AS I am user of bsnl mobile services, but facing some serious problem due to unfair and irresponsible behaviour of the bsnl costumer care services. firstly how radio active get activated on my mobile I don't know that.which reduces my balance Rs 25/month ;last date of performing month(problem in advance instead of a good service).Not only this when I call costumer care of bsnl they ask me to call 1255533 which will give me options to get deactivate this, having charges Rs 5/min although I called it several time but no options are available there(a greedy service provider, only want to make fool there costumer to earn money)...
Till dated (feb 04)my radio active is not deactived..If it will not deactivate this month then disconnection will be the best way get ridoff of this helling service...and also I will file a case in consumer forum to compansate my financial & mental harassment...

    customer care centre is in the next street.
    Though we complained, nobody has come.

    no dial tone for last three days. No one bothered to visit even if complaint twice. We generally not getting bill on time.
    Last Feb 10th 2009 our phone was dead our no. is[protected]. We have complaint many time. Our complaint no. is 30. till date it is not resolved. We have received bill for Jan-Feb 28. I don't know how it is possible that bill has come for feb month. Pls do the needful.

    I am expecting some positive action.

      We had BSNL connection for the past 11 years. Recently we have shifted our house to new address where there was no BSNL connection. Hence we had surrendered our telephone connection by June 2008. But so far, we have not received our refund amount.
      Initially BSNL staff said it will take 3 months. After 3 months when we enquired, they said there is some problem and it will take another month. Now, its six gone. this number[protected] has been allotted to new customer. Means that our connection was surrendered. Still we have not received any information/ refund amount.

      Recently Ambattur staff said that, they lost the papers which we gave at the time of surrender. We have been wandering between ambattur office and anna nagar office for this purpose. Even I have raised umpty of compliants in BSNL site regarding this but no response.
      As a last option, i am writing this grievance mail behalf of my parents as they are old and cannot come out frequently from home.

      In my office we are using 9 bsnl land line connections, on this we will surrender 3 lines for the past December still didn't get refund amount.

      BSNL — refund amount not sent even after 11 months gone

      i had took bsnl WLL coin box FW VMR[protected] 2years back and paid Rs 1000.00against deposit ,on 6th JUNE 2009 i have valetarly returned the connection with equipment provided by bsnl and also paid all dues up to that date.After adjustment o[censored]nbilled period , Refund amount Rs729.00 have to pay to me by bsnl,this amount is confirmed from bsnl,till date[protected]they have not sent this amount,i consulted concern ,SDE,DE each one for more than 3times,and also complaint given in "open foroum session conducted by BSNL in tenali" but there is no certain replay came.one of them said "internally refund order is missed some where due to negligence at GM office PAY section ",
      i am a poor person,so kindly made justice to me i can give details of refund order in the next mail, so kindly please do justice to me,

      Sub: Refund for surrended telephone # 22430958

      I am a senior citizen retired from central government service and after my retirement I have relocated my residence from Chennai to Coimbatore. I was BSNL customer for the past 20 years having landline telephone # 22430958 under OYT scheme. Due to my relocation I had surrendered my telephone on 19-Dec-2011 at Tharamani exchange in Velacheri, Chennai-600042 and on 20-Dec-2011 under the request Ref: 61518001 Prov AN: 62542974 dated[protected].

      Subsequent to this I had approached with a covering letter addressed to Commercial officer BSNL Chennai Telephone, Guindy, Chennai-600032 for the refund and I was promptly given an acknowledgement under the reference 2099 dated 20/12/2011.

      I have been endlessly waiting since 7 month for my refund and made innumerable phone calls to accounts department and cash section and had even travelled from Coimbatore to Chennai to get the refund. But replies I got from the accounts department and cash section are not worth mentioning and today[protected] I had contacted office of DGM (south west) and the usual reply was that they will look into the problem. I am vexed so much that I have decided not to approach office of BSNL any more, hence this letter to you. I do hope you can investigate the matter and take appropriate action so as enable me to get the refund.
      I do hope that you can understand the plight of senior citizen living with meager pension and this refund amount will be of great use to me.

          I have been retired from BSNL o/o. The General Manager, BSNL Telecom District Chapra(Bihar). My PPO No is
          TA/BR/CHP/105-P:- My pension is being drawn in SB A/c No [protected] in SBI Bazar Branch Chapra(Bihar).At present I am
          getting Rs 7497/- as pension plus DA since 1.04.07. The complaint is that the dearness allowance on pension is not included or paid which were due on 01.07.07, 01.10.07,
          01.01.08, 01.04.08 and 01.07.08 inspite of repeated request to the above branch. As reported, the above branch has
          forwarded my complaint to your office in the month os Feb'08 and April'08.in between since August 2008 Rs. 1336 deducted from my pension amount without any intimation. Apart from that, my DA is yet to be pending since 1 April 2007. I have made several reqeusts to SBI regarding this issue through e-mails, letter, and verbal as well, but only assurance is given from their end. Now, I am facing a lot of fianancial problem. It is very tough for me to survive at this juncture. After having tired a lot, I am registering my complaint with you since this issue has been pending for last 5 months.

