Sevaral timed I submited many complaint to delhi Jal Board but they never repplied in the past this is very unfortunate for us becouse we feels No accountibility No ownership and also no Minitering systemes in all Gov Institution in India reasion why we peoples are suffering becouse of NEGLIGENCy by maximum Gov personnel.

I had sent complaint for short supply of water to Gali No 81 F Block Mahavir Enclave III by mail encluding two reminder but no repply received from DJB

Delhi Jal board employees doesn't work properly. They have been taking bribes from people just to fool them that the work is done. Actually, some of the good employees who don't take bribes face the wrath of the public, as they feel they are pressuring too much for dong the right thing, while they even refuse to take any bribe and thus, the people think them to be very stubborn. Those who don't take bribes are labelled by all as the ones that take the bribes.
Isn't there anyway this corruption can be stopped as it is all linked up into a circle and effects the whole system from working efficiently.
People will never be elevated or out of the slums, if this rotten system and these malpractices are continued.
Strict action should be taken against those who take bribes.
Further, a system to check as to who take bribes can be taken up by a survey by press among the residents of North East Delhi.
When, things come to the light of the public with the help of press, things are sorted out faster than usual.

म एक delhi का रहने वाला नागरिक हू हम आपको ये बताना चाहते है की जो delhi जल board का sewar का काम करवाल नगर delhi मे चल रहा है उसमे बहुत हे ज़्यादा गड़बड़ है, seawer की फाउंडेशन जो की 9 इंच होनी चाहिए थी उसकी जगह केवल 4इंच 5 इंच, है ओर सेवर के मसले मे सेमेंट बहुत ही कम लगाया गया है ओर जो pipe लगाए गये है उस्मै water सील भी नही लगाई गयी है जिससे की जब sewar चालू किए जाएँगे जब सारा सेवर का पानी ज़मीन मई रिसेगा

1 sewar के फाउंडेशन मे 9इंच की जगह 5इंच या 6इंच, ओर इनस्पेक्षन करने वालो को धोका देने क लिए चॅनेल के बीच से ज़्यादा खोदा गया ओर वहा concrete ज़्यादा डाली गयी .
2. sewar के चॅनेल मे चॅनेल 7इंच बाई 5इंच का होना था पूरा concrete का वही उसके अंदर ब्रिक डाल कर बनाया गया है ताकि concrete बचा सके.

3.जो pipe लाइन डाली गयी है उसमे वॉटर लेवेल ठीक नही किया गया,

4.pipe लाइन मे pipe पर यमुना sand 6इंच डालना था जबकि वाहा सिर्फ़ 1इंच भी नही डाला गया .

5.pipe लाइन मे कही कही वॉटर रब्बर seal भी नही लगाई गयी .

ओर ये सब साइट enginer की निगरानी मई हो रहा है श्री जगदीश प्रधान (विधायक मुस्तफ़बाद) के घर सामने कॅमल विहार हरिजन बस्ती मे ऐसा काम हुआ है कॉंट्रॅक्टर का नाम है asco ठेकेदार परवीन ओर साइट इंजिनियर का नाम है पंकज

Sir, I am a resident of R block, Naveen Shahdara, New Delhi-110032. The drinking water supplied through taps is highly contaminated. It is smelly and dark in colour. It looks as if gutter water is being supplied. It is absolutely not drinkable. Kindly do something urgently.

The water supply in my house for the last 2 months is very poor. It seems like sewage water is coming from the tap. I have already lodged grievance number of times but no action was taken. The first grievance was lodged on on 23/ 3/[protected] but no action was taken regarding this. Then again I lodged a new grievance no.[protected] on 26/3/2015 but it was also closed without any action been taken. Now again after approx 1 month I have raised a new grievance on 20/Apr (GNCTD/E/2015/02509) but still no action has been taken. Please help me as our health is suffering. Thanks in anticipation

Lots of water waistage in dda flats of jhandwalan motiyakhan area. there is no arrangement of storing water or stoping water when not in use. all time watrr flows through some pipe. Please do something to avoid water waistage.

