Respected sir,
I am customer of BSNL landline number[protected]. My past bill plan was oneindia plan but 6 months earlier i went to Bharat nagar office in Bathinda and submitted my application to change my bill plan from oneindia to Rs. 75 per month. But 6 months later i received the message on my mobile on 24 jan 2013 that my service request no. [protected] against phone no.[protected] has been completed which is too late. For the past 6 months i have been paying the same oneindia plan's price. So understanding my harassment make my last 6 months bill as Rs.75 per month and transfer the other amount to my BSNL account.

    i am living in semmandapatti village omalur tk, salem dt. in last 3.5 month i had approched BSNL to get new land line with broadband connection, but our area AE (thiru subramani) and in office BSNL omalur circle does not received my application. sir told no wire. i approched so many times but no response. pls take my complain and solve for new connection

    I have applied new land phone connection in 9th November 2010.But this date 17.02.2011was no respond .kindly reply this connection .

    phone connection number is [protected] . I have got the connections in July 2000 .But 90% of the time the phone is out of order every week i have to file 2 ro 3 complaints then the hone os fine for a day or 2 then again the same cycle .

    I have got the phone connection and the internet connection but never in my life i have seen such a miserable service .


    Still my phone is out of order and I am help less .what to do and how to proceed the matter to get a better service

        deactivate hungama movie on demand View all bsnl Hungama movie on demand complaints I have been receiving extra charges on my broadband bills for the last months for hungama music and movies which i had not subscribed to. I have been wrongly charged for services i had not asked for nor had utilized. I paid extra amounts for the last months. So please be refunded extra amount as deductions in my next bill.             BSNL — BSNL Broadband connection: A fraud

            Dear Sir,

            I had applied for a BSNL broadband connection for my home on 01.07.2010 and I was told that the connection will be installed in a week. Even after 20 days and numerous visits, nothing was done.
            I therefore cancelled the connection and again was assured of refund by 09/08/2010. And as any other government organization is expected to work here, the refund has not come till today. And the most irritating thing was that the BSNL official shamelessly told me that they don't know when the refund will come but it'll come in this year itself.
            I strongly request you to take action against the BSNL broadband services department in Gurgaon so that they could atleast work and reply with some responsibility to consumers. It has been 2 months and there has been no track of where my money has gone. Please help me in getting my deposit back.
            My refund no. is 42945 (In case it helps).

                I am using TATA DOCOMO CDMA. i want MNP from TATA CDMA to BSNL CDMA. i have fulfill all the document and when i was going to BSNL OFFICE to deposited the documents they did not received my document and told me that SIM are not available and you will come on 2 Feb. Today they saying that CDMA to CDMA MNP not possible.
                i have talk to bsnl customer care and customer care executive confirm me that it is definitely possible.
                Please take necessary action.

WHEN I GIVE MISS CALL TO MY DAUGHTER AT TEXSAS IN US IT DEDUCT Rs.6/- FLAT THOUGH CALL IS NOT MATERILISED. IT IS BEING HAPPEN OFTENLY. KINDLY REFUND THE AMOUNT SO DEDUCTED UNAUTHORISEDLY BY THE BSNL. ALSO PLEASE STOP CHARGING SUCH UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTION.

                  mera bsnl ka pre paid connection hai, 19.11.08 ko mere cell pe 1 sms
                  jo kisi geeta alert ka tha mera ballence us samay 0.51 paise tha. us ke dike bad mera ballence mines 59.41 paise ho gaya .jab mera conection pre paid hai to mines bellenc kaise ho sakta hai. kai bar customer care ko call karne per complaint karne per bhe koi responce nahi mila. now what i do.

Why 5rs deducted from my account after recived that sms?

                      dear sir,

                      i had bought bsnl penta ws 702c teblet on 26th november december. when i purchase teblet there were mention 2g & 3g support on packing. after 1 week i inform dealar he says that 2g sim support & 3g dongal support feature in this teblet. after some days i face problem with its display so go its service center its locate in bapunagar. he says that take 2 bill zerox along with teblet so i return & after 1 week i go at same service center they says that company did not support them so he left penta repairing works & gave us another service center address.

                      on 12th january 2013 i went that service center & check my teblet they are says to me pl call after 5 days it can be repair or sent this teblet to company at noida. i talk with penta cuestmer care they says that they will give my teblet on 27 th january 2013 I also drop mail. they will not reply my mail. today i will call service center now they are says that take your teblet it is not repair &company will not support them. i talk with cuestmer care number they are says that pl courier us your teblet & we are check then we will sent you courier .

                      so i request you pl consider my complain & try to solve my complain.

                        My Telephone Number[protected] have a broadband connection, it was dead for almost a month before this, the issue was resolved in over 1 month, I'm tired of this service, broadband connection was working fine before, but now it stays connected but does not open any website other then Google or such lite websites, it takes upto 20-30 mins to sometimes open some websites, although it shows the Internet light(Link) but it keeps on getting disconnected, I can not download any files due to this, neither can I stream anything over the internet, ping is usually very high to outside servers, nothing below 150-200ms, kindly get this fixed asap, because we pay for this service even if its not working sometimes, they said the underground line needed to be changed for a good connection, but they never changed it for years, when we call to customer care, they say if the internet light is showing on the modem then it should be working fine, and also they do not take in complains for high pings, jitter/packet loss in p2p via internet, they say as long as its working its fine, kindly either change the staff to one that at least knows some very basic terms that even kids knows these days from Hardware and networking, the staff almost feels like its illiterate, they don't even understand when i talk about high ping that i get, please get my broadband fixed asap, current complaints are as follows

                        1. Fix broadband line, it shows connected but pings goes to Infinite and In/Out data/second goes to 0 even if its connected, which means there is no data transfer, that also means there is no connection while it still shows connected.
                        2. get the underground line changed, since they say it needs to be changed but they never change it.
                        3. Change the customer care staff to a literate one, that knows at least a bit about the technology they're working on.
                        4. whenever i call customer care i'm put on hold for over 30-40 mins, god knows who they are talking to? or is there just one CCR who is attending to every call in India?

