Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to the complaint against electricity bill. The above meter is in the name of Tuntun Poddar vide connection no. K.No.: 2630 J767 1973 and CRN No.: [protected] R/o Plot no. 20, Khasra No. 61/11, Gali no.-10, Jai Vihar Extn. Phase-III, Nangloi, New Delhi-110041. We received the electricity bill for the period of 24.07.2008 to 23.09.2008 and I got shocked when I saw the bill i.e. for Rs 1, 530.00. Since the time the meter was installed we never got the such big bill. Last bill, which I was paid for the month of June and July 2008 was for Rs. 150/-. This is excess billing is done due to not proper reading taken by the executive authorized for this area. Amount billed for 555 units which was consumed from the March 2008. But all the units consumed shown in this above period and bill charged at higher rate of Rs. 3.95 per unit. I am domestic consumer and my electric consumption is very low. Therefore you are kindly requested to please correct/rectify the bill so that I can able to make the payment immediately.

Subject: Power Theft in my area.

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that random power theft is going on in my area i.e. 'H' Block, C.R. Park during the evening and night. Some unauthorised persons are running Badminton Club with the support of 'H' Blk R.W.A- C.R. Park whose office centre is at the basement of H-1502, C.R. Park. Daily lot of people from the locality as well as from outside assemble at Badminton courts made inside MCD Park opposite to house No.H-1530 & H-1531, C.R. Park. The elecricity connection is being hooked / tapped from street light pole(Defunct) opposite to house no.H-1589 and wiring done underground concealing through grass lawn and leading to the courts. The outsiders park their vehicles in the place of parking lot of local residents & frequent quarrel takes place on the issue of parking. The club is running by collections from the outsiders.You are therefore requested to take necessary action to plug the theft of electricity as the ativity is going on for the last 10 months. The R.W.A should be slapped with heavy penalty. Pl. contact at cell No. [protected] for further details.Regards.

BSES — no electric current

there is no current in Green Park F block for more than 6 hrs and also no one is attending the phone at Green Park complaint centre

hum h no. 1320 vaidwara, maliwara, chandani chowk main rahtey hai waha par mitar main bahut chori hoti hai logo ne apney ghar main a/c lagwa rakhey hai lakin koi bhi imandari sey bill pay nahi karna chahta subhi log waha par chori kartey hai kabi kabi to din main bhi taar daal laty hai aur agar koi boley to lartey hai kai baar to bizli waley bhi cheak karkey chaley jatey hai aur dekh kar bhi unhey kuch nahi kahtey aur un logo sey paisey laker chaley jaty hai agar aap sach main kuch karna chahtey hai hum jaisey pareshan logo k liy to pls. aap raat ko cheak karey ya din main bhi kar saktey hai aur unka naam satish sharma hai aur vinod bansal hai jo chori kartey hai.

BSES Yamuna Co. Ltd. — power cut @ uncertain time

BSES YAMUNA Co. ltd ...always cut power early morning @ 3 a.m to 4 a.m or sometimes till 5.30 a.m...due to which we people are facing problems...we get disturbed by this...and because of that we are not able to reach office on time., , ., neither childrens are able to reach school on time...this is a major concern in SHAHDRA(EAST DELHI-_, , , I WANT A PROPER ACTION ON THIS ...WAITING FOR THE POSITIVE RESPONSE...
My resedential address is C4D/ 24 A JANAK PURI.My CR NO .is [protected]. The aforesaid resendential flat is one among the cluster of nine flats being serviced by two separate phase lines of 220 volt each. There are three consumers on one phase line and six consumers on the other phase line.My flat has been put on the phase line of six consumers.There is big load on this line although the load due to me is small.As a result the phase line tripping is a usual occurrence and I am the sufferer.I am 74 year old and this tripping at odd hours gives me troble.What I see is that light is on for the three consumers on one phase and there is no light in my premises.You are therefore requested to restore the third phase line which has been dismantled by you and put the load equitably on the phase [protected]@ three consumers on one phase line totaling nine consumers.
Dear officer of BSES YAMUNA I am living in East Vinod Nagar there i am facing problem with Power Cut of one phase for 3-4 hours daily while another phase is up 99% power. I have already complaint about this issue to Mayur Vihar Office. but I haven't got any responce their side. these kind of power cut disturbing normal schedule of daily life. this is a major problem in East vinod nagar(EAST DELHI-_, , , I WANT A PROPER ACTION ON THIS ...WAITING FOR THE POSITIVE RESPONSE...