Delhi Jal Board Walon ko complaint karne ka matlab apna time aur money dono waste karna hai kyonki ye wohi karte hai jo inke dil mein hota hai. Inka koi time nahin hai pani dene ka, koi responsibility nahin hai. Last six months se complaint kar rahe hain ki pani ka koi time batao, kabhi kabhi to 4-5 din tak pani ki ek drop bhi nahin dete DJB wale.

No Water Supply ....not because of water scarecity but due to mis management

We the residents of EG Block especially EG-109, 110 & 111 are not getting water for the last 4 days . I do not why? the residents of the houses which are situated in the front side of our lane getting water but we people don't? what is the reason behind this? Pl. look into the matter and rectify the problem. As we all are paying for water then why this is happening with us ? What is our fault ? The JE, Mr Anand Madan must look into this matter and solve our problem. He must have some arrangement so that all get water. There may be some planning.

There is no water supply in B-34, Sewak Park, Gali No.9, Dwarka More, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-59 since March'11. Repeated requests and visits to DJB office has become no response. Drinking water is being bought from the adjacent shops but one cannot buy such quantity of water to complete the works of whole day.

Despite the rainy season, there is no water supply in the colony. WONDER!!! This is life of Delhi.

Hope for early action taken.

naresh kumar — NON RECEIVING OF ATM CARD

My ATM Card was broken and I have applied for a new ATM Card with IDBI, PHASE-3BII, Mohali Branch for about 25 days ago. Till date[protected] I have not received the new ATM Card. I have visited the branch for a number of times. They said that they have sent the card on 9-8-11. I asked them show me the receipt of courier slip. They have no answer of this.

Sir,

Reference is invited to our letter dated 9-7-2010 handed over to Sh. Sukhai Ram Chief Engineer( North Central) regarding poor/no water supply to the residents of Block-8, Dev Nagar, Karol Bagh, New Delhi. Our problem is regarding SHORT / NO WATER SUPPLY due to high ground level as compared to other blocks in the area. This problem is in knowledge of most of the officers of your department for quite some time. All the residents of BLOCK 8, DEV NAGAR are in contact with Zonal Engineer, Executive Engineer, Superintending Engineer as well as your goodself. Day in and day out situation is going worsen and worsen.

Previously, off & on we used to get half an hour water supply through valve operation system which was maintained /controlled by Delhi Jal Board. We used to get water from 6.20 A.M. to 6.45 A.M. (although the valve operation was done from 6.10 A.M. but due to higher ground level some 10-15 minutes are lost in maintaining the approchable level).

Now, Jal Board has made an experimental arrangement of by passing the valve due to that the WHOLE water is RUNS through the low level and we gets no water. Kindly note that very frequently emergency water tanker through tractor trolley is being sent to our block that shows there is definitely no water supply to our block (You can check from your emergency water record that how frequently Emergency water tank is being disposed to our block).
After this new experiment of supplying water we are at the mercy of other resident ( Block 9 & 10, Dev Nagar) "if they don't need water then only we will get" Also water is being supplied in a HIDDEN WAY due to that we are forced to get water at odd hours. On 31st July, 2010 we got water at 11.55. P.M. (night) and on 2.8.2010 we were informed to check availaibility of water at 4.00 A.M. in the morning. It is very difficult to cope up with these odd timings and do our curriculums at office and home front. Kindly note that from all these impractical methods of supply DJB water we get only 15-20 minutes of water supply and that to sometimes. We are byuing drinking water from market, don't take bath daily, wear dirty clothes as GROUND booster water used for bathing and cleaning is also not supplied to us.
It is requested to take some CONCRETE, PRACTICAL, FEASIBLE and LONG LASTING steps to fulfill our requirement of water. If possible, the low level areas and high level area may be devided and separate arrangement for water supply may be made.
Temporarily the old system of valve operation may be made to get at least some water to survive.

