I own a 1.5 ton split AC from BlueStar. I have bought it last April 2009. Within one year I had problems twice. For the first complaint they took the compressor to the Dealer's place and they did the service. But after fixing the compressor within a week it was not working. When I made the second complaint it is almost 2 weeks they did not even respond for the complaint. Bluestar has the worst customer care i guess and even the dealers they have are worst.

My suggestion is dont buy Bluestar AC.

    Illegal Attachment of PF

    Dear Sir,

    This has reference to the subject matter, I Ashok Kumar, PF Account No. MH/4324/250283 have requested for PF widthdrwal on 10th July vide latter no. AKY/PF/BSL/01 dated 10.07.09. I am having the acknowledgement copy of my letter from your department.

    I regret to inform you that till date i have not recived my PF fund in my bank account.

    I request you to kindly give me the explanation...

    We have purchased a blue star AC from Harrie Marketing Navyug market ghaziabad U.P.on [protected] vide invoice no.606. From the starting AC was causing problem, despite of several complaints harrie marketing responded after around 2 weeks and told us to replace concactor from the AC when we asked them to replace they again took around 3-4 weeks to replace it after several calls to them...Now about 3 months back AC was again causing problem of throwing ice .After making 12-15 reminder to harrie marketing they turned up and told us to relace some card in the AC it has been around 1 month they are making us fool by commiting 1-2 days more time to rectify it..We are into turnkey interior projects and we have installed this AC at one of our site at Noida Company named Ansaldo Signals who are our valuable client since 4 years and we have done almost 1 crore of business with them now due to negligence on the harrie marketing part we are facing hardship and already lost business of around 24 lacs from the same company.We request you to kindly look into this matter and rectify the problem as sson as possible and take a strict action against Harrie marketing as we are filing a suit against Harrie marketing and your company into consumer forum you will be liable for further cosequences...

    I had registered a complaint (complaint no.44214) on 9th of sept.despite of several promised made by you my problem is at is.I have never seen such a false comittment from any one except you.I am forced to seek the help of consumer court in this matter.

      I have made online complaints to the company 6 times within 2 months but they did not respond me properly after being given the name of the dealer,bill no. date of purchase etc required by them.The product was purchased in April,2008 with compressor under warranty for 5 years but despite that they have not yet entertained my complaint.The above email adrress is registered with them for online complaint.Kindly do the needful.

        Sir,
        With due respect, it is submitted that I was working for M/s Blue Star Limited, from 10/05/2005 to 06/02/2009. For this period, the deduction was also made from my salary with assurance of matching contribution from employer side.

        The said company is a covered unit under EPF & MP Act, 1952 bearing code no MH/434. Also, this establishment enjoys...

        Dear Sreedevi,

        Pls note, the repaired AC broke down again. Understand from my wife that your technicians filled in some gas in addition to the change of Fuse Before 24 hours the cooling has gone again. Only hot air is coming out now.

        Now we are no more interested in BLUE star product replacement. We insist you to take away this faulty AC and refund us the purchased amount of INR 32, 000/- with an additional amount of INR 10, 000/- to cover up the additional costs on extended warranty and changing of burnt wires, all costs incurred by providing us a faulty product.

        Appreciate your immediate action to refund us the money and take back your faulty product.

        Delay in action from your side will land up in further complications. Therefore you are kindly requested to avoid unnecessary arguments and face legal actions which will definitely waste both of our valuable time and money.

        Hi Sreedevi,

        Thanks for your reply to my below complaint. Pls note, before complaining to your corporate office, one technician from your Trivandrum agent came and replaced the blown fuse once again. As per our past experience, this faulty Air conditioner will definitely break down again ; they repaired it more than 8 to 10 times in the last six months since we purchased this unit. One of the technician advised that there is some compliant/manufacturing defect with this equipment that they could not rectify till date; this is the reason why it’s breaking down frequently. We are fed up, we now look for a permanent solution to stop the frequent break downs. This faulty AC is also damaging the concealed wiring costing us more. Twice we had to change the burnt wires, circuit breakers and switches.

        Therefore, we insist BLUE STAR to replace this faulty AC with a new one or refund us the purchased amount of INR 32, 000/- with an additional amount of INR 10, 000/- to cover up the additional costs incurred by providing us this faulty AC.

        Kindly check with your management and revert with a positive decision and avoid unnecessary/further arguments and legal action wasting both of our valuable time and money.

