Blackberry — not replacing my mobile this is the 4th time it is going for repair
this is the 4 th time my handset is gone for repair sometimes there is a software problem and sometime some other so, this time i need full replacement of my cellphone including all accesories. plzzzzzz i am frustated with this cellphone so p help meeeeee .......

Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to bring to your notice the displeasure I have been facing since the past year and due to the malfunctioning of my Blackberry handset
I have been facing a serious issue of my handset screen shows several black spots screen, for this issue i have visited 3 times to service centre from last one year and i have given my handset to them for repair they had kept my handset for 3 times for 15 days, today its fourth time i have given my handset to service center for the same problem, i just want to know if there is any manufacturing why dont u people accept this mistake and replace my handset i dont have time to visit service center again and again.

I DEMAND REPLACEMENT OF THE ABOVE HANDSET AT THE EARLIEST!!!
Such incompetence and pathetic service is just not acceptable as a customer of such a high branded mobile company.

the phone had a heating problem due to which its screen got wobbly & was touching the display inside
i requested the trader to co-ordinate wid company & replace the faulty mobile .
they replied me that they can only repair it & not replace.
i asked them to give me a acknowledgemet in writing that mobile would be safe to use
after it is repaired as it had got a heating problem.
but neither a company nor a trader r willing to take a responsbility. its very risky to use such electronic product . i request you to pay your kind attention & solve the problem.
