(Regarding excess bill for the month of August & September)


Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to the complaint against electricity bill. The above meter is in the name of Tuntun Poddar vide connection no. K.No.: 2630 J767 1973 and CRN No.: [protected] R/o Plot no. 20, Khasra No. 61/11, Gali no.-10, Jai Vihar Extn. Phase-III, Nangloi, New Delhi-110041. We received the electricity bill for the period of 24.07.2008 to 23.09.2008 and I got shocked when I saw the bill i.e. for Rs 1, 530.00. Since the time the meter was installed we never got the such big bill. Last bill, which I was paid for the month of June and July 2008 was for Rs. 150/-. This is excess billing is done due to not proper reading taken by the executive authorized for this area. Amount billed for 555 units which was consumed from the March 2008. But all the units consumed shown in this above period and bill charged at higher rate of Rs. 3.95 per unit. I am domestic consumer and my electric consumption is very low. Therefore you are kindly requested to please correct/rectify the bill so that I can able to make the payment immediately.

As per notification I submitted our complain and attached all the last year June, July & August, 08 bill and this year June, July & August, 09 bill. As per our bill this year june, july and august bill is too higher compare to last year. So kindly rectify our complane and solve our problem periority basis after rectity and issue of provisional bill, we will pay the electricity charges. Kindly check our meter, it is running too fast.

Mr. Sanjay a shopeeper shop in the name of GOLU GENERAL STORE R/o. RZ/F-56 Dabri Extension (East), New Delhi - 100045 .

One electric pole is installed at his shop from where all electric connecions are distributed through Electric Box.

In the evening Sanjay goes to the electric pole about 9-10 PM he opens electric box and tampers meter and fix up wire for getting electricity (theft)

I would request he must be put behind the bar for such theft and put all legal sections against him.

what to do when your billing amount is about 4 times the expected one? and twice the earlier bill. can it be wrong meter reading or theft of electricity

Therefore you are kindly requested to help me out for the same scenario, and send somebody to Inspection, and I get my applying connection.

BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd — street lights not working/non existent

I am the secretary of VINDYACHAL COOPERATIVE GROUP HOUSING SOCIETY
located on N S road , near Mianwali nagar.
There were two street light poles in front of our society which were removed for replacement about 2 years ago.Till today no replacements have taken place and during dark nights, thieves are having field day .Residents are finding it difficult to move out in darkness.
secondly on the side lane(between our society and vidya apartments) of our society a tall sodium light street pole was fixed about 4 months back and it has never worked since then.Its unfortunate that after spending such a lot of tax payer's money, the pole is just standing, serving no purpose.
Kindly look into these two complaints and take quick action.

Sir, I am shocked to receive the bill for bill month of Feb 2010 of Rs. 11, 237.(Eleven Thousand Two hundred and Thirty Seven). The bills of entire last year have never crossed Rs 4000, ecept one for Rs 5100.Bills have been in the range of Rs 2, 000 to Rs 3, 700.
There is obviously a big mistake here.
Secondly, I have not received an original bill, but a photocopy, and the format is slightly different from the regular bills earlier received.Is it that someone is playing a fraud?
I request you to kindly look into both these aspects urgently.

Subject: Illegal Usage of Electricity.

Respected Sir,

Bveing resident of D.D.A Flats in Badarpur area with PINCode- 110044, I would like to bring to your notice a complaint against the illegal usage of electricity by the people in Badarpur who has got their electricity meters tempered. They are using electricity illegally and also they are not getting any electricity bills for last few months as they had shown that the house is unoccupied. Please take suitable actions against them. Even, they are having tenants in their unauthorized constructed houses which multiplies their electricity theft and disturbs the electricity load distribution.

in my house from last 12 days, my family person and child cant bear in summer its very hot days
I complaining many time to call center and the complaint no. [protected] dated 2.5.2010 & again complaining on dated 13.5.2010 complaint no. is[protected] regarding power cut but no body give +ve feedback.

so plz concern person see this matter on urgent basis, either i will take necceasry action against BSES.
