.403068.0. In four month I have faced hell lot of problms. I got a charging problm as my phone is not getting charged. And for this problm I have. Given my phone for reparing in bb service center about 3 to 4 times. But even then I m facing same problm. BB has got worst services in whole mobile communication world. Don't know how this problm will get solved or the last option is of throwing my handset. This is in reference with my Blackberry Bold which I bought in last June and since then i have taken it to the company's service center for 7 times. Since last my purchase it has never worked fine, i have told them to replace it they always just update or send it to Gurgaon. But the problem has not been solved at all. For 2 days it will work fine and then again it will start rebooting.It's very serious and bad on the part of the company that they are cheating their customers.

25 DAYS TO REPAIR PHONE WHICH ARE IN WARRANTY

I have several complains regarding service centre of Blackberry (Care Zone). From Last few days i am facing many problem from service centre. I had given my two phones 9860 & 9220 for repair on 10.08.2013 but there was no positive response from service representative. When on 13th I reached to the service center to get my phones back i was not properly treated. Also person named SANJAY SINGH said that it would take around 20-25 days for both the phones to get OK. They will send it back to the co. and will give us after 25 days. When i asked for a spare phone they refused me.
I request you to please suggest me how we can keep our phone for 25 Days to get it repair. When we use a phone in range of 20-25 thousand we expect not to change it for a long period of time. Also the people of service center din't even managed to give me a spare phone to use.
So i request you to please take this complaint on a serious note & reply me as soon as possible.

while i was not aware i told them about my problem. but thay did not reponse for that issue.
they also told me that there is insurence and i year gurantee for this but did not get any dics regarding that .

I have bought blackyberry 8520 last year.IMEI NO-[protected].But its outside body is chipped within 3 months and i have shown that in your service center in lajpat nagar.But they dont have any solution for this.Its software is also troubling me since i have bought dis device. Helpful

Pls noted i am buying a phone Blacberry curve9220 from Plantet M paschim Vihar. Blackberry Launch a scheme that they convert total amount in EMI total cost of phone.This is understanding between Bank & Blackberry .I have a Axis bank credit card & this scheme also implement on Axis bank credit card as per shop keeper & Blackberry commitment.But when i am recd my credit card statement total Purchase amount mention in statement.When i written mail to shop keeper & Blackberry executive they are deny & said that sort out your problem with bank they are not taking any action against this compliant.Blackberry forge me. I am requesting that look this matter on most urgent basis i am return to phone to the shop keeper & reverse amount.Also Blackberry pay me for this harassment. For proof i am attached my account statement & purchasing slip where show 12 EMI.

Problem in Instrument more than 8 times in very first year

I bought BLACKBERRY - 8520 curve ( IMEI NO. [protected]) on 21/07/2012.
Mobile get switched off automatically and will have to restart every time hence software damage and got hang the mobile with error.
had given 2 times for repair to REDIGTON, AHMEDABAD who is BLACKBERRY authorised dealer in AHMEDABAD, they unable to resolve the matter and 3 rd time they sent instrument to BANGLORE for replacement.
i got replace unit and against problem started after 7 days even for new instrument i registered complain 4 times to them.
still they are able to resolve my complain and i am frusted with this issue.
Please help to get it sorted out.

Battery discharges swiftly and many time with heated up. Many times i found my mobile dead in the morning. While the battery remains 90%to 100% at the time of sleeping and data services remains off .Very poor performance . Helpful

i had submitted my Blackberry bold 5 on 17th June at Blackberry service center of Eternity mall, Thane (west). they said the phone is water damaged and it would not be claimed under warranty. They asked me to pay 250 rs and submit the phone and they told me i would get my phone back within 8-10 working days as the phone will be sent to head office at Bangalore. I visited the store day before yesterday and they told the phone might probably b delivered on 28th. Today when i visited, the told me that the phone is opened by the technician of blackberry head office at Bangalore and they asked me to wait for more 10 days. this is utter non-sense. this type of service was not expected by Blackberry. please take action against this.

My blackberry mobile was dead, but it was in warranty period. I have given my phone to service centre on 16 th May 2014. But till date i have no information about my phone. My phone was in warranty period so company should be change it but the kept it for repairing. WHY.??? and after more than one month they are not giving the correct information about it. this is very poor service. my reference id is [protected]. Poor Service of Blackberry

Respected Sir/Madam,
Recently I went to the Blackberry Service Center located at Dadar and gave my phone Blackberry 9780 for repair on 11th June 2013 of which Work Order Number - DJD/BB/13/04001, Case Id - BN0039187. I submitted my handset at the service center and was told will receive my handset within 8-10 working days but i got a mail from Blackberry within 2 days in which it was written that my handset is ready for delivery. I collected my handset on 13th June 2013. After using my handset for few days again the same problem started repeating, for which I again went to the service center and have submitted my handset on 18th June 2013 of which Work Order Number is DJD/BB/13/04198, Case Id is BN0041465.
I would request you to please REPLACE my handset as I have given the handset for repair more than 5 times. Such a Poor Service is not expected from a reputed Company like BLACKBEERY.
Hope you would consider the above matter and give a sigh of relief by REPLACING my handset.

