[Resolved]  BSNL Ghaziabad — Online duplicate bill not available

My phone no.228798 at muradnagar remained out of order for the whole month of janauary2010.to feb.08, 2010.Still the bill has been sent for 161 calls shown during January for payment.Please rectifiy the mistake occured at your part immediately.

Even site of BSNL -UP West is not working for last several month. Other site of BSNL is working fine but UP west is not even open. Even GM office is not aware about this technical problem. It is Govt office they are "Angrajee Jamane ke Jailer Hail" they can change the time.

It is submitted that I Shri Chand (r/o H.No-182 VPO Jawali Distt. Gzb. UP WLL Phone[protected] applied for disconnection of my WLL connection 4 months ago and deposited total Phone bills with instrument and after this I also applied for reimbursement of security money. But still bills of above mentioned WLL connection are coming regularly on my address.
Kindly take action on my above mentioned complaint. I will be highly obliged to you

I am not reciving my land line phone no. 2649282's bill since last three bi month, every time rush to telephone exchange to get duplicate bill and deposition the same, on contact the accounts officer concern said we sent our bill right ime it is postal deptt.s responsabilities to delever the bills

It has been very difficult to generate on-line duplicate bill of the BSNL telephone. The regular bill sent through DAK or otherwise is very erratic and opftenly not receive4d.

My bills also dont reach in time. The connectivity is very slow. I have many times told to change my bill plan by calling on 1500 customer care but all in vain.

I am a government servant & I have a broad band connection by bsnl under the plan -home plane 299.I have recieved my bill of the month of May-2010 .At the time of submission my connection form I have submitted my govt.employ certificate & Govt.I D card.My phone no is 2841678.I want to tell that your BSNL a/c department have not provided 20% discount in the bill no-t[protected]y.I request you please provide me 20% discount in my above bill no as per the rule of BSNL deptt.In addition to this I want to change my password which was provided by BSNL deptt. I am unable to change my password So I request you please remove the querry as soon as possible by your local area SDO-Mr Sukla .

my telephone no.[protected] is not working since last 45-50 days

I have bsnl broad band no[protected], I got bsnl mobile sim under latest scheme payari jodi on 12 nov 2010 but till 20 nov BSNL has not activate my sim[protected] mobile no [protected], i have no due pending to pay as on 31 oct 2010 billing.
I five time met to SDO Hapur from 12 nov to 20 nov but results is "zero".Please take good & prompt action to releave my problem.

telephone number [protected] first bill came of 614 rs. but details clearly showing that we had made calls worth rs 15 only which are free as first 50 calls are free, then why this huge bill is coming. what to do ?? please look into the issue.

My new landline[protected] stopped working soon after 1 week. Repeated attempts to file complaint failed. Bills are over charged. For 1 week, BSNL has sent me bill for 592.00. I refuse to pay. Their is no system to file complaint.

yes it is correct i am facing same problem, i am not getting telephone bills for last two months.

my telephone no.2790463 is not working for last 15 days. all bills are duly paid.complaints made on 2706633, 2710202, 2711223, 2755777, 2710010 no one picks the phone.kindly help or finally disconnect my phone

we have two number telephone Line from last one year . but we never get the invoice for the same. we send the person to telephone exchange then he get the amount then deposit the same.
