Dear Dish TV Customer Care,
Kindly persue my earlier complaints/ mails/ calls. Had it not been
that finally the reception was clear I would have switched to Tata Sky
or any other DTH service by now.
This is my last request to you, please compensate me for the time
period of almost three months from the date of installation of your
DTH when your services were discontinued/ disturbed/ disruptive or
loose another valuable customer forever.
I had called customer care recently and on both the calls the call was
disconnected. The first time the rep asked me to hold and the line
went dead, the second time the rep promised a call back (which I never
received) and also asked me to hold (I waited for 20 mins) and again
the line went dead.
The services which I received from dish TV were not only as per our
contract or as per what you claim but now you also do not stand by
what you said. A few months ago when I had spoken to one of your
supervisor's and had requested the refund of my money because of the
horrible experince which I was facing with the reception, he told me
that it would not be possible for dish TV to do that but we would
compensate for the poor quality/ no reception which you received. I
had planned to add another set top box for other part of house but
right now forget about the set top box (guess what) I am at the verge
of quitting Dish TV and please do not send any SMS for recharge I know
my suscription has been expired and I would only recharge it if I get
my compensation.
I have also attached the previous emails which have the details of the
problem which I was facing.
If this is how you work, believe me there were big companies in the
past gathering dust and are nowwhere. I think there is no need to
write a email to your brand ambassador (Shahruk Khan) or 'Jaago gharak
jaago' for such a small thing.

Hi,
Thank you for rectifying the issue which I was facing, however it worked
only for a few months. *Now we are experiencing the same issue for the last
one month. Most of the channels are not clear and the signal strength has
gone low.* I thought it could be because of the bad weather but when I found
that my neighbors were not have any issues with their reception, I thought
of contacting you people again.
Why can't we have a good reception 24X7. Any assistance would be greatly
appreciated.

Dear Dish TV Customer Care,
This is my forth or
fifth complaint regarding the channels not being clear (especially at
night). The signal strength of most of the channels is 30% to 35%.
The technicians who come to attend the complaint either don't know
what they are doing or they just visit to show that the complained was
attended. This has being going on ever since the Dish was installed.
Do you people really care about your customers? I feel like I have
been cheated. I have paid for one year in advance, you people know
this customer does not have any other option but to stick with Dish
TV.
The last Technician who came aligned the dish and checked the set top
box and told it is a problem with these new set top boxes also told me
not to call the call center for the next two days as we will submit
the report and something would be done at the other end (some software
upgrade) and the issue would be resolved from your end. We hardly get
time to watch TV and when ever we do it is not clear. It is very
disgusting.
If I call your call center they would just do the regular power cycle
of the Set box and the TV and lodge a complaint.
The poor customer does not have any other option they are at your
mercy. The problem should be resolved; Change the Set Top Box if that
is required. Otherwise as my last option I will have to move to the
consumer court.
I am glad that I advised my sister to get a TATA SKY and she is not
facing any issues what so ever till now.
