non activation of my mobile no.9443382896

I had been submit my application to Erode BSNL to change the post paid service to prepard service for my mobile No.[protected] on last 24/01/09, friday morning 10.00am. They were disconnect my mobile from network service immediately. But, still now (28/01/09) wednesday evening, they are not activating my mobile phone. Since last 6 days regularly i am complainting to Erode BSNL office to activate my mobile phone. But, no reaction from there....

dear sir.

my broadband connection is not working is last ten days. i have registered a complaint in vikas nagar barnch BSNL with Mr, Katiyar . My Complaint no.is 650236.
after daily contact to mr.katiyar by phone & by phase but his behavier is not good & not respond properly.
yestarday he told me. ( AGAR MAIN APKA BROADBANK CONNECTION THEEK KARTA HOON TO AHSAAN KARONGA. )

sms service

i recently buyed bsnl prepaid sim and know i think that i hve made the biggest mistake after buying, i dont receive any sms from other network..i dont know why company issued this sim starting from 9455..., when there is irregular service..i requet u to plzz check out ur service properly and dont just bluff with the customer or it wont be a good sign for the company progress...well i think its better to use other network service instead using...

Network Problem (BSNL/IDEA)

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are from Bageshwar district’s Dafaut ( Gadlikhet/Nayal/Mushuli) Gram Shabh Mushuli Simkhet. Our major problem is mobile operator’s connectivity (BSNL Cellone, Idea and Airtel) their network services are so poor, all o[censored]s complaint about it several time to operator but they didn’t hear about it. Broadband Bill wrong

Sir,

I have recieved a broadband bill of 18000/- rs for the month of November and December. The problem is I have submitted my request for Plan change from Home 500 to Home UL 750 on 1st November 2008. The Work Order was generated on the same date. BSNL Employees of our area ensured that the plan change is effective from the date Work Order is released, which was true for past changes...
My plan got changed on 3rd December...

Excessive billing in Bill Dated 10/01/2009

My last bill dated 10/12/2008 amounting to Rs. 1104.00 was to be paid by 27/12/2008. The same was deposited at the Cell one customer care shop by cheque No. 449328 on 22/12/2008 and cleared by clearing from my account on 27/12/2008. Outgoing call stopped

The land line bill for Nov-Dec08 phone no 2457736 was received in the 2nd week of Jan09, last date of payment was 27Jan, bill was paid was on 22/01/09.But the outgoing call was stopped within 2nd week and even after bill payment connection is not restored.

I opted BSNL manik jod because it was rental free. after one year o[censored]se you have put rental which higly illegal. I cann, t withdraw immedaitely, because i have given this number to alot of people.

Back Tune deactivation

when I was trying to contact one of my friends, one hearing some recorded voice, I pressed the star button BY MISTAKE. Immediately, I received a message from 56700 saying I copied the song and Rs.35/- will be charged; and Rs.12/- p.m. will be debited to my account. Mine is a PREPAID one. Without knowing what is happening, I gave a SMS to the same 56700 to stop any action in this regard. But, to my irritation again, I received another SMS...

lapse of balance

Connection not done

BroadBand Cancellation-Deposit refund is not happened

BSNL Number[protected]

We have cancelled BSNL broadband connection from July 7th 2008, and still not yet received the deposit amount 1500 Rs. We need to enable the broadband connection again, they are asking us to pay the new deposite again, for the previous deposit refund they are not giving the correct response....

Unable to Unsubscribe the Value Added Service 56505

I gets messages for job alert about 10 to 12 times in a day. I don't need such thing at all.
To the height, without any SMS or information 20 Rs. is deducted from my balance each month.

Failed deadlines for insatlling broadband connection

BSNL is a name that we trust. However, our trust and faith, as it seems, is going down the drains. I have applied for a broadband internet connection dated 19th November 2008. I was assured of installation within 15 days, an official protocol. However, I am writing this complaint on the 22nd January 2009, which is well beyond the given period of time and I have not received the connection as yet.