This is in regarding my BlackBerry 9220 which I submitted in Blackberry Expert Centre Gurgaon as it was having some problems of Auto Reboot.
29th May 2013: The handset was deposited and promised delivery time was 30th May 2013.
30th May 2013: I visited BB service Centre and they said that the phone is still under repair and told me to come back on 3rd June.

My Question to the RIM’s Customer Support is that:

I am going to get my phone back or I will have to pursue to the consumer Forum for my phone?

Blackberry — Memory card with handset is not working
sir,I have purchased blackberry curve 8520 on 31aug,2011 after purchasing i found that memory card in the handset is not working,,i tried other memory cards in it and it worked properly but the 2gb memory card which i received in the handset is not working.I talked to the dealer (from where i purchased) regarding it he guided me to the service center.SO on 2nd sep 2011 i took my handset to the service center in janakpuri they told me that they dont take complaints regarding memory card and u should go to the dealer...after that i even talk to the customer care they told that there is no warranty of memory card as IT IS COMPLIMENTARY...so after that i left with no option.....so please suggest me what to do ASAP

Repent being blackberry customer

I had purchased Blackberry 9220 – ETA – 1742/2012/WRLO, IMEI – [protected]on 24th March 2013 from Alfa - Mumbai. In less than a month it started giving a problem, either party was unable to hear the voice on other end.
Upon complaining for the same i was told to go to service center. I visited a service center in prime mall - i was told that it has a hardware problem and it will go for repairing. Upon asking for replacement i was told that it was possible only if it was given within 15 days of purchase. My phone has actually started giving problem in less than 15 days but i thought may be it was signal problem . But later on i found that it started giving problem in each and every call and during the call also voice was lost.
Also there is poor service from the service center. The hot line number is kept on hold for hours and hours & finally a customer gets tired and drop the idea of complaint. Even email complaints are also unanswered. There is no facility on company's website for the complaints.
We buy international products for their quality. But i really repent being blackberry customer. My earlier blackberry phone also last only for 2 years. One of my friends blackberry is also giving trackpad problem and is not solved even after paying Rs.1200+ in blackberry service center.
Its really sad to know that blackberry company is not giving quality products to Indian customers.
Now i have already spent on blackberry & It really pinches to me as my credit card payment bill was not produced and i had to send handset for repairing.
Is here any way where i can get may money back so that i can buy other good quality phone other than blackberry? Also let me know where i can complain for the same to the blackberry company directly. i want them to know that how their company's name is spoiled because of bad quality phones supplied to India and with no proper service center for customer satisfaction.

Blackberry — Never buy Blackberry from Alfa
I bought a Blackberry Storm 9500 with 6 months warranty from Alfa (Irla) earlier this year. On rechecking back at home i realised that the 8gb card that comes free with this model was missing. The handset worked fine for couple months after which the touchscreen was not responding in most areas, the earphone sound was garbled and it became impossible to use the phone. I called Alfa who directed me to the Vodafone helpline. Vodafone explained that they would be able to help only if the handset was purchased from a Vodafone outlet. In this case they said to contact the dealer directly. After going back n forth i decided to get the handset repaired outside, spending 5k. Let this be a warning to others to think twice before buying a Blackberry from Alfa. I BUY MY BLACKBERRY BOLD IN U.A.E AFTER 1 YEAR USING IT JUST SHOTDOWN AND I CANT OPEN IT WHEN I BRING TO THE REPAIR CENTER OF BLACKBERRY THEY JUST TOLD ME THAT THEY CANNOT DO ENYTHING BECAUSE THE PROBLEM IS THE BORD I TOLD THEM HOW???IS THIS THE QUALITY OF BLACKBERRY??GOOD FOR 1 YEAR WE SPENT MONEY FOR NOTHING!!!

i bought a blackberry curve handset from flipkart and i had a display and panel prob recently. i gave it for service at the blackberry showroom at phoenix market city on 2 apr. before proceeding for the process they called me several times but once i agreed they never ever called me. i bought a capdase cover on feb 15 at the same showroom but it was totally damaged now. i cannot use it. the employer damaged it. there was no response from him till we get the mobile on yesterday. i called him several times everyday to know about the mobile condition. there was no proper response from him.
he said to deliver the mobile on 6 apr, sat but we forced and got it on yst 14apr. i am unhappy with the service and poor responsible manager of the branch. yest he was not there and i got the mob from someother person. totally he is the worst ever manager we have ever found. very worst bb service.

