CIBIL — remove my name from the list of defaulter

I recived personal loan from hdfc bank. I deposite full payment acording to bank on dated . Then bank give me "0" balance statement and "NO DUES CERTIFICATE" . But my name show in cibil .So Pl. you remove my name in cibil or if I had any loan from any Bank which I had not cleared so you please clear me about that on my molibe no. [protected], [protected]. RAFIQ RANGARI Because of this I am not geting Credit Card from other bank

if i settle a loan with a NBFC, and they state on payment the said loan account stand closed, will i be treated as defaulter or not

Dear sir,

I would like to inform you that my name is appearing in CIBIL report, as I have cleared all my Car loans which I had borrowed from GE Countrywide Finance almost 5 years back, and I have got the no due certificate too.

Apart from the above I have not borrowed any loan, My Credit Card which was from Standard Chartered Bank is also been cleared and there is nothing due to be paid, but the report shows dues. Please look into this immediately. As ther bank person ( collection) had collected all the dues almost 6 years ago, but had not issued no due receipt.

Please send me a report and clear my CIBIL status.
