[Resolved]  BSNL Mobile — Waiting for 7 month to change plan!

I had previously voiced my complaints through you regarding my inability to contact phone no. [protected] despite repeated complaints iam getting the cliched answer your complaint has been forwarded to the concerned department there is nothing else we can do.when I send an sms to the same no. it is being delivered but when I am trying to contact the same no. I am getting the reply the number does not exist.I am literally fed up with the services of BSNL MOBILE SPECIALLY THE RUDE AND CURT ANSWERS OF THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES.

sir while scratching the bsnl top up card, i missed 4 digits.the serial no. of the card is [protected].can u plz help me out with teh 16 digit secret code.my bsnl number is:[protected].

DEAR SIR,

I have mobile connection no. [protected]. I do'nt have any subscription of 'DATING SERVISES'. I have reminded it many times through SMS for not deducting the monthely subscription charges of Rs 30.00 a month. Even then this subscription of Rs 30 is being deducted from my account per month. I am extremely sorry to say that this high-handedness may kindly be dropped and responsible person may be taken to task.

I USE BSNL POSTPAID PLAN LAST 7YEAR AND I USE BSNL GPRS 199 UNLIMITED PLAN LAST 1 YAER, 16/11/2008 I GETTING SOME PROBLEM IN MY GPRS, I CONTACT TO [protected] AND CALL THEM MY PROBLEM, CUSTOMER CARE ADVISE ME TO REACTIVE MY PLAN BY SENDING GPRSPRE MASSAGE TO 53733, I DO THAT AND I GET A MASSAGE THAT YOUR GPRS IS SUSSECSFULLY PROVIDED, WHEN I GET MY MONTHY BILL THEN I SEE THAT FROM THIS MASSAGE MY GPRS199 PLAN CONVERT IN GPRS49 PLAN, WE USE UNLIMITED AND MY MONTHLY BILL COME 18554, NOBADY GIVE ME ANY REBATE AND YET I GO TO JAGO GRAHAK JAGO AND COMPLAIN OF BSNL THAT THEY GIVE ME WRONG SUGGETION AND WHEN I NOT SENT GPRS49 MASSAGE TO 53733 THEN BSNL HAVE NO RIGHT TO ACTIVE GPRS49 PLAN,

sir i had a problem that after every hour rupees 0.10 is deducted with any notice or any reason please tell me how to tackle this problem or how to complain this to bsnl official i would be thankful to you ..

My Cell no. [protected] out going band because Balance is 00 show on Mobil screen but
Your costomer executives ask my A/c Balance 50/- show his computer screen. I made a call 12 time in (12 Feb. 09 at 9:51 a.m. is a first call and last today 14 Feb 09 at 12:41 p.m.) your costumer care help line no.24365.
But tell date my out going stopped, kindly inform me how many time take for this??

i had puchased new connection mob no. [protected] on 15mar09 igot balance of rs. 203 and validity upto apr2010 but my balance was lost automatically to rs 0 see this fun of BSNL really it means BHAI SAHAB NAHI LAGEGA

my comlaint is rajasthan in jodhpur district prepared connection user many problem in there. terif voucher 300 plan ka kya hua jo gov. ne stop kar diya mera recharge chala gaya . plz jo bhi ho network ko ok kery. talk are not possible in connect in other pepole. plz help and recover my complant. early to early proccessing keraky ok kery.

This is Mr. P S Goswami a prepaid mobile customer for last four years. Recently I am facing a problem regarding internet connectivity. I use Rs.152 GPRS scheme and get net access in ti my PC through mobile. But from 5 April, 2009 I am not getting the service due to might be some technical problem. I made a complaint to customer care and got docket no3577240 but no positive response I have got so far. Repeatedly I made another complaint with same issue on 14 April. But even till date my problem has not been solved. I have spoken to customer care several times. When I use to connect my PC through mobile I get a message Error 734: PPP link control protocol was terminated.
My request to you that please look into the matter seriously and instruct your good office to solve the problem as early as possible.