        This is to bring to your urgent attention that we purchased a 1.5 Tons BLUE STAR split air conditioner costing INR 32, 000/- from your authorized agent in Trivandrum vide Invoice # PROD/08-09/111470 Dated 27-Feb-2009, . The Customer name is Mrs. Jicky Win (my wife), Kochumamootil House, Koyikkal Lane, KNRA 316, Kannanmoola, Trivandrum, Kerala, South India. Your agent details as follows:

        Complaints started immediately after the AC was installed. Your above agent repaired the AC more than six (06) times in six months. It broke down yesterday also. Today morning they came and replaced the blown fuse. It’s understood from one of the technician’s that there is some major complaint/ manufacturing defect with the purchased air conditioner which they find it difficult to rectify. What we feel is that your agent is purposely delaying to rectify/replace the faulty AC until the warranty expires.

        In good faith we purchased BLUE STAR Air conditioner since BLUE STAR was known as one of the best manufacturers of Air conditioners in India. The prices of Blue Star products are also very high when compared to competitor’s similar products. We now regret for purchasing BLUE STAR product.

        Therefore we request your good selves to intervene in this matter and get the faulty AC replaced as soon as possible since your agent could not rectify the complaints permanently even after working on this faulty AC for six months.

        In case, if we do not receive any replies this week, we will assume that you are not interested to resolve this matter. Then we will be forced to move legally/approach the “Consumer Redressal Forum” and bring to the attention of Media how consumers are being neglected/cheated.

        Yes recently I bot Blue star 1.5 ton split AC, with in 15 days got same problem after several complaints and followups they changed outdoor unit, I don't know how its work, I had very good opinion on Blue star earlier after seeing all this I need to think again.

        Subject: - Problem in split unit.

        Resp. Sir/Madam,

        We would like to bring to your kind notice that we are using your three split units. We bought two units in 2010 out of which one unit preformed very well & other was working but we were not satisfied with the cooling of our office in which it was installed.

        We consulted your dealer & his team mates many a time came to our premises & washed the complete unit with chemicals but result were zero.

        Even few days back they serviced the unit & try to convince us but result were the same as the office area was not cooling.

        We were very upset with the performance of your unit as we did everything suggested by any one but suddenly we came across a person who pointed us that the swings were not working properly.

        When we contacted your dealer he realized that the motor of the swing was jam & this is a rare case & they don’t have a motor to replace.

        Kindly let us know how to get rid of this problem & would request you to replace the same free of cost because this is not our fault.

        Also kindly let us know whether you are interested in a corporate deal as we require 10-15 units for our new corporate office.

            04/08/09 i boarded a normal rear engine bus at Majestic .Bus Number is KA01 F2202, that has been modified similar to VOLVO bus and collecting volvo bus fares.ie Majestic to garvebhavipalaya of 35 RS. The pathetic thing is the AC in the bus was not at all functioning, i questioned the conductor why you were collecting VOLVO fares to me for that she replied the BUS had equipped with easy.Is BMTC is thinking that the peoples were Fool.As on this point of view it is litterally a cheating happened to commuters of Bangalore by BMTC Corporation.

              I have bought the window AC from a dealer known as " BEST AIR CON.WORKS" at Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi.

              I would like to know whether Blue Star is run by the dealer or your goodselves. As the dealer says everything is settled by them. They had the audacity to say that even if I approched Blue Star, I will be sent back to " BEST AIR CON.WORKS"

              They ( dealer) say that they want the money FIRST then the service will be provided to the customer.

              Are you all making us go in circles, pillar to post. Or should I inform the TV channels and the print media? and give the complaint to Consumers' Court. I am hurt to write such letter, because I have given several complaints.Complaints nbr :- 22219 for which the Costumer Care says the Customer is not paying the money . But the dealer wants the money in advance and then they will give the services.

                Dear Sir,
                I purchased a Blue Star Window AC from “National Refrigeration Company “ 2&3, Netaji Subhash Marg, Darya Ganj, New Delhi on 25th April, 2009 vide Bill No. 0537 & Book No.11(copy enclosed) thinking that Blue Star is a well known reputed company.
                After two months i.e. on 25th June, 2009 it was found that AC was not providing the proper cooling in room. Accordingly, M/S National Refrigeration Company was contacted via telephone. After repeated calls as well as personnel request the firm sent their service engineer on 11th July, 2009. The service engineer checked AC & found that the gas of the condenser was leaking. I intimated to the concerned person (Ms. Reeta) of the firm on the same time. After that day even after repeated calls to the concerned person no action has been initiated to rectify the fault so far.

