I applied before 8 to 10 month for BSNL landline connection but still today i cant get connection as well as satisfied answer from department.

broadband not working properly

Hi,

This is I.H.Prathop

We have internet connection at HOME in Bangalore.

The Internet is not getting connected at any time during the day. There is some problem in the server of the area in Manjunathnagar - Rajajinagar 2 nd block, due to which the net gets down when the net is working.

Please take actions to solve this problem immediately

Dead Telephone

Sir,
This is with referance to my email and your your email both of 12 Mar 09. The formal complaint for dead telephone was handed over to BSNL Jhunjhunu office on 14 Mar 09 after almost 10 days the telephone is still dead which is a matter of concern to me. dataone ID is not operating to check net usage

We have dataone broad band connection at home last 2 years. I can't check my usage. They created & gave me one user ID & password, I configured my modem with that, It is working with very low band width speed. The same user Id & password must be use for Dataone mail & net usage. Phone is out of order

Respected Sir,

Our compay's landline phone no.[protected] is out of order from last 1 month. We have complained many times to exchange but no response was there from the other end till now. Due to this error, we are facing a lots of problems which is hampering our business activities.

Deduction of Balance inspite of using GPRS voucher

I had recharged my account by Rs. 197(which is a GPRS voucher for which one can use internet free of charge for 1 month) on 8th Feburary. On 23rs Feb while using internet my whole balance got deducted from my account which was about Rs. 80. We have submitted a request for BSNL landline shifting on Dec 29th 2009 from Indiranagar, bangalore to HRBR layout, bangalore. The new connection needs to be given to a newly constructed apartment. Landline+Broadband cancellation letter submitted but no refund

I applied for BSNL landline on 08-Jun-2007, but no connection from BSNL. Infact I have been harrassed to visit one office to other. Then I applied for cancellation of land line even if it was not provided on 10-Sep-2007 at Basawangudi BSNL office. Since last 1 and 1/2 yrs there is no response from anyone.
