Hi Team,

Please uninstall GOD software from my system. I was told that this software is free of cost and immediately after 15 days, they have started to charge Rs. 200 in my Telephone bill. I would like to cancel this facility immediately as i have not even used this software once as i do not have time for this. Please do the needful and do it asap.

    Respected sir,
    I am subscriber of bsnl landline phone (no-[protected]) from last 10 tears,also subscriber of broadband internet connection from last 2 years.
    From last six months road construction work is going on in the area where i am living at guruchintan co op hsg society b-102,opp adarsha vidya mandir school at post-Kulgaon-Badlapur(east) dist -thane-421503.
    I request many times in writting and by e-mail to restart the services to the corrosponding higher authorities at badlapur telephone main exchange at midc area but all in vain.They every time tells that when road work will complete we will restart your connection of telephone.In my area almost 200 landline & broadband connections are off from last 6 months .Its looking like a political battle between BSNL & Munciplal corporation at Badlspur in which common customers like us are suffering most as i have switch over to reliance broadband by paying almost triple charges than Bsnl per month.
    I dont know that in such competitive days how BSNL can afford loss of such huge revenue from last 6 months & if yes who is responsible for that ?
    I hope that you will help me in this matter & also help us to restart bsnl services in our area.

    From last 2 months Not working in internet connectin i am living at SHIVPARK co op hsg society B-002, Gaondavi road, Anand Nagar, at post-Kulgaon-Badlapur(east) dist -thane-421503.

    Even mine is the same problem, Ms. Smita is the subscriber of BSNL Telephone No.[protected] at Gurukrupa Bungalow, near Vrudhashram, Shirgaon, Badlapur (East), my landline is dead (not working) from 30th January 2011 till date, in between several times we have complained to responsible staff (personally and on Telephone) but till date there is no response from them. Please note BSNL Complaint No. is [protected] and another Grievance Registered; Docket Number is : MHR/CO/2012/551. We request you to please look into the matter and advise us.

    Also, note that in Shirgaon, badlapur area many phones are not working including Vrudhashram which is not fair, we request please help us out.

        Broad band usages portal selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in is not working at all. I cant see broad band usages since this new portal is launched by bsnl.
        The previous portal data.bsnl.in was very useful and user friendly. Why bsnl has changed this portal.
        Now how one can see broad bad usages ?
        BSNL should swich over to original portal data.bsnl.in immediately.

          BSNL 3G services — cost per call even if it is not that usage

          Recently i have converted my bsnl SIM to 3G services. The charges for normal calls is taken as 70 as video conferncing this is too much will withdraw from 3 G. A government company should not do this. The tariff doesnot tell this.

          How will i define this.

              Dear Sir

              I am living in Hyderguda area (old MLA quarters) of Hyderabad. One in every 5-6 months, my mobile experience erratic and very low signal strength in my apartments. This problems will continue for 10-15 days and then disappears.

              I do not know whom to contact when such things happen. Signals would be so week that it is difficult to communicate. Pl inform me to whom I have to contact.

I have unsubscribed this chat messenger four times with 2inr getting deducted each time since the last four months with a total deduction of almost 100 inr and still it doesnt get unsubscribed.

                      R/ Sir,
                      I am your regular consumer of landline phone no. 2507773 at my residence address G-3 / 72, Railvihar Phase I, Rapti Nagar Phase IV, Chargawan, Gorakhpur 273003 since 1997. After seeing the ads of BSNL BROADBAND connections I also opted for the said broadband connection in 2008. For one year I didn’t have any problems and everything was running smoothly. But from January 2009 problems regarding internet connectivity started . After complaining at Raptinagar Telephone Exchange, people used to come and got it repaired on same or on next day. But from March 2010 the things got W-O-R-S-T. My modem gets switched off automatically after 15 minutes of switching it on and then gets on after 3 minutes and this drama continues at a regular interval of 5 minutes. After complaining it to SDE/Phones at Rapti Nagar exchange sometimes they asked for the modem checkup, sometimes they said the line is faulty and the lineman will go and repair it. Then the lineman used to come after repeated chase after 4 to 5 days after getting some tips. The same problem arised after 6 to 7 days and again the same chain of regular chase. Moreover when bills are not been send by the concerned I regularly used to deposit a LUMSUM amount of Rs 1000/-, hence there is no question of non payment (which has also been confirmed by the billing units)

                      Sir, now I feel that I have done a greatest mistake in my life by opting the BSNL broadband services which really stands for BHOOL – SE – NA- LENA and BHAI SAHAB- NAHI- LAGEGA now I am bound to say that your field staffs are making this stuff a truth. It is now requested to kindly CANCEL my connections of both the landline and internet and refund my deposit amount so that I may opt for any private broadband connection like many of my friends have done in my nearby locality. It is also requested not to WASTE the Govt. funds by such type of advertisements when you are NOT ABLE TO give a minimum facility to the consumers.

                        ahemdabad telecom district company were collecting double time payment, we already paid the bill nd again they were sending an another bill or disconnecting our connection.our local branch in naroda staff members of that they r not giving answers properly.pllz take it majorly we r ur customers since 1988.