                First of Let me inform you, we had one walk in cooler at m/s Markan at 73, Chandigarh installed 4 years back.
                I placed indent for another Walk in Cooler 10*8*8 for my firm B M Pharma Zirakpur purchased by paying in advance for Rs 2.25 lacs. The machine went out of order just with in three months and it was informed to your Area Manger Mr Rahul who got it mended however he raised a bill for Rs 7500/-which we did not pay as the machine is in the warranty period but he used remarks like "You are cheater" and we would not provide any service. His plea the damage is on account of Voltage. Our point is that we have used the best available stabilizer and voltage in Zirakpur has not exceeded 220 volts and we are living in India and conditions are not perfect thus either there should not be any warranty or company should stand its commitment.
                Further, we placed indent for Markan Enterprise Panchkula which was installed after three months. Ruchika, your agent is to receive Rs 17000/-installation charges but after repeated reminder Mr Balwinder the sales man did not turn up. The most disturbing part is that a person who installed this machine came to our office to inspect the machine, played havoc with the thermostat and the temperature started fluctuating between 15 degree and above thus the life saving vaccines (temp required 2-8) worth Rs 30 Lacks to a pass where it can become ineffective.

                My objection is your loyal customers who did spend Rs 4.50lacs are called cheaters by your manager Mr Rahul.
                2. Your manager is exploiting by stating that they would not service the machines
                3. Your manager in the company of Ruchiks, Chandigarh has put a fault in the machine deliberately when I was not available.
                I would request you to look into the matter and the first task is Put the Panchkulla Machine is in order. We expect your reply and mending of Panchkula immediately otherwise the loss incurred on this account would be entirely your responsibility.

                I am extremely sorry to write you, your company has no value for the customers. Even after 24 hrs, your company did not care to find out or to deplore the activity of your manager Mr Rahul, who has a hand in glove with the dealer M/s Ruchiks Sector 40, Chandigarh, under whose guidance the engineer came to inspect the unit but locked the microprocessor at a degree of 20 centigrade with the intention to put us a loss of Rs 30 lacks by way making the vaccines ineffective. In the process he, even you forgot the vaccines are meant for serious patients which can include your or our near ones also. However as a conscious and responsible businessman professional, we did transfer the entire vaccines to our units and the expenditure incurred to do so is Rs 6000/- which we have debited to BLUE STAR. Your manager threatens us not to provide any service during warranty period. In response to this I don’t want to avail any service from your company and decide not to purchase any of your products.

Genereraly representatives advice the customer to purchase against C forms which is totally illegal. This company’s ploy is to make more profit. Please note, company has supplied me Walk-in-Cooler (Size 10X8X8) at a cost of Rs 2.25 lacks which includes VAT of 12.5% and installation charges. Before signing the agreement, Kindly go through their terms and condition carefully as this company generally rejects claim for one reason or the other. Those who have paid higher price may please contact me so that we take up the issue with the management. Under no circumstances, you should purchase against C Forms as you have not procured C Form to sell their machines.

In the process, he, even you forgot the vaccines are meant for serious patients which can include your or our near ones also. However as a conscious and responsible business professional, we did transfer the entire vaccines to our units and the expenditure incurred to do so is Rs 6000/- which we have debited to BLUE STAR.
                Your manager threatens us not to provide any service during warranty period. In response to this I don’t want to avail any service from your company.

                  Dear Sir,

                  This refers above cited subject, further i would like to bring this your notice that i have bought this AC on 6/06/09 from J. D. Computers in Mohali and just after 15 - 20 days, very bad smell comes from AC every time when switched on the same remains continue till working.

                  Finally i logged a complaint with Blue Star & they given me compliant no: 26631 on 8/07/09, however no one turned to my home to see our problem and inspite of my various followup with customer care no one even called from local office of bluestar/dealer.

                  Now it is really pethatic situation becuase i was wrong that BLUE STAR is PROFESSIONAL COMPANY because of such service experience it seems to me that i wasted my 20000/- on wrong product and no more trust remains in BLUE STAR.

