We have not received any reply/call from Ms.Amrita ( Mob [protected]) till
today i.e 10th Sep 2009.

We are finding Standard Chartered Bank is using unfair means to harass a
customer without any valid reason.

Kindly treat this as final email failing to which we have no choice but to
file a defamataion case against Standard Chartered Bank.

Note- we have called 10 times on above number but did not get any reply.

KINDLY TREAT THIS AS SERIOUS MATTER BECAUSE OUR PATIENCE IS RUNNING OUT ...

Dear Concerned,

We received call and statement from Ms Amrita ( Mob [protected] ) of your
bank last week against below email complaint sent by us.

One of my colleague visited Standard Chartered bank Gurgaon office today to
personally meet Ms Amrita and close this case.

The fact is that the statement provided by Standard Chartered bank is
totally incomplete and no way it shows that there is a payment due for any
bill from our side.

Ms Amrita assured she will get us details prior to the dates given to us to
see if Stan C can provide the bill claimed by them is really outstanding or
is some amount charged by bank for Interest or renewal fees etc and even
after customer has stopped using the card the customer is harassed for last
4 years now.

Kindly help us close this case immediately and issue us a NOC in this regard
because we have no choice but to file a defamation case and claim for mental
and physical harassment given by your bank without any claim on the
customer.

Kindly treat this MATTER as most URGENT and close the issue immediately.

Dear Concerned,

I have applied for credit card in the month of april last week. I have not yet recieved any card/reply till today i.e 14th dec 2009.I have submitted all the proofs that neccessary for the card they told after 15days will inform you regarding your process.

We are finding Standard Chartered Bank is using unfair means to harass a

Note- I have called 10 to 15 times on above Standard Chartered Bank credit card number and but did not get any reply

I am R. Shama sundar- Card No - [protected], have paid the dues of Feb 2011 by cheque no 363153 ICICI BANK dated 05/03/2011. Which has not credited to my card account that has been debited to ICICI BANK account. And interest charges has been put please credit the amount and wive off the interest charges.

Subject : Refund of over limit fee (card no: [protected])
Sir,
1) Refer credit card statement of may, 2013.
2) An Excess of over limit fee has been charged of an amount of Rs. 500 which has made to cross the limit of Rs. 20, 000.
It is highly unbearable, kindly refund the amount and inform on my registered mobile number . If not, i have to opt other option like going to consumer court.