                          Dear Sir,

                          The 3G Data card department (room no. 103), Shastri Nagar Office is hopeless.

                          When I reached to buy a data card in BSNL office , they redirected me to room no. 103.

                          When I reached that room , the room was closed. I surprised, then I slowly opened the room , there were few staff members sitting over there sleeping around 12:00 PM.

                          I asked one of them , that I want to buy a 3G data EVDO stick, they didn’t show any interest. The person was taking to a family member. I sat over there around 30 minutes continuously asking to give me form and plans. But that fellow didn’t replied in satisfactory way.

                          I want to lodge a complaint against him that during office hours, why they keep the door closed and not entertain customers. I am also escalating this matter to senior management about their ignorance.

                          Please look into that.

                            I have BSNL Landlaine & Broadband connection(with limited usage),
                            today is[protected] & yet i not recieved BSNL Bill for month january-2011

                            even i tried lot on BSNL portal& BSNL .in also...but no where showing Bill detail or Usage of last month

                            each month i was checking day 2 day usage at bsnl portal but Now its also showing "no record found"

                            so reply me who can i check my last bill (Landline+Broadband) & Broadband usage of last month because i have Limited usage broadband plan

                              November 2010 bill was Rs 3684.00 but in wrong bill is Rs 3000.00 as LL Debit Accessory/Facility

                              i've given written complaint on 28/12/2010 but no responce . I've not paid bill .Later they disconnect the service in first week of Jan'2011.

                              Again they send the Bill for the Dec'2010 for Rs 4089.00. I've not paid.
                              Again they send the Bill for the Jan'2011 for Rs 4298.00 but paid Rs4089.00 throu the cheque on 18/02.2011 but till the date phone is reconnected.
                              I am claiming the problem I am facing due this in term of money , time and agony.

                              BSNL — wrong payment of landline bill

                              Dear Sir, On 29th January 2010 I have paid my land bill to your canning street office,the amount was Rs529/- bill no: 08703459 No: U 0060918 dt 29/01/2010 number of land line was273574 in the name of Tarikul Seikh, but actually I have to pay the bill in the name of DIPEN DEY CHOWDHURY ,TELEPHONE NO: 2643993,CONSUMER NO: 1072870 BILL NO: 88703459,THE AMOUNT WAS RS. 532/-,I don't understand how the counter clerk accept the bill and paid. The bill amount has been credited to wrong account.
                              In this regard I have written so many times but got no fruitful result. I shall be glad if you kindly refund my amount so that I can pay my bill in write place.

                              BSNL is billing its customer without any justification.They know that customer will have to pay their bills because it reaches them two days before last date of payment.You keep complaining, no body will listen.Can't there be an alternate to this Bogus service.I am using Home plan 500 and paying 3500/-every month .Can we not disconnect the service online?

                                dear sir i amardeep sandhu bsnl customer mobile number [protected].i have started astrolgy service on my mobile about 6-8 months ago within one month after activation i call the customer care excutive for deactivation of this service.firstly they ask my name then mobile no and ask me your complaint is lodged and they give me complaint number and ask service is deactivated within 24 hours. but service is not deactivated i have call the customer care many times they ask me your complaint is lodged and service is deacivated within 24 hours every month they deducted Rs 20.00 from my account this service is auto rewnewd after one month. so please look in this matter i m completly misguided by customer care executive. thanks

                                  Bsnl is Not Sending UPC Code, to Convert to Other Network,I have Sent Twice the message for each they charged 60paise.
                                  and Some person Called from Bsnl Customer Care and asked me the reason that why i am planning to change frm bsnl and wen i tell the reason , he told me to wait and disconnected after 2 minutes.

                                    I have purchased bsnl 3g usb data card on[protected] mfg date:2010.09, hardware version:v1.0, software version:lw272 v1.0, imei no.:[protected] and s|n:[protected].The usb data card disconnected automatically within 5 minutes and the speed is too slow about 25 kbps.so i request you to solve this problem within a manageable days or replace my data card or return my money back.If you do not take any action then i will take legal action against you.And loudge a complain in consumer forum against the bsnl authority and as well as the datacard vendor teracom. i am a cbi inspector in hyderabad sultanbazar office , koti.Please take a necessity action on the above sated matter and stop cheating customer in this way.

                                    Agree. I am also a BSNL 3G Customer from Satara, Maharashtra & I am also facing the same problem here. While purchasing 3G I was told that I will definitely get very good speed for browsing & downloading but I am unable to connected to the internet for more than five minutes. My speed for the internet is worst ever I ve seen, It has never crossed 20 kbps. Apart from this call centre service of BSNL is also worst.
                                    my bsnl 3g data card number is [protected] speed is very low. pls upgrede my bsnl data card internet speed

                                      From past 2-3 years I have facing Land line Connection problem (Phone No.:[protected] in port blair it gets dead every 2 to 3 months and the sound disturbence in conncection is a lot, Iam a retired Defence Personnel and i find it very hard to file a complaint every month, I had lot of difficulty in these up down procedure. I had filed couple of complaints in many times but still I not get permanent solutions....
