[Resolved] Delhi Transport Corporation — Regarding bad service

I am a research scholar of IIT. I am writing this complaint because of the bad experience that I had today. I was waiting for bus(R.No. 764) at Nehru Place bus stop, Then a green bus of DTC arrived (bus no 7412) at 12.59 but the driver of that bus was not having enough patience to allow passengers to board the bus. Some people could manage to enter the bus but suddenly driver closed the door, only due to luck I could keep my balance without falling on the road. Then after 2 min a blue line bus arrived at that bus stop (No. A 7954) and I was just counting the number of passengers boarded at that point, it was 42. Then for whom DTC is running buses and that too by spending tax payers money. Why DTC cant introduce incentive system for DTC buses? Also there should be some ticket examiners in between nehru place and ber sarai. Usually you can see private bus operators sitting inside DTC bus and controlling the speed of the bus. Goodevening,

I live in Khureji Khas near Geeta colony. Every day I go to Netaji subhash Place for my job.
I usually go by Metro train and I catch it from Welcome.

Going Welcome metro station from Khureji Khas or coming From Welcome to Khureji Khas is very panic. There is no DTC bus at all. I take RTV generally which Run between Mother Dairy to Shahdra. The RTV drivers and the conductors are very rude with the passengers. Even with the Ladies and the Senior Citizens.

They abuse passengers so no body want to go against them.

The Take a big pause here and there even there is no bus stand. They take more than 1/2 n Hr to reach to welcome from Khureji. However the distance is very short.

The most important thing is they purchase liqueur from Chander Nagar publicly. They even drive after taking alcohol.

You can catch them Red hand any time. Usually Kanti Nagar Stand towards Khureji, Chander nagar towards Welcome, Khureji Khas towards Welcome and Towards Laxmi nagar

Please do something for your public or we think there is no one for us.

DTC — NOT GOOD TRANSPORT SERVICE

Sultan Puri, Delhi ki Bus service bahut hi kharab halat main chal rahi hai. Yahan ki gadion ke rout badal kar Tikri Border aur Bahadur Garh ke liye laga di jaati hain, jabki in routs par sabhi gadian bilkul khali jaati hain. jisse ki Sultan Puri ke nivasi kisi doosre transport se bade dukhi ho kar yaatra karte hain. Hum Aap se requist karte hain aap humaari is problem ko jaldi door karayen. THANK YOU
