My telephone is working, but my broadband is intermittently down. Complaints are lodged on several occasions to authorities. It is repaired temporarily and again it is down. This problem I am facing for the last 15 days. I am facing difficulties in accessing internet that when I wanted it very badly.

My landline telephone No. 2528961 falling under Kalyan Telecom District, Vasai Division is now out of order from last 15-20 days, please rectify the problem

My telephone line is disconnected. I have made the payment one week before, but my phone is not activated till today, so, please activiate the phone immediately. My land line Phone number is 2408585 BSNL, Dombivili (W).

Our tel. no.274264 & 270516. U debited our current a/c through ecs. but we do not recd. tel bill of that period. we lunch this complaint two months before. still we do not recd. tel bill for our referance.

My BSNL LAnd line[protected] was dead for more than a week, & till date a it is not started . & kalyan telecom made a fantastic solution to lodge a complaint, that the telephone exchange which is come under KALYAN TELECOM are not accepting a complaint on written or verbal, they are telling made oyur complaint on no:198, but sir can you tell if the land line was dead then how can we lodge a complaint on this advance system.
Please take your valuable time to modify the complaint lodge sysytem & start working of our land line.

As per our booking of CELLONE/WLL no.[protected] [protected] for umroli, Palghar we bring to kind notice you that its already left one month for its booking till date we yet not received WLL line as per tel. discussion officer told us that shortage of WLL instrument they are not able to give connection.

This is the main difference in private sector and our government sector. We already facing lot of problems for this connection we already visit
lot of time (Me and my father) to palghar Exange. But we not get any proper feedback as well as problem of your related officer which are gone for leave as per inquiry of our connection they told us that please came after few days our madam on leave. we don't expect this type of answer.

Our work is stuck up as it has halted the communication process completely.Request to attend the complaint as early as possible.

Kalyan Telcom Exchange — Non Working of the phone

I have been follwoing up with the dpeartment to register for the complaint of my telephone for last two weeks. My number is 2393663.

Someboy attened the complaint with no use as it went off the very next day.

Immediate attention to our telpehone line is required urgently.

my telephone no.is 272227 & 272088 (std.code 02522) at kalher are not working from last 20 days,we had made several complaint to bsnl at no.198.now they are telling it will take another 7 days.
in last one year i saw that tellephone is hardly working for 190 days out of 365 days.we also have broadband connection on no.272227 monthly rent is about 1000/-without giving service they are charging rs.12000/-yearly.

we are using four land line of our company. 2480311, 2481468, 2481003 & 2480148. we have observed that you are having technical fault and we are suffering. we tried at sativali, vasai (e) but no responce. i have tried kalyan network division but never getting on line. our landline no.2480311 is connectivity of internet since last 20days it is not working. today i have gone to vasai (w) to submit my VP's letter for necessary action but no body is ready to except it. i have taken duplicate copy of all nos. and paid internet connectivity telephone no. bill. i hope you will take proper necessary action. my contact no. is [protected] and [protected].

still our telephone no. 2480311 got cross connection and internet not working since last 20 days. please take necessary action urgently. early action will be highly appriciated. tks., rgds.

MY TELEPHONE NO. IS 2230205 WHICH FALLS UNDER KALYAN EXCHANGE (KHADEKPADA). THE SAID IS OUT OF SINCE 8TH OF APRIL, 2010. I HAVE MADE COMPLAINT ON AUTOMATIC SYSTEM AND AFTER THAT TRIED TO CONTACT MANY OFFICIALS ON 2231400. BUT NO ONE IS ATTENDING THE CALL. IF I CONTACT OTHER NUMBER, THE OTHER OFFICIALS ARE PROVIDING THE ABOVE NO. AGAIN AND AGAIN.

SINCE ABOUT ONE & HALF MONTHS OVER, NO ONE IN THIS DEPT IS BOTHER ABOUT TO RECTIFY THE FALUT.

I UNDERSTAND THAT A LOT OF TELEPHONES LINES ARE NOT WORKING IN THIS AREA SINCE THE ABOVE MENTIONED DATE. CUSTOMERS ARE REGULARLY VISITING TELEPHONE EXCHANGE BUT THEY ARE ALSO NOT GETTING ANY PROPER REPLY.

I WILL HIGHLY OBLIGED IF YOU TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO RECTIFY THE FAULT AND GET THE SAME IN WORKING CONDITION.

I have also complained here, besides this at the grievance cell on BSNL site, tilln ote no progress that my tel: 2341082 (Vasai West), starts fu nctining, everything seem to fall on deaf ears, BSNL should have the decency to refund when the phone does not function past 5 days...and top it they are deaf on the compalints.

I am using bsnl prepaid mobile number [protected]. Recently, news started flashing on the screen and diduct my balance within 10 to 20 minutes.And now I am getting mad and sometimes I even want to crush my handset. Kindly help me. WAITING FOR YOUR SUGGESTION.

