I had discontinued Dishtv with effect from 7th November 2008 (refer my VC No. [protected]). Since then I have been contacting their customer complaints department on e mails, their toll free telephone no., the distributor from whom I purchased the dishtv (M/s Jyoti Electricals, Kalyan, ) their authorised dealer, their system vice president Mr. Ramesh Chandran, Their on line complaint form, etc.
All are either not responding and finally after months of follow up, their customer complaints department informed me by e mail that the deposit amount will refunded by their authorised dealer, so contact them.
The authorised dealer refers matter to their systems vice president who says he does not know that any such refund is made and he will have to check up with the customer service officer who sent the e mail.
It is just shunting the customer.
I am totally disappointed by this company's customer service department's dealing with their customers.