BSES — PF amount not received

I have applied 5 times PF withdraw form but not yet received one time they have submitted my form but that form returned from Bangalore office due to not match the DOJ & I enclosed my joining letter also. I am also attached the return form please do me favour I am totally fadeup

my august bill is around Rs.2, 260 (600 units) which is too higher for me . and also it cant b possible too high consuming untis even if i m not using any heavy power equipment. according the appliances i m using in my home same appliances was before. and i was getting 700-800 before but since 3-4 months i m getting too high bill which not is effort able for me please check whats going wrong ...please check it out

dear sir/madam,
first of all thanks for bses people who remove old wires & put new covered wires on pole, i am living in c-76 vijay enclave palam-dabri road, we have 1 pole infront of our home & last week bses people changed wires from that & its now more save for us but after 2 days when there was heavy rain, on next morning we checked & found that now the current is in pole aswell, There are lot of new line & old which are assigned to customers. But whenever a new connection is given the pole is getting heavy day by day ( there is around 22 connection from this one pole ) with lots of hanging wired and OPENED DISTRIBUTION.so i request you to kindly look in to the matter as it is very dangerous.Moreover the distribution box is so low that we can touch & this pole is more down in the earth compare to other pole, this pole is 20 yrs more old so now its height is around 9-10 foot, i complaint about this last time but nothing action was taken by bses, In my locality none of the pole is so bably use as compare to this pole.Rest of the poles has maxi. 2-3 connections. now, its more dangerous as in rainny season the current is comong in the poll its ( bese poll number plm106) If something goes wrong who will take the responsibility. so i think its a really a dangerous things for the people who r living there, so it is my request to come & see the situation & do as need full.

Sub:- Request for setting right the Faulty Electricity Meter
Dear Sir,
Respectfully it is submitted that I had filled an official Form to check my faulty Electricity Meter on 10.09.2009 & submitted vide Complaint No. 27307 at the Customer Care Centre situated in Community Center of New Friends Colony, New Delhi-110065. CRN No. is [protected], New K. No. is 2541 C4033188 Meter No. 13120988 Single Phase.

Further I had contacted Mr. Sexsena on 17th August 2009, on his Mobile No. [protected], that till date nobody had checked the faulty Electricity Meter. Although he was quite helpful & assured me that within 3 days time, he will depute some body to check the meter. Thereafter he had also noted my Mobile No. i.e. [protected] on 28th August 2009 and I again contacted him on his Mobile No. around 10:30 AM and asked him the status about the checking of my faulty Electricity Meter. And it was quite surprising to note that Mr. Sexsena’s behavior was quite different than early & said that you have to come his office to collect the report as we can not give this information on the telephone & very rudely disconnected the Mobile.

It is needless to point out here that I am a Senior Citizen at the age 72 years with pleasing manners and I really don’t agree with the Slogan written on the Electricity Bill which is being re-produced below :-

Are these types of services being provided to your Customers? As far as my views are concerned, it is quite shocking for me at-least at this age.

Therefore I request your good-self to kindly arrange to supply me the information about the action taken by Mr. Sexsena. I feel that nobody have attended to the Job so far & simply closed the matter by sitting in their Office.

As stated above the matter is quite serious in nature because your department failed to depute any official to check my faulty meter as well as the attitude of the above person quite shameful towards your customer. I request you to kindly depute the concerned official to check the faulty mater as well as to take suitable disciplinary action against Mr.Saxena for unlawful behaviour. It is made clear that if no action is taken on complaint, then there will be no other option left with me except to seek help from the Hon’ble court.
Early action in the matter shall be highly appreciated please.

BSES — Very high billing amount charges

My bill for the month of Aug has been billed as high as twice the normal consumption in the peak load . This bill has been very high and look like to have problem in calculation . When there is no increase in consumption how can billing increase ?
This is fourth time I am requesting you to check the ongoing power theft in JANGPURA B AREA, My neighbours is involved in power theft for the last so may years. My neighbor Sunil Kumar Sachdeva R/0 B-146 Ist floor is running three A/c and even cooks food on Heater, If you see his monthly bill that i Have checked personally never exceed rs 500-600. as well as running one small machine to make some rubber product at home

This matter creating so many problem for other resident also, unnessasary use of electricity. & use other high power electronic product, causing Power shedding also in midnight.
I have seen BSES people who come to check his meter, he Bribe them as well as he installed his meter inside his home so that no one can check until and unless he wont allow them,

If this is the right Forum to compaint about the powerr theft then I would appreaciate if you take some action towards him and I am also fed up now . I have reported about him so many times.

I am complaining bout this to the BSES website regularly but as expected there is not even a reply .

BSES — Street light not working, (poll no. BSES SRD E477)

BSES Anti-Power theft team,

This is to bring to your kind attention that BSES employees and contratual employees at Chawari Bazar power station are getting involved in unethical and comprising situation. These days BSES employees are busy in changing wires (Yellow) in the area and this has become extra source of income for them. They are claiming to reduce electricity usage by inserting a small chip in the meter that will reduce bill by 30%-50%. "When asked what if some one check the meter they said we are the people responsible for breaking the seal to change wire and we are the only people to again seal the meter, so there will not be any problem ". To my shock they also claimed to have developed remote which can be used to control the meter for Rs 25, 000/- only.
We really do not know where is it going. Almost all the schools/ shops and some of the homes in Charwi Bazar and Kucha pati ram have made a deal to reduce huge AC bills.

We really want BSES to take strict action against the corrupt officials.

They told us that do not make noise. When I reach to home my parents told me the entire story then we realize that they have cheated us. Now you are requested to please take action against those people as I am sure they are cheating with the same method with other people in our area. I also request you to get us the refund of Rs. 500 from them as they are fraud people in your team.
