Service

My two TVs are connected with separate dish.
I have been experiencing problem with dishTV since I bought those. the problem of alignment remains unattended since last one week.
As par the excellent reputaion of dishTV supported by Sharukh Khan I wonder if anyone ever gets service as
"promissed" by their call centre people. They have been well trained to give only lip service. We can see a bunch of young generation...

Not getting signals and repeatedly tells that "insert smart card "

Last year I have purchased the DISH TV on 26.02.2007 and Ihave paid monthly and found that the signal problem, set top box problem, and smart card problem.Due to that we disconnect the DISH TV connection.
After that 6 months we renew again and paid annual subscription of Rs.3600/- (three thousand six hundred only)
After only one month the same problem is arising repetedly calling customer care nobody care of our complaint.br...

poor signal service of dish

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I’m Sonu Brar from Bhatinda and I purchased DishTV connection of 1 year free subscription scheme as on 09/06/2008. After couple of weeks, we will change our residence and shifted in second street of same Town so we call to "asian Tv house" they sent technician and instaled again at new address but after instalation at new address I’m continuously facing “No access / Signal not found”...

SINGNAL NOT FOUND ISSUE

renewal expiry date wrongly entered

I had tried to contact[protected] and 60013474 several times to intimate the wrong expiry date shown in my account but failed- I renewed the subscription on the 18 Sept '08 paying Rs 1800/- for 6 months- the result is that I have to renew the subscription on the 13/12/08. instead of 17th March '09.As it seems impossible to contact Dishtv customers service can anything possible be done to correct this error?...

Transmission stopped before Due date

I am a customer for Dish TV India. My VC Id is [protected]. I paid Rs 127 on 26-8-08 for renewal of Telugu Freedom + ND TV Business channel for one month and the trnsaction Id is UR[protected] CR[protected]. My TRANSMISSION WAS RECONNECTED ON 26-8-08 FOR ONE MONTH. Surprisingly, the transmisssion was stopped from today i.e., 20-9-08 after 24 days of transmission. This is cheating and rediculus on the part of dish TV. Payment was taken for one...

Not able to see sub 108 ie star plus

I mrs. neha s karmarkar has subscribed dish tv on 17/12/2007 with one year free Max.entertainment package.Till nw it was working well .
But from 18/08/2008 i m unable to see the family entertainment channel no. 108 ie star plus.i have contacted on [protected] for many a times n lost almost 100 rs.or more bt of no use.customer care is not available at all.
And after all the ways i m helpless...

Worst Service

More then year I’m using the dish TV connection. Past 5 day my connection is not working. I had raised the complained 5 day before. Still nobody come to home and rectified the problem. I have called several times to call center #[protected]. Every time somebody will pick the phone they will ask the all the detail and address. Then they will inform that some technical person will visit my palace. But nobody turn back.

Set-Top box problem of DishTV

I have installed dishtv 1.5 months back.
Since then we haven't able to use it properly for a single week.
Quality of signals are very poor even of "Free To Air" Channels.
Thrice we have raised our complaint but nothing is working properly.
Now when we were trying to raise our concern to Lead/Manager of the Service center they are not ready to listen.

Dish TV charging for free channels and looting customers

We have recharged our package to Maxi marathi.
I had also spoken to ur customer care Executive and it was really a bad experience. She had told that the Maxi package will not conatain the channels 112 [Sahara one] and 216 [Filmy] and the fact is that they are free channels.

With the above reference no. we had installed Dish TV on September 2nd 2008. First week we were able to view the channels after that suddenly the service was disrupted. On enquiring the customer care we hear that the subscription charges has not been deposited in our a/c.

poor picture quality and poor response

My dishtv vc - [protected]. I have made number of complaint to the dishtv India over phone in this regard. On[protected] someone from the Noida office talked to me and told that your setup box will be collected and checked free as there seems to be problem in that. But there is no further response. I have paid back the full subscription of one year. I want my subscription back and return of dishtv with my full money back. It is really nightmare...

Numer of channels low as per rate,Very poor service, Poor cuctomer care,

Buying a dish is a one time process. The strength of the company lies in the after sale service/ support/ latest ammendmaents as per changing market.

As per the rate charged by dish tv for a package is comparitively much higher and the number of channels are much less compared to mthe other dth services.

New channels like BINDAAS, COLORS, UTV MOVIES etc are never been telecast.