                  Therefore, you are requested to plz look into this subject & help me to get my money back from BLUE STAR/DEALER, where no service response happens even in 4/5 days.

                    I have registered complain (Complain No 16803) for my Windows AC on 10th June 2009. I made many calls too Bluestar call center. After making many calls regularly, Technician viited my home on 25th June 2009. He checked AC and said the compressor is faulty and will have to be replaced. My comressor is under warranty. He also promised that by 27th June 2009, he will replace the comressor. He also took 500 Rs as service charges from me. As of date (4th June 2009) there is no news from Bluestar company and I have spent almost one month of high tempreture summers without AC.
                    It is really humiliating for me to call there call center again and again without any response.

                      I have 4spilt A/C in our showroom of Bluestar company which are run for 4years, now we have cooling problem in 2A/C.We made a
                      complaint regarding that and Bluestar engineer visited our shop and also made a service report the no. is 285718, and the person visited
                      our shop his name is Mr.Punit kumar Singh.He mentioned in his report was Compressor defective and 50 MFD Capacitor peash
                      defective, dated 15/04/09.From that date till date we made atleast approx 50phone calls in Air Command where we purchased our
                      A/C and atleast 10 phone calls to Mr.Rathore in Bluestar company.Also we send a fax of this report to Mr.Rathore.We send mail also to Bluestar customer care several time. But still there is no result.
                      We have bill also and there is 5years warranty in Compressor.Please tell us what is the right way to
                      solve this problem.

                      I placed indent for another Walk in Cooler 10*8*8 at my another firm B M Pharma Zirakpur purchased by paying in advance for Rs 2.25 lacs.The machine went out of order just with in three months and it was inform to your Area Manger Mr Rahul who got it mended however he raised a bill for Rs 7500/-which we objected as the machine is in the warranty period but he used remarks like "You are cheater" and threatened not to provide any service. His plea the damage is on account of Voltage. Our point is that we have used the best available stabilizer and voltage in Zirakpur has not exceeded 220 volts and we are living in India and conditions are not perfect thus either there should not be any warranty or company should stand its commitment.

                      Further, we placed an order for another walk-in-Cooler for Markan Enterprise Panchkula in the month of March end which was installed after three months i.e.July 09 .Ruchika, your agent is to receive Rs 17000/-installation charges but after repeated appointment Mr Balwinder the sales man did not turn up.

                      The most disturbing part is the person who installed this machine came to our office to inspect the machine, played havoc with the thermostat and the temperature now started fluctuating between 15 degree and above thus the life saving vaccines(temp req 2-8) worth Rs 30 Lacks to a pass where it can become ineffective.The complaint to your chandigarh manager Mr Rahul went unheard.What a perfessional Manager.

                      1.My objection is your loyal customer who did spend Rs 4.50 lacs are called cheaters by your manager Mr Rahul.(massage intact in my mobile)

                      2. Your manager is exploiting by stating that they would not service the machines.

                      3. Your manager in the company of Ruchiks, Chandigarh has put a fault deliberately in the machine particularly when I was not available.

                      I would request you to look into the matter and the first task is Put the Panchkulla Machine is in order.

                      Bluestar — Product not delivered

                      I bought a Bluestar 1.5 ton AC couple of days back. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Then they said it would be delivered today; i was confirmed it would be delivered and then I left from office early seeking the delivery.
                      I have been waiting for a long time now and when i try calling they simply either cut the call or dont pick it up at all.

                      I bought it from Chroma, Mega mall, Gurgaon.

                      I have purchased one Blue Star window A/C of 1.5 TR from Bharat Refrigeration after one month I have faced the problem of not efficiently the cooling so I logged a complaint to dealer (MS Bharat Refrigeration ) and after two days one technician has come and checked and found compressor got faulty . He removed the compressor and send for replacing but after long time back (3 Months) received the same in October 2010, as you now this period is not for using the AC . so I have started the A/c in the month of April 2011 but it was not effective so I logged again a complaint to the dealer. After one Week technician has come and checked the same and found gas leakage in the suction line . so he repaired the line and recharged the gas. but after two days Ac was not effective. so I again logged a complaint to dealer , he sent a technician after one week. and he repaired the line and recharged the gas. same day compressor got trip many time. so I again called to dealer, So now finally I want replace the A/c and after this mail to Mr. Abhishek (RAC Manager Blue Star Ltd.) and call to him but now he did not pick up the phone. I am very frustrated please help me. I am not ever to use the product again as it is under brake down for the 11 months of near by a year

                      last year one window ac compressor was gonna be work less and i claimed for it and dealer replaced it at of total cost 1500rs including coolent gas and now at about 15 days before another window ac compressor is going for claim and on 21 st may2013 compressor claimed but now they forced me for demanding 2200 rs and give alots of misguidings by their agents now they refused to give me the only compressor without coolant and misbehave also they change their vocal tone as they know i am the old consumer...
                      at transport cost 400rs as they told me in the starting and now refused
                      i very unsatisfied by bluestar and swich off from this day by day

