VERY BAD UNPROFESSIONALS

I am a technician i have got installed many DTH connections of all DTH services available in INDIA out of all i found DISHTV to be the worst service provider it is not user frendly and its www.dishtv.in site is always down with one or the other problems, telephone contact numbers are not free but there is extra charge for calling on the number 1860xxxxxxx plat form, they promot sms as it is charged Rs.3/- per SMS to the sender and i think...

Dish TV renewal

am an existing subscriber of DISHTV INDIA. My VC No. is [protected]. Since last 3 days I am trying hard to renew my subscription on-line through Credit Card. Each time, the required page for giving Bank & Credit Card details does not open and as a result, I can not pay my renewal. Interestingly, the dish TV customer support team is not aware of the issue and are rude and crude while addressing customers

not able to recharge my account using internet banking & debit card

i have tried many times to recharge using internet banking & using debit card, , but the recharge page has not opened. it shows some sequirity problems....

Harrassment

Hi,

I have a connection with DISHTV.
My VC number is [protected].

There are 2 concerns:-

1. I pay monthly for my Maxi package Rs300/-.
But still not getting all channels which should have come.
Already complaint but nobody responding from them.

2. I was trying to recharge using internet and website not working.When I called them, they didnt respond properly...

non-refunding of security deposit

I had discontinued Dishtv with effect from 7th November 2008 (refer my VC No. [protected]). Since then I have been contacting their customer complaints department on e mails, their toll free telephone no., the distributor from whom I purchased the dishtv (M/s Jyoti Electricals, Kalyan, ) their authorised dealer, their system vice president Mr. Ramesh Chandran, Their on line complaint form, etc.

some of the channels like dd/colours etc are not available at all. some channels are blurred (cnbc, zeetv etc.). when service centre is approached for correction, they ask for the payment of mon. Rs.170/-. my vc no. is [protected].

I bought oxigen recharge card from a vendor at Lakdikapul Hyderabad for Rs.900/- bearing sl no s[protected] dt.07/09/08 for recharging dishtv connection at a remote place in Srikakulam Dist. As the date of renewal was the same day as per the customer care the customer bearing sl no. [protected] got it recharged by sms to 57575 by sending the pin number to the concerned awaiting renewal. Unable to Recharge through customer care
