BSNL nic card — HARRSASHING CUSTOMERS

I HAVE PURCHASED THE NIC CARD FROM BSNL .BUT IT IS USELESS THEY (CUSTOMER CARE SAYS THAT THEY DONT KNOW ABOUT THE UIM CARD & I CANNOT MAKE CALLS FROM IT WHILE OTHER PROVIDERS R OFFERING THIS SERVICE VERY NICELY .SPEED IS LESS THAN THEY TOLD THEY R MANY A TIMES NOT RECEIVING OUR COMPLAINS PLS HELP SIR DOWNLOAD SPEED IS VERY LOW SOMETIMES HAVING FULL LINK UPTO 3 ALSO DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY . KINDLY HELP SIR AT MY NO [protected] BETWEEN 8 PM-8:830PM

well i have nic card i am using with my lap top but not good speed some time is more and some time down any trick to boost my serfing speed

i applied for a nic card . but the bsnl employees said that they can't do anything for me.they said that iam in waitinglist.what is the solution for this problem.

sir,
two days ago on 25th march 2010 i had buy BSNL NIC modem, till now it is not activated, i have properly installed drivers, also modem is showing that USB is connected, but the following messege is coming after dialling '' the remote computer is not responding
connection terminated then disconnected'
so plz give me soln of above