Dear sir,
Sub: Repeated problems of Black berry Curve with new handset.
Ref to the captioned subject I regret to say that after purchasing BLACK BERRY CURVE 9220 ,IMEI NO: [protected]. I have made my life miserable. I would never recommend anyone in my life to purchase black berry handset.
I am hereby listing the series of event that has taken place with myself after purchasing black Berry Curve 9220:-
1. I purchased this phone keeping in mind the brand image of the company on December, 20th 2012, from HOT SPOT showroom at Sarita vihar H block market, they didn’t tell me about 15 days return policy at the time of selling the product.
2. On January the 3rd , 2013, I went to their Service centre at Nehru Palace, as by then the track-pad of my handset stopped working. The attendant who was sitting their didn’t tell me about the 15 days return policy, he asked me to go back and have the backup of my data first, then we will check & fix this issue for you. I went back and had got some urgent work so, I went out of station and came back to Delhi on February the 4th 2013.
3. On February the 6th 2013, I went to their Service centre at Nehru Palace, the attendant asked me the 15 days policy at that time and asked me that the problem was not so big, they just need to change the track-pad, which would happen in just 2-3 days and I will get a SMS, to collect the handset. I kept waiting for their SMS, which I never got, there was no number to call on their service Jobsheet no. [protected], so in the end I had to visit their centre again.
4. On February the 20th 2013, I visited their centre again and asked for my handset, they asked me to wait for 2 hours, I waited for 2 hours and then had a word with their manager, he told me to wait another 2 hours as their engineers were changing the track-pad of my handset and it would take another 2 hours. I didn’t understand, what were they doing for last 14 days? I waited for another 2 hours and collected my handset, wondering that I would not face this problem again.
5. On February 25th 2013, I went to their Service centre again, as the track-pad of my handset stopped working in just 4 days. This time I asked whether they have the part (track-pad) available or not? Their Service centre manager told me that, I had to wait for 1-2 weeks, so I thought of coming back in next 2 weeks.
6. I went on March 12th 2013, to their Service centre at Nehru Palace again, submitted my handset and had a word with manager, he told me that I would get the handset maximum by 7 days and he himself wrote his mobile no. [protected] – Praveen (Mgr.), on the invoice copy ([protected]). I sent him message after 7 days, as I didn’t get any call or message from blackberry, he didn’t reply. Same thing happened for 5-6 times, as was out of station, was not able to visit their service centre personally.
7. Finally I went to their service centre on April the 12th 2013, I asked for my handset, I got my handset, it was working fine, however I wanted to be secure, so I asked their manager to give me a written statement, whether or if the same/other issue occurs to my handset, than they would fight for me in order to get the replacement, Manager simply denied in front of so many people sitting out there, stating that, he is not authorised to give anything in writing, however he himself said the words that I have highlighted above verbally, I simply asked him to give me that thing in writing. I asked him to call his senior and make me to speak to him, he called his senior and I had a word with him over the phone and again I dint get anything in writing, so with great disappointment I came back home, again wondering that from now onwards nothing will happen to the handset.
1. With full frustration, sitting in front of laptop early in the morning, writing this complaint against black berry, because in the morning wake up alarm rang at 5:00am, it asked me to snooze or dismiss as it use to ask me all the time, I clicked dismiss and got up. After approx (15-20) mins, I checked my cell phone to see the time, however my handset was dead. I thought, it might be due to low battery, I plugged the charger and still waiting for my handset to turn on. It is dead since 5.00am today morning. I will be going to your service centre again today by 1:00pm, I want you guys to take an action against it, there is some issue with the handset, rather than fixing the issue, please replace it, as out of 4 months of purchase handset was there at the service centre for more than 1 and a half months. There is some issue with this unit, so please try and replace it.
Note:- I am requesting you guys to help me out, I cannot go to your service centre over and again, I don’t have that much time. Please provide me the replacement for this handset.

Service station issue

Dear sir,
Below mentioned mail is the mail which i sent to blackberry and here i am sending you the same as i am facing lots of problem without my BB 9790 but service station people are taking it easy and making me fool. Please help me for the same as this is important for me as well we my emotional attachment is with this BB is there as it was given by my wife on my birthday.
Dear Sir,
I have a problem with blackberry service station in jodhpur, rajasthan, india. I gave my blackberry 9790 to lovely enterprise for the problem of constant restart, display getting white and network issue. I gave my BB on 11/MARCH/2013 with this problems. After that i followed up them after 15 days but no proper reply from them. Finally on 06/APRIL/2013 i made call and they said its done and you can collect it. So finally i went today by 11.30 AM to collect my BB 9790. But when the time i gave my work order slip to take back my BB, they said its refused by blackberry because its out of warranty. Then i saw him my bill of 18 months warranty then they change statement by telling that there is break on top of my cell so company refused my warranty. When the time i gave my BB to service station there was not a single break on it. I refused to take that top broken BB as it was checked by them properly when the time i gave them for my problems. After so many days of followup and pathetic service from BB service center, i am totally disappointed as they are giving my BB 9790 in broken condition by telling Blackberry itself rejected my warranty as its broken from top. I want my BB 9790 back as i gave at the time of service with my problem solved.
Attaching work sheet along with this mail for your reference and requesting you solve this ASAP as because of this i am facing many problems and my business is also suffering because of this.
I will surely launch consumer complain on this service station as they tried to make me fool by using different statements and making me fool by telling to come and collect your cell as its ready.
