[Resolved]  BSNL Mobile — Waiting for 7 month to change plan!

I, Use BSNL Prepaid connection number is [protected], when i want to try outgoing from my phone, i cant do that, But My incomming is done properly. I recharge the account several times but still i have problem, so please check your system for this number and give me a solution on this mattar

My name is inconnect in my Cell One bill Cell No. [protected] my Name is AMITABHA BHATTACHARJEE but it was wrongly writen as AMIT TABHA BHATTACHARJEE in my mobile bill every time. I have requested several time in written as well as verbally to BSNL authorities, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh to correct my name but all in vain they never headed to my request. The staff assigned by BSNL, Itanagar for correction of name and addressin GM office misbehaved with me several times. It is understood that BSNL Itanagar want extra money ??????? for correction of address and names.
Please answer my mail.

I have a prepaid BSNL mobile (Excel Anant plan). Few days back I bought a SMS power card (Rs 24/-). I tried to recharge with that card. When I dialed 123, gave the 16 digit activation code, pressed #, it repeated the activation code. Then I confirmed by pressing # but then again it started saying " please enter your card activation number followed by #". I again entered the code. The same procedure repeated again. Then I tried with another SMS power card. The same thing happened.

Can please help me out?

my mobile no [protected] (lifetime prepaid) is not recharging online by bsnl portal.

but it was recharged earlier two times online bsnl portal. but not now..

please rectify the problem.

My mob ph No is [protected], Danapur near Patna. I heard the BSNL services are best in the country, so took the connection recently. But I am most diappointed to see its performance and reception. On top of, call dropping in case of BSNL is most frequent. I never had such a worst experience of call dropping which is most annoying. I conved the problem of call dropping to Mr. Promod Kumar, who supposedly is the DGM, Patana region, dealing with the problem, but the problem is not attended, the reasons of which seem to b that BSNL is Govt.Undertaking and no authorities can do any thing to them, irrespective, whether they do their duties in any manner. Any Competent authority of BSNL if exists, may ask some one in the area to look into the problem please.
my incoming is off but out going is ok. Why?

Now after talking to customer care No. of times I had requested them to stop this services as well as i had send No. of times messages to 58888 for unsubscribe this services as there is deduction of Rs. 30/- evey week. but no one is boher for it Kindly Look into the matter and stop this wap services from indatimes (58888)

if recharge upto 29 sept 09
I[[protected]] Recharged&got same as above.
my wife[[protected]] recharged same on coupoun of rs 330 on 29 sept 09 but she got recharge of 299.18
above message also received in my wife mobile[[protected]]on28sept09 but why not she got recharge of rs363 onCOUPOUN of rs 330 on 29sept 09 ?inspite she got talk time of rs 299.18
why its discrimination in recharging of above mobile number[[protected]]?

Mobile No.[protected]= I took the above mobile connecdtion from Tamilnadu, on lifetime validity basis, and when I left tamilnadu (Nilgiris district) I gave the sim card to one of my friends. Now I understand from my friend that he has transferred the mobile connection in his personal name. Is it possible to transfer the ownership without the owner's consent? Could you kindly verify from your records who is the owner of the above mobile connection please.

I want to disconnect Act 1 Scheme by message DACT 1 but we have received message " massage sent fail'' because no any massage sent to BSNL through 53733 so please do need ful .

I have many time note complaint to customer service by using no.24365 but not received good response.

so please note my latest compalaint number is 3430919 Dated 16-11-09 and do needful for DACT 1 and suportting SMS to 53733 which not made by my mobile no.[protected].

I use bsnl prepaid connection number is [protected].i was send the message to M2G TO 53733 again M2GY TO 53733 and u may recieve the conformation within 24 hrs but cnnot change the plan 3g to 2g, complained many time to ur customer care.
(complaint no.AP[protected]) please solve my problem.