                      Bluestar 1 ton 3 star split a/c model 3HW12JAI PCB BOARD problem. unit is not running. cool inticator on. but swing motor, indoor fan not running.
                      I Purchased 1.5TR Split A/C Blue star make, and I was got damaged compressor, this was found during the installation of the unit, I requested them for the replacement, from where I purchased(Snap deal), and they told me to send the damaged one to their office, to send me new one, I just surprised the way they given the shock saying that, they don't have the spare, though they cant replace the new one, and I just want to know how can I go about this.

                        I have a Blue Star windowt AC (1.5 T) .

                        I logged a complaint on 20 june 2009 for Preventive Maintenance with the company customer care(compliant number - 21007).

                        Till today (june. 28th) - there has been no action taken by the company. I have called up various times to get the service done but not happened yet.
                        and received assurances.

                        I got the Blue Star AC for it well known brand, but due to the irresponsible service centre, Brand name is spoiling. I dont know why this is happeneing.
                        I love Blue Star brand very much---but now i am very much unsatisfied why i got it.
                        pls take necessary action or else, Blue star name will perish in the market.

                          With reference to several follow ups through calls with my respective Blue Star AC's authorised dealer M/s. All Weather Appliances Agencies, Lucknow (U. P.) & several mails exchanged with their national customer service division, its been around a month & a simple replacement of stablizer has not been processed due to which my AC is kept as if its a showcase and i am unable to use its services.

                          I never imagined Bluestar India will provide such kind of worst service experience. Being a corporate client and having a strong network pan India, will never recommend any of my colleagues, friends, relatives & anybody to even think of purchasing a single product of Bluestar as its after sales service is extremely pathetic. There is not even any escalation matrix who can provide us the solution on urgent priority. No well defined process to handle complaints at so called call centre as our calls never reach to any call centre executives.

                          Would like to thanks the Blue Star India management team for creating such a brilliant product along with perfectly designed complaint mechanism which will help fellow customers to just keep its product in their bedroom without using required services.

                          Complaint has been resolved, stablizer changed on date 28.06.2009, Now machine working ok.
                          Stablizer replaced was of higher range, since their is voltage problem in installation area.

                            i purchase the window ac of bluestar last year in the june month, in the current year when i try to use ac at that time there is no cooling than i complain to the dealer and after 10 days when no action taken by dealer than i contact to bluestar and after a week the complain is solved but when i use the ac for two days then again same problem is occured. again after 10 days the problem is solve but when i use ac for 10 days the same problem is come again and i complain to blue star dated 21-06 and the complain no is 21022 but till today no action is taken by the company.

                            i feel that blue star product and service quality in worse in india therefore i request the govt to plz stop this type of company to do business in the indian market.
                            Dear All,

                            Blue Star Company selling the AC but do not care for the services. All other company send their technicians within 4-6 hours of complain, whereas Blue Star say that it will take 48 hours to attend the problems, but not attended in time. My complain No. is B[protected] pending for last two days.

                              Nature of Complaint : I own a 3 yr. old blue star ac, but till date it has undergone many servicings. It just doesn't cool the room. I am very upset with your 'so called' authorized service dealer's service and hence i request you to send an AC technician to fix up our AC. Right now, it seems to be some GAS leakage related problem. I want a company technician (and not delaler technican) to come home this saturday and fix up the problem at home only.                               I HAD PURCHASED BLUE STAR WINDOW AC FROM AMBALA CANTT DEALER BUT HIS AFTER SALES AND SERVICE IS VERY POOR SO PLZ HELP
                              Dear sir,
                              I am owner of ashokleyland service centre at mahoba.and i disagree with our nearest bluestar dealer durga electronics at chhatrapur mp.becouse i purchased 1.5 ton split ac 12.5.09 and my machine giving some problem from billing time.but my nearest dealer givin no any service.

