[Resolved] Dish TV — CHANNEL CUT BEFORE EXPIRY OF SUBSCRIPTION | |
My VC No. is [protected]. I am subscriber of DISH TV maxi pack. My renewal date is 07.02.2009. My pack includes CNBC channels. DISH TV informed by SMS on 15.09.08 that till my next renewal I can enjoy these channels. on 11.12.08 I paid additional amount Rs. 100/- for COLOR channel as against subsription of Rs.35/- for two months as no low value card was vailable with DISH TV Office. Color Channel added but CNBC channel were cut. entire 100/- has appropriated without any change in renewal date. Fail to understand why CNBC channels cut before renewal and why 100/- appropriated as aginst subscription of 35/- No one is able to reply from customer care. my vc no. is [protected] i have problem of not showing expiry and missing some channel like tv5monde (731) and some other local channel most of around channel no. 850 to 1000 instead of being ful subscription.

as i know my channel are block cont dish tv they reply the free offer cont since 19 feb 09 and they not givan free offer of recharg of Rs 700 on 23 apr 09 as they cleam .
ther for i req for the all channel to be activeted till 01 jul 09.
