[Resolved]  BSNL CellOne Postpaid — frequent conjestion and irregular coverage

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have taken a BSNL sim around 6 months back and facing issues with the network, I am not sure whether this is the right forum or not. The connectivity is not at all there at ATTAPUR, Hyderabad. Most of the time it has no connection at all. I have missing many calls as well. While calling, atlest I have to try 2-3 times to get connected. Please take some action and if possible to have some network issues resolved in my area.

Thanks. Hoping this problem to be solved or else I have to switch to a new vendor/service provider.

Postpaid mobile Service — Monopoly of Bills

Dear Sir,
I am Mr. Prasanna Ku. Das having mob. No.[protected] this smart no use from my beginning to till date as a prepaid user. on march 2012 your group contact with me and advice to change postpaid to better service but I can't know it is your or your company guide line to chit and pickpocket of your old valuable customer through your motivator . No.-(1) my policy is 299/ my 1st bill was 411/- and 2nd bill was 882.79 by sms then after two days through a sms bill amount was 901.79 after that I am contact with your customercare office for my bill details to payment my bill and he reported me bill already send your mail but till today I am gate no massages towards my bill pl. dear sir sand my bill details to paid and close my account and my mobile no. from reliance communication. monopoly

BSNL CellOne Postpaid — my sim to be blocked

My wife lost her mobile today morning ( her mobile number : [protected] ), on behalf her i registered my complaints,

Kindly block my Sim card to avoid further misuse

I am using post paid bsnl (Kharagpur Telecom District, WB) sim since last ten years...phone no - [protected]... my office is hardly 1 km from HijliA tower...it was working fine but, from last 2 days i am not getting any tower in my office...its give the message "check info service"...please look after the matter...