                              i had purchased 1.5 ton blue star ac in may first week of 2009 i had used it in may and june and when i started using from past 15days the room is not at all cooling compared to previously previously in 17degrees temparature the toom used to cool in 30 min but now even the whole night if the ac is on it is not at all cooling we stopped using that as we r sweating though the ac is running and we started using fan the service person came after calling numerous times but was of no use i request u to solve my problem immediately

                                We have a Blue Star Water Dispenser & the Model no. is BD30HC. In March-2009, we lodged a complaint with Blue Star customer care call centre & Complaint no. is 412024 for changing “Top for Water Dispenser”. We were given reference of Mr. Ashish of M/s Cooling Solutions, 326/6 (Naya Bazar), Near Rajeshwar Colour Lab, Jacubpura, Gurgaon – 122001 by Blue Star Call Centre staff.



                                Finally they visited our office on 28-05-09 to change the component. They charged us Rs.1500/- for the said part, 700/- as visiting charges plus service tax. The cost of new Water Dispenser is Approx. 6800/-, then why they are charging so much against a small component & visiting charges of the water dispenser, if you calculate, it amounts to half of the value of new Water Dispenser.



                                As per the owner of Cooling Solutions, these rates are fixed by Blue Star & non negotiable.

                                service harges and cost of spares should be reasonable and not arbitrarily fixed, depending site of machine installed and type of spare replaced.
                                Dear Sir,


                                We have two water dispenser of blue star in our office at Peach Tree Complex, C-Block Sushant Lok-I Gurgaon.
                                Both dispenser have problem of Hot Tank.

                                On our complaint technician of R K Air Care Engg has come and told that the hot tank is to be replaced as per service report No.631776 of blue star dated 27/7/2009.

                                From 27/7/09 onwards we are doing regularly follow up with R K Air Care, but as per response the hot tanks are not available in stock.
                                And there is no possibility of availability.

                                This type of carelessness in service from your side is not acceptable.

                                Kindly do needfull otherwise we will take necessary action.

                                  I purchased two split A.C for my showroom ie. Aditi Garments a frenchisee of Priknit Retails ltd.situated at Durgapuri chowk Bhairon Market West Jyoti Nagar Delhi110094. I purchased the AC of company Bluestar from Santosh Enterprises in November 2007right after that in Summer 2008 the A.C.did not working.As I made several complaints to the authorised dealer ie. Santosh Enterorises He always assured me that he will look all the matter but did not take any constructive initiative.Same position is in ths summer season 2009.I am making so many telephonic complaints to Bluestar company Sevice manager ZONAL HEAD and others managers by e mail and telephone on No. [protected], [protected], [protected] to Mr D.P.Tiwari, Mr Bhaskar Pandey, Mr Sandip Rathor respectively.Nothing has done till now since April2009.Ibought the A.C.for my business as there is hot in my Showroom none of any costomer stay in my shop so I am bearing financial loss Rs.500000/ in both the summer.The authorised dealer Santosh Enterprises also charged Rs.4500/for repairing of P.C.B and contractor and did not give me any reciept where the AC are not working right after the repair .When I asked him aaaaaaaaabout that the ac are not working then he said he can, t do any thing, so in this manner all of the company and his dealer has cheated me .So kindly take action against them.

                                    I registered a complaint on blue star service center on May 9, (no 5375) . but nobody turned up to check it even after two days. after that I continuously tried at service center some person visited at my place on May 13 2009 and he said problem with compressor and it will installed in 2 days.

                                    But since May 15 2009 We are trying to contact customer care for an update and they are asking us to contact some person name called Sandeep Rathor ([protected]) but he is not picking up the phone and I am trying customer care number around 4 time ever day and always they said contact to Sandeep Rathor and he is not picking up the phone

                                    I am not sure how Blue Star is depend on only one person name called Sandeep Rathor

                                    The worst service I have seen from Bluestar .
                                    The organization depends upon the franchies for the repair which is on sharing basis.It has been observed that Dealers are not adhering to the instruction.Therefore employees are generally requesting or pleasing the franchies to get the work done.

                                    I purchased two deep freezers almost 4 years back which went out of order.Despite repeated complaints even their HO, no bothered to look into the issue.In all company has extremely poor service and general tendency in this company is to pass the buck .