            Hello Sir,

            I have been facing issue with international sms. My number is[protected]

            Initially, i could send international sms, but not receive any international sms.

            After registering complaint and no satisfactory solution, now, i can neither send nor receive any international sms.

            As per the bsnl, mere refreshing the message centre number in the message settings is the solution.

            It's turing out to be a headache, getting a simple service function properly.

            Kindly help me out in this.

            BSNL — Non receiving of ISD SMS

            First of all remove the Salogan that BSNL is showing in the Media ...Bcoz it never help out the customer. So whats the Need ????? I had a problem regarding non receiving ISD SMS from my friends and relatives living in Abu Dhabi and in Brasil...where as when i send them the sms i got the reply of delivery report .. a lot of complaints from my mobile no [protected] had been entered in this matter but no use ... they are as below

            Is this the RAC booking of the Train that all the time we are given a new complaint number and told us to wait... what the hell poor service the company BNSL is providing... VERY POOR SERVICE VERY POOR ..

              No connection at night time

              Sir,
              I don't know why the BSNL exchange people simply took more than 20 days to solve the problem. My broadband is not working from evening 6 to morning 7. The DSL blinks through out night time. My complaint no. 622655. The BSNL people says that my modem is fault now, but I checked with 3 other modems with my line, the same problem occurs. But the BSNL modem works fine through out a day & night. Now they force me to buy...

              I have tried to topup/rechatge my BSNL prepaid mobile[protected] from internet banking of ICICI bank. I wanted to top up my mobile as I have validity upto July 2009. I recharged with voucher of Rs.112 and the amount had been deducted from my account but I got only Rs. 30 in my account. The Detail of transaction is as follows:
              1.Date: 30/01/09
              2. Service: Euronet
              3. Transaction No. [protected]
              I received a SMS form BSNL " Your account has been credited with Rs. 30.00 voucher successfully from Euronet on 30/01/09 at 09:59 AM Ref: 9444012"
              I wanted to know that whether recharge from ICICI is a validity recharge or top up recharge as when I contacted BSNL customer care, I was tod that I have selected the validity recharge and 30 days validity is added to my account but as I have allready validity up to July the validity is not extended.

              Please help.

                      We Subscribe BSNL IP TV service on 24/01/2009 and we paid Rs 999/- for this.
                      On 28/01/2009 19:00 BSNL Installed IP TV setup at our home now this time we paid Rs 380/- for cable wire (Rs 20/- per meter for 18 meter cable) and connector (Rs 20/- two connector) and they don't give receipt this time.
                      After installing this IP TV its works fine only for 4 to 5 hrs that's it. Next day 29/01/2009 when we start our TV this was not working. We wait for 2 hrs but service not work then we complain this on Ph: 2771177 at 11:00 AM they said some problem is occurred this service and will be fixed soon and wait until 29/01/2009 17:00 PM. We do the same thing as instructed. But this was not fixed. We again Phone on same number and this time they said that we are sorry this service will be fixed by next day 30/01/2009 09:00 AM. We again for next day. but it not working again.
                      Now we again phone on same number[protected] now this time they said that "we are shifting our sever from Delhi to Jaipur" please wait until 30/01/2009 19:00 PM. Then we again wait for this but as usual to this service “no problem was fixed”.
                      Now we again complain on same number[protected] they didn't pick up the phone many times. But when they pick up the phone finally, they again said the same thing that we are shifting our server from Delhi to Jaipur please wait until next day 31/01/2009 11:00 AM. We have no other way so we wait until next day.
                      But same as previous, service not working next day and we now complained on BSNL ph: 1500 (Complain no: 5778992) at 11:00 AM and they said this will be fixed soon "please wait".
                      We wait until 31/01/2009 19:00 and we again phone on BSNL Ph 1500 and this time they said that please wait until 24 hrs after your complained so we wait until 01/02/2009 12:00 PM. More than 24 hrs.
                      But no result we again ph on BSNL Ph 1500 and this time they said that we marked you complained on high priority and we will try to resolve soon.
                      PLEASE HELP!!!
                      I am using bsnl land line from he last 10 years and I am also using bsnl mobile from the last 6 years. I have never changed my connection because I belive in bsnl service due to the reason that bsnl has no hidden face like other companies. But I am totaly upset and my faith has shaken after getting iptv connection. I could not enjoy it for even a single day. Daily I complained to the bsnl iptv staff on phone that my cable TV connection is not working properly. Faults line waiting signal, network connection failed, etc etc are appearing regularly.But nobody is interested to listen my complaint.I had asked my previous private cable operater to disconnect the connection at the time of appoying for iptiv connection.But after my bad experinece I have again asked cable operator to install the connection again.As por my experince bsnl iptv service is completely failed.I have no other option but to disconnect it.