Actually the fact is 5C/71 and 5C/70 are newly construsted building by some builder and he had blocked the main pipe (power) line of water supply due to this the entire lane is distrubed Houses after my residence number . One more clear fact is this that water comes 24 hours to that lane and in our locality .Please sir/madam take some necessary steps to solve our problem .

I am one of the resident of humayun pur safdar jung enclave new delhi 110029. Sir our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from last one weeks which is neither suitable for drinking purposes nor for washing/cleaning purposes it seems its coming directly coming from SEWAGE LINE. I am resident of 44, East Guru Angad Nagar, Lane No. 3. For the past many days, we are getting smelly and dirty water. Other residents in the building who are getting water from Lane No. 3 are facing similar problems. Due to impure water, twice we got water borne diseases infection. I am worried, others may also be getting infection. I reside in RA-53, Inderpuri New Delhi-110012.Since 15 Oct., 2010, I am getting
smelly and very dirty water.It also contained red colour live moving worms.Our neighbour at RA-51, INDERPURI also had similar nature of the problem.We do not have any other source of water supply.Even we do not have any bore -hole for takin the ground water.For the last 2 days we are unable to optain adequate supply of water from other sorces.Our situation is very precarious, which you can imagne.This is not only the first time that we are facing the problem.It appears that the sewer-line is causing the problem because of its close proximity.We shal, therefore, request you to kindly take IMMEDIATE-STEPS to :1)arrange adequate supply of drinking water until the problem mentioned above is solved.

Kindly be informed that there is an acute problem of water in the area of vinoba puri (lajpat nagar 2) and that the residents of house number 111 are getting dirty and smelly water for last few days.This water is unfit for cleaning and washing purposes, leave alone consumption.
An immediate and strict action must be taken in this regard lest it should lead to water borne diseases in no time.

Dirty Water Supply — Complaining against Dirty Water Supply

I am a resident of Mangol Puri, A - Block, New Delhi 110083. There is a big problem of dirty water supply because of many people are facing diffrent kind of deases. Water is being polluted due to seaver and water supply lickes. We have complained many time but could not get responce from Delhi Jal Board. Please look into the matter and take proper action in this regard.

I want to draw the attention of the higher authorities on the poor quality water supply in Moti Nagar area. THE WATER IS FULL OF IMPURITIES VIZ- ODOUR IN WATER, SALT CONTENTS, CHANGE OF COLOUR, SMELL, CHANGE OF TASTE, AND AFTER CONSUMPTION OF WATER ACUTE PAIN IN THE ABDOMEN AND FELLING OF MULTIPLE VISIT TO LOO.
ARE WE PAYING FOR SUCH QUALITY WATER ? WILL THE AUTHORITIES PAY HEED AND BY TAKING APPROPRIATE STEPS TO ENSURE QUALITY WATER SUPPLY AND SAFEGAURD THE HEALTH OF PUBLIC FROM THE WATER BORN DISEASES AS MOSTLY SEE IN THE SUMMER SEASON.

we are living in molarband extn gali no.26G badarpur new delhi 44. we put a complaint of not reaching water from main line khajoor wale gali than complaint no. alloted us. we are not receivng water from proper line and we are taking water from other sources. delhi jal board is saying that complaint is solve by mail. when the position is more worst JE reporting that problem is solve the officers are satisfied but no body reach on site. now a days the pipe line is damaged and water is overflowing. gangajal line valve not opened now a days.
small tubewell are under private cousturdy. on line is repeating all is well is justified. asrea JE is not reaching on site and report to office. problem is solve than problem is solve public is saying there is no matter.

why nothing happend inspite of so many application ?

Dear sir/madam,
My name is Sanjeev and I am residence of 239, Masjid moth village near Uday park, my problem is that in our area water is coming all time but in my resident or at my house their is dead end and water not flow Continually sometime it's came for 5 min and some time 2 min. So that's why we wake up in the night around 1:30 or 2:00 am for the save or user guide water for our requirement. Now the condition is very bad for me and some other houses water flow are very bad in the night too. And we are suffering in that time also. Pls solve our problem we are not seen the face of water for 2 days. Please help us. Thanks
