DEAR SIR, I WOULD LIKE TO SUBMIT THAT I APPLIED FOR BSNL LANDLINE AND BROADBAND CONNECTION ON 26.01.2011. THE TELEPHONE EXCHANGE IS AT JHOTWARA JAIPUR. MY LEAD ID IS RJJAI [protected], ORDER No. IS [protected] AND DEPOSITED Rs. 500/- AS SECURITY AND Rs. 500/ AS AN ADVANCE CHARGE FOR BROADBAND BILL. THE CONNECTION COULD NOT BE ACCOMPLISHED BY BSNL TILL DATE.

BSNL — unUSUAL service activated

recently 3 month ago.. A health alert service activated selfly in my no. i hd complaint to customer care 12 time.. Each time they give me new comp. No. . . [censored] diz bsnl co. Still they dnt stop diz service, daily charges 1 Rs. From 3 month.. Wt i do???

my residance no is[protected] . is no ki app ka office ma kai bar complaints ki ha. par koi proper responce nahi milta ha. or aap ka office ma milna ka bad bhi aaj tak na to telephon ki sahi telephon instument chage kara ha. or har bar ek purana instument bhaj diya jata ha . lihaja app sa request ha ki sahi adhakari ka madhyam sa is samasya ka samadhan kara da.

BSNL JAIPUR — unusual deduction of balance by activating services

Bsnl prepaid mobile services automatically activated MOBILE TV without my notice or acceptance .....and deduction of money from my balance......and further very bad responce by custumer care of BSNL