                        Thank you, and please note i have paid for 1 month before when the phone was still dead, i don't want to pay for nothing all over again, so please fix this

                        BSNL Landline — not getting service from bsnl

                        we have some defect in telephone as we can't hear & lots of distrubance is there
                        we have complained abt that from 15 days
                        still there is no action taken on that

                        I had your company connection with internet facility, but since begning its not working properly(landline and internet). I complain so many time to zirakpur(punjab) exchange, but i couldnot satisfy, now i am in a cretical possision. sir kandly advise me what to do.
                        Dear Sir,

                        We are BSNL user since 2006 and I have shifted my phone line in the year of 2008 1st quoter. From that time to till I hardly enjoyed my line due to problem but every month they are charging bill.For this problem I have complained them several time but no response. Are they justified with their customer?

                        My request the please punished them for this practice.

                              I have applied broadband connection in last 2 month ago for this number- [protected], so that bsnl employee came for Checking link status but for distance or other reason being the link has not stable so that disconnect my broadband connection in first day.

                              But today when i received landline bill then i'm surprise coz in bill also mansion the 2 month broadband charge whose i'm not use little bit.

                              So when i call to nearest exchange so he said to me that are government police when you applied once in then you should be paid full bill.

                              I am very unhappy for BSNL services, If not return or adjustment my bill i will go to consumer forum or other customer support forum.

                              This is very poor service by BSNL employee also his conversation is very roodly or worst.

                              BSNL BROADBAND SERVICE — regarding broadband connectivity

                              i had applied for broabband connection on 2nd june.my landline phone no. is [protected]. i got the modem on 5th june. but my internet connection is not working till now. i have personally informed about my problem to my nearest phone exchange. but no one listen to me properly. everytime they told me that ur service will be working shortly. but no approprite action has been taken till now. even i have called to customer care no. at 1957. they also told me to bring to the notice of nearest exchange ofificials. but i m fed up from their excuses.
                              so it is my humbel request to broadband complaint incharge to solve my problem...

                                  I am also a subscriber to prepaid mobile service of BSNL right from its entry into the field of providing mobile services to Bangarapet. I am daily getting lot of SMSs from various sources only sizzling babes, videos, etc., which I feel not to be permitted by BSNL, a Central Public Sector Telecom Company. Even BSNLs WAP/GPRS internet services concentrate too much on these subjects. Moreover, there are some Company's permitted by BSNL are deducting amount on weekly/monthly basis without our express permission. BSNL has to take care of these aspects as a Govt Department. Let them give worth service to the public, for which they are meant. R Ram Mohan, Bangarapet, Kolar District, Karnataka.

                                    Fraudulent debits from prepaid account of my mobile no.[protected] without my consent/option. After debit also no confirmation message. Daily verification and remembering the balance has become headache. Call centers replies are irrelevant and
                                    frustrating. Matter was taken up with Zonal office by mail @ [protected]@bsnl.co.in .Details of debit are under :

                                    1) 21/11/12 - Rs.20, festival contest deactivated by ON Mobile.
                                    2) 10/1/13 - Rs.5 out of balance of Rs.11, complaint settled/deactivated on 16/1/13
                                    3) 18/1/13 - Rs.15.

                                    Kindly arrange to credit back.

                                      My unit has a broadband connection which was applied on telephone number[protected] from Bsnl from 03 Jan 2012. Ever since the connection was established, the broadband was not functional and it was repeatedly brought to the notice of the Bsnl personnel personally and in writing including informing the JTO(P) and the SDE(P) of Bsnl Office, Kathua. It was only after a letter from the unit office was written to the Divisional Officer(Phones), Kathua that the connection was installed in a functional state by the JTO on 29 Mar 2012. This unit has applied in writing for a refund of the monthly charges (Total of Rs 1522.56) for the period that the connection was not functional but the same has not been received till date. Further more, now the broadband connection becomes non-functional after 6 p.m. every day for the last one week. Despite noting down the complaint to the Bsnl office everyday, no corrective action has been taken in this regard. Representative of this office was told to call up on the Bsnl Broadband complaint number 1504 but till date, no customer care representative has been taking the call despite numerous efforts. I request that the Bsnl personnel be informed about the problem faced by my unit and corrective action be taken at the earliest.

                                      BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM LTD ( BSNL) — faulty Telephone line

                                      My telephone no[protected] is faulty. it works only 15 days in a month b. i used to complaint many times to BSNL Office Dehgam through Phone & face to face. but they sort out problem on temporily bais.. i dont think , they are serious in solving my problem. Please do the needful.

                                      A DSL broadband connection have been provided to me, at about two and half years back. Since the conncetion was established, there was an iterruption to DSL line, and often the network cuts off, and reboots, than cut off, and so on till time. I've made so many complaints by their automatic complaint booking system, but the fault has not rectified till time. The phone number to which this DSL line is connected is [[protected]]. I've registered a complaint day before yesterday too. Now too it says that, work is still going on. They are no providing proper service, but bills me. what should I do next?
                                      I've called them many times, and now I feel shame to do it further. I think that, they are encouraging customers to change to private connections, by not attending to customer problems.
