[Resolved]  Delhi Transport Corporation — Non Availability of Bus

subject: NO BUS SERVICE AT NEW RAJINDER NAGAR
Sir,
bus service from New Rajinder Nagar was discontinued abruptly around five years back causing great inconvenience to the commuters. earlier few routes were plying from here i.e. 77 (new rajinder nagar to chandni chowk via karol bagh, connaught place), 953(new rajinder nagar to mangol puri) which were being used frequently. kindly start atleast few routes at the earliest.
i do have a suggestion that is to add new rajinder nagar stop in loop of the buses plying from pusa road to inderpuri side.

ROUTE NO 392 EXP AND 323 CONNECTS - NOIDA 62 TO DHAULA KUAN TO IMPORTANT COMMERCIALGOVT OFFICECOLLEGES IN THIS ROUTE. IN THE MORNING WE CAN GET THE BUS BUT IN THE EVENING THE FREQUENCY IS ALMOST NIL AS COMPARED TO MORNING.

THE FARE CHARGED BY THE CONDUCTOR IS ALSO VERY UNFAIR. SOME CHARGED FROM NOIDA 62 TO MOOL CHAND STAND RS.24, 27 AND 29 WHEREAS THE UP ROADWAYS CHARGED RS.22. WHY SO MUCH DIFFERENCE.

IF THE FARE IS FROM SECTOR 62 TO MOOL CHAND IS RS.29, THEN MOOL CHAND TO DHAULA KUAN IS ZERO KILOMETER. THE LOGIC OF KILO METER SCHEME IS NOT CLEAR TO THE PASSANGER. THE FARE CHARGED IN THE MORNING AND EVENING IS ALSO DIFFERENT IN MOST OF THE TIMES.

MY SUGGESTION :

YOU START BUS ROUTE NO 392 EXP FROM CISF CAMP TO SAFDARJANG TERMINAL YOU WILL GET MORE THAN WHAT YOU GET PASSANGER FROM SECTOR 62.

YOU CAN ALSO START BUS ROUTE FROM CISF CAMP TO NOIDA MORE OR UPTO MOTHER DAIRY YOU WILL ALSO GET GOOD NUMBER OF PASSANGER AS WELL AS INCOME.

I am citizen of New Delhi.I want to do complaint against DTC bus availableness. On route no 159, 861, 891, 422.They have no time table.they do not know how they should drive buses with in limited time gape.we have to wait minimum 30 minutes.or jab ati h toh ek sath 2, 3 buses aajati h...ye bat hume suffer krni pdti h.subha 8:30 to 10:30 & sham ko 5:30 to 7:30 office ke ane or jane ka time hota h jo hum logo ko problem create krta h...toh plz humari is complaint ko jald se jald consider kra jaye...
