[Resolved]  Credit Card — Name in Satyam Defaulters List

I want to know whether my name is in the list of Satyam Defaulters.

My Name is Pankaj Kumar Verma & DOB is 10/01/1977

Hi,

This Sujit Ghosh and My ABN AMRO credit card.

I had total outstanding 25893 rupees and I had made my total payment on 27/08/2009.
Actually during some period I was not present That’s why I am unable to made payment during that period.
However after returning India, I made total payment including total interest and late payment., but still after four months of making the payment I am fail to build up any financial relationship with any other bank, has not removed my name from the Satyam Defaulter List also from CIBIL.

Please help me get out of this problem as it has already caused me a lot of trouble.

Hi,

This is regarding a credit card I had from HSBC Bank, due to some unavoidable situation I couldn't make few payments to this bank against my credit card.

However when I was contacted by the collection department of the bank I made full payment at one go for the settlement amount vide there letter asked by the bank, but still after 1.5 Years of making the payment I am fail to build up any financial relationship with any other bank instead of having very good track record with all other bank since HSBC BANK, has not removed my name from the Satyam and CIBIL Defaulter List.

Please help me get out of this problem as it has already caused me a lot of trouble.

Even after one year of the settlement of credit card with SCB of the late fee which has increased to 6 k .The bank has not removed me from the satyam list as bank has issued me a letter that my name has been removed from the list. Can you please suggested me the way to get me out of this and how i can check & to clear my status?