Some days back I rec'd a call from[protected]. There was no human on the line it was just a machine talking to me. It was telling me about stock updates and told me to press 1 to subscribe and i pressed 8 because I was irritated of these calls. I am receiving this call inspite of me being registered in Do not Call
It kept on telling me to press 1 and i kept on pressing 8. After 7 times it told me that I was subscribed and rs 20 would be deducted. the amount has been deducted. I called BSNL customer care and they say call the number that called you. I called up that number and nobody answers and a machine just goes blah blah. They have not mentioned in any of their SMS as to how I can unsubscribe from this pain. I keep on receiving stock SMS from 56505. I want to claim my money back and also I would like to file a case against BSNL for illegaly starting this services and than not providing any method to unsubscribe. I want to claim for the mental trauma and harassment they have caused to me and my family. Also this number should not call without permission. Pl guide me

BSNL is very bad in obtaining proper permission before activating stuff and making customers aware of what they are subscribed to.

To cancel 56505 services, send SMS to 56505 as follows:-

CAN <SERVICE> YES

For example, CAN CRICKET YET to cancel CRICKET package.

If you don't include the YES, it will ask you to send another SMS (another Re.1) to confirm.

the message regarding astro sent by 56505 is highly objectionable. i have tried mary times by messaging for cancellation along with bsnl customer care (4 times) but this service not stopped yet. kindly stop this servive

this BSNL is very bad in serving and good in taking money i too suffer from this as mothly they are deducting 55rs for unknown reason and that too customer care dont give proper respons so at last i kept that number for incoming and using another service for outgoing calls its very bad

Sir, I am using both BSNL and Idea connections. Earlier by mistakenly I subscibed aome alerts in BSNL network. After that I contacted the customer support executive and deactivated the service. But from last month onwards the same alert activated without my consent and sms, they simply deducted Rs.30/- for one month. My BSNL number is [protected]. The same way I deactivated the ringback tone facility in my idea number. Still everymonth they are charging and deducting Rs.30/- automatically without my permission. My idea number is [protected]. BSNL — customer care arrogance

when i had a problem with my net i called the customer care. i made many calls some gave guidelines to sort the problem some said they would forward the complaint. two of them claimed there is no technical team in the call centre, the person who attends if he wishes or if he know he will guide you, else they will register the complaint. they were arrogant in their speech. one of them said i am picking thousand calls a day i cannot be the same to every person.

Now My answer is above. if anything wrong or missing point u look then plz clarify me.
I’m sure they are aware of (jpg 221149 ) service holder’s minimum status at least the seniority of her age. nearly 70yrs old and quite helpless and unwell. Physically and Psychologically deteriorating day by day .

1.To negotiate that the matter as per their allegation letter without knowing the ultimate actual facts and figure
2 All things will stalled as per their direction and then arising that issues .
3. Ignoring that matter as per their terms which indeed is in the notice itself.

With reference to your letter dated 12th march ’09 I state as follows .


1.Their letter does not give any details about billing and status of the matter in question
2.They have not clarified such bill when as to on which date such bills were due
3.The subscriber in question is a senior citizen and quite helpless and unwell
4.There seems to be no explanation for the matter reaming dormant for about six Years approximately.
5.The situation is unusual and I shall expect your kind co-operation
6.The telephone was arranged for by some kind relatives after my father closed his eyes forever and my mother unexpectedly had a serious brain operation. With the best of my believe that phone was granted under senior citizenship scheme and it was maintented on her behalf by my mother’s sister in law (A retried Govt. servant). Who also stays with her.
7.Now in-between (from the end of 2003 to first of 2004) that phone possibly lapsed due to non payment of bills . however I found some Bills with it’s received copy of that time however details are not cleared. It was also told by my mother that the phone apparatus taken by your department line-man 8. Now after nearly six years the bill questions have again been revived by your sent notice or letter.
9.in the mean time I’ve been settled in Jalpaiguri I applied for a LAN connection with common normal procedure no questions are raised although the premises are the same . and that was one of the way to make me feel more confident that the matter ( previous phone related Matters was resolved )
10.From your letters it seems my mother’s connection still exists although there’s no psychical Phone of that number as such
11. Since both of my mother and my aunt are old and aged . details are not naturally clear.
12.There doesn’t seem to be any notice or letter about this matter

Nowas a son I would like to get this matter clarify and settled, as a citizen who user of their services long time . I hope the matter will be resolved amicably and no unjust harassment will be caused to my old and ailing mother and my aunt . Although I’m sure they are aware of (jpg 221149 ) service holder’s minimum status at least the seniority of her age.
My intention is not to escape or finding that type excuses for avoiding due responsibility. My moral duty is to prevent her getting of any bad name reputation whenever she’s just waiting for her last journey at the end of her life.

I have a BSNL Pune landline phone (no.[protected]. It is out of order since 16th December. A complaint was registered on the same day- complaint no. 35893. Thereafter virtually every alternate day a phone call is made to find out the progress. BSNL's office has also been visited- met the lineman, concerned Engineer, Asst Manager & the Dy General Manager as well. Every time a reply is given that telephone would start working in 2-3 day's time. Despite these (false) assurances the phone is still not working for last virually 1 1/4 months.

My tel no 24444522 is dead for last 1.5 months. Mr.Bapat making onyY false commitments & ingnoring our complaints.
My braodband work order no 12323 is also pending since 3.12.2008 on which work clearance was given by your dept for connection of broadband line.