                      same problem I am facing since installation of my iptv on 03/06/09 my complaint No. is 6272484 dated 05/06/09 on 1500 after several call at 2771177 and mobile no. of engineer as well as on his supervisor No. no any respond regarding short out the problem
                      sir, i want to say that installation of iptv is not easy procedure . after recieving payment of rs.999 nobody wants to work. in feb. i gave rs. 999/- to iptv private contractor nd they said wait for only two weeks but thats not true after two weeks i complaint to many no. they said wait for one week more. but after one month i gone to bsnl office and where i m shocked because my name was not registered in the iptv list. i m too shocked then i gave all the details to bsnl main head i.e recipt . then i add my name to bsnl iptv list... after two days iptv contractor came and install iptv succesfully. so i learnt that we should manaully checked our services in bsnl and not dependent on private iptv contrature. and the iptv service is succefuuly running but their is still one problem thats they not update thier " video on demand" corner thats so boring

                              I am having a bsnl landline at my own house in Chennai bearing no.26581351. I shifted my place of residence to Coimbatore. On approaching BSNL as to what I should do to retain my number, I was advised by Staff to apply for "INCOMING ONLY". I was advised that I will have to pay rental of only Rs.99 per month.I applied and now I have got my first bill whereby BSNL has charged me Rs.180 per month.                               I took bsnl conection in July 2009 and My Plane is Home 500 C + and i bought modem also. I useto use the internet in the limit only (i.e. Less than 2.5 GB) so i useto get bill of Rs. 661.

                              In the month of August 2009 on 24 th i was applied an aplication regarding to change my plan from " Home 500 C + " to " Home 500 C " ( i.e. 1.5 GB Free Usage Except 2:00 AM to 8:00 AM, Free Calls : 175 per Month ). I was cliarly mentioned in the application that Change My plane from 1st September 2009. In the Month of August i have used only 1.4 GB and I did't Used any Free Calls Also.

                              Now i got my August '09 Bill Amount of Rs.1, 193 ( Used only 1.4 GB ) Attached Usage Details of August ( August_Usage.jpg)

                              Actually they have to Calculate the bill According to the Plane Home 500 C (i.e. Rs.661) + (or) Home 500 C ( Rs. 550 )
                              But you have not take the Discount as Usage Charges. I absorved in the bill of July 2009 Discount was taken as same as Usage Charges. ( Attached The August Bill 2009 )

                              I have applied for intenet connection in May ending (scheme Rs. 500 per month unlimited usuage), landline has been installed in June first week. After calling sevaral times to BSNL on 29th June I got inetnet connection . From 29th June to 25th July internet was not working during night time (7pm to 6am). Somany times I gave online complient and met your department people about this problem, finally they found problem with the phone line given by department. later they changed theline.now internet is working perfectly..

                              Hi, I am also facing the same problem. I am using Home 500 c plan in which they offered me free unlimited usage between 2AM - 8AM in other Hrs 4 GB usage. Till April I was getting the correct amount as I use net mostly during the free Hrs. but from May it got changed. In May the amount was 1800 I thought ok I might have used wrongly, so i paid the bill. Last month July bill was 2300 since I dint notice it members in my home paid it. This month it is 3900. Iam shocked. As I never use this beyoun the free hrs. Also, till now ther has been no communication in any change on m plan. So how come such a big amount. I stay in Nanganallur. Is BSNL cheating people.??? And many time there are problem in the line and whenever their service people come they are looking for money... Soon after i got the connection, there was some fault in the telephone instrument and could neither make any call nor receive any calls. Registered 3-4 complaints. But it was not rectified, since door locked. In the month of January, 2011 i got the bill which included call charges for 196 calls, which were not made by me at all. Subsequently, in the month of March, 2011 i am charged for 422 calls which are not made by me. I have been regularly paying my broadband charges yearly for last five-six years without delay. This time I was out of station for last five months due to which I could not pay as a result your BSNL has put a penalty of non-payment. There should be some grace period for payment if not much but at least for one month. The penalty also which has been imposed is also quite heavy.If my records are checked I have paid money in advance also so many times.

On what basis and how they were dumping this much of amount. Whey they have not updated and i need clarity in this regard. If they have not change the plans their mistake and no question of paying of amount. Till such time.

                                Prepaid Voucher — Talk time

                                I had got an SMS from Dhamaka yesterday at 1.33PM that on a recharge of Rs.201, I can get full talk time. No service Tax and No processing fee. Jaldi karein, offer simit. I got the recharge done but got a talk time of only 178.89. Why has this happened. I have called the Idea Help line No.[protected] atleast a dozen times since last night but the line kept getting disconnected to got a message that all the Customer care executives are busy attending to other customers so please dial later..
