    Dear Sir, I have your company dish tv connection & same was disconnected some months back. I contacted Sangeetha Enterprises for re-activation and pay the subscription of Rs.3780.00 (Refer bill no 2100, 2.6.08) They assured me to give the connectioon within 48 hours. My dish TV V.C No. [protected]. Till today no service from your team. Simply they given the different number us to contact, which was do not useful to us.

    You are requested to send Service Personnel to our address and sortout the matter. Otherwise, kindly refund our amount and we will avail different company connection for the same.

    Call us for clarifications, if any on [protected].

    Dish TV Connection — poor service from Dishtv/service center

    Dear sir,
    I have worst experience with the DISH TV.
    I am not getting any response from you and your's service center. I had registered a complaint on 17.08.09, 19.08.09 compl. No. 28410662 and 21.08.09 in customer care, but of no use. Now i m not getting response from them. did anyone have the senior mangement to look the matter or any contact no of senior officer. please informe.

    Subject: Harassment and befooling by Dishtv leading to deactivation of connection inspite of advance payment

    Dear Sir
    Three days have passed since your company deactivated my dishtv connection one month in advance, though I have paid for the same. They are deliberatly harassing us by beating around the bush and not replying our specific query, i.e., to send the proof of the fact that we requested the additional channels for which they have arbitrarily deducted from our advance subscription for 6 months and closed our connection in 5 months.

    We have requested to the Nodal Officer but, the reply is coming from the same customer care staff who feel that we are fool. From this scene it seems that practically there is no Nodal officer in Dishtv and only customer care people are autocraticly handling the complaints working hand in gloves with dummy nodal officer. We are continued to suffer and deprived of your services for which we have already paid. If the nodal officer exist in the compny please respond to our mail. And Kindly direct your customer care staff to stop sending befooling nonsense versions of the complaint.

    The problem is very simple and they are making it complicated for unknown reasons. They say that since we got some UTV etc channels activated along with platinum pack so they ave deducted extra amount from our 6 months advance and cut short our viewing period from 6 months to 5 months. In response to their version we have simply asked to send us the evidence of our request that we requested those so called additional channels. And that is all. We do not know what is wrong in our request, so that instead to sending us the evidence they deactivated our connection.

    For last 3 days Dishtv have been confined us to jail cutting us from entire outside world including the basic Free to Air Channels. Kindly look into the matter and activate our connection and take action against staff who is harassing us.

      Complaint : R/SIR, I am user of DISH TV. In the month of September I have recharged from dish freedom whose value is 100 Rs/- per month.Dish TV is providing the following Hindi channels from dish freedom-Zee Smile, B4U Music, Star Utsav, 9XM, Music India, Zee Music.I am unable to watch these hindi channels.I have regularly contacted customer care persons but there is not proper feedback. I have also paid money for antenna alignment which I was not required to pay because my Dish TV is in guarantee period.I am totally harassed by the service of Dish TV.They have registered the complain but there is no action complaint no.-is 16104107 & 16104777.I have also registered my complain to consumer forum.

      I have charged my dishtv with oxycash of amount 200/- on 21 feb 09 as my payment day was that only by sending SMS to 57575, which was told by one of the cusomer care. but my dishtv was not activated on that date again i call customer care he told me to recharge by internet / telephonically. I have used both these method but my dishtv is not activated till date. I am fed up with the service of dishtv. last month also I have charged by ITZ card for an amount of 300/- but in my TV it is shown 220/- only . no explanation was given to me and this recharge I have done on 31 Jan 09 and my last date was given was 21 Feb 09. while recharging i have made my option of diamond pack. but no action taken. so finally I decide to make a complaint against customer care. U look into this matter seriously. I am anoyed with DISHTV service. do needful i[censored] can otherwise I will finally disconnect my connection.

        poor quality of imorted set top box from china is not working, co service man wants the settop box for repair, I am not ready for that. How one can live without tv? A room without tv in a hotel means No occupancy.Does this management understand ?Warranty means door step services. electronic co gives- ( service A.C) in case A.C is having some problem. but Dish tv is a DITCH TV.they do not understand customer family problem.

          Dear Sir,

          A dish TV setup box S. No. 0752BF46DS31963 VIEWING CARD No.
          [protected] was purchased from Bigbazar Kanpur, UP with sticker label
          of Dish Tv Shop No. 21 Somdatta Plaza, Kanpur and installed by their
          associates HURRY Services 186 Anand Puri, Kanpur [Located at Somdatta
          Plaza, Kanpur] on 20.8. 08 wide their Book No. 061 Bill. No. 3023
          paying installation amont of Rs. 200/-. The recharge amont of Rs.
          262/- +25/- as late fee was paid to Hurry Services Kanpur wide their
          recept No. 634 on 01.9.08. But recharge was denied saying that minimum
          activation amount Rs. 1350/- is required as Activation charge and one
          month recharge can not done.

          Such type of terms and conditions of activation charges were not put
          during the purchase neither the activation charges are mentioned any
          where on the papers delivered to us.

          Kindly look into the matter and inform us so that further step can be
          taken or otherwise the set along with other costs paid by us may be
          received back.

          As per talk with phone on cusomer care on 22.9.08 at about 7pm. He
          assured that it will be activated within4-24 hrs. But I am sorry to
          inform you that nothing is done. Again another complaint no. was given
          as 15977865 by the your service.

          While on my email complaint number was given as 15747319 which was
          said that not traceable?

          I am also attaching installation certificate and proforma [2 Files
          attached] as given in booklet which your service centre says that it
          was not sent to me by the dealer.

          It is surprising that no any solution is given by you also inspite
          your assurance by your mail complaint number 15747319 and phone
          complaint number 15977865.

          Dish TV — SERVICE NOT GIVEN SINCE 21-09-08

          Sir,
          Despite several emails and telephonic request i have received none
          against My complain No.15909678.

          I would like to know what type of service are you providing?????. If i
          am customer residing 100 mtrs from your service center and you are not
          able to provide me proper service what about interior rural people.
          you are really misguiding the people through your promotional
          campaign. you are making false promise like this.

          when contacted to your near service centre they are demanding for Rs.
          200/- as installation charges. why should i pay Rs. 200/- how many
          times you will charge for this and i got to know that you will be
          providing free service upto 3 months. from your Dealer ID 94360
          (RASHMITA BISWAL).


          it's been very bitter experience associating myself with your service.
          i will member you as long as you serve like this.

          i have referred 6 clients to buy dish tv in our locality and they have
          the knowledge of this kind. Now pl. tell me what should i suggest
          them?????

          Dish TV — NON ACTIVATION SINCE 3 MONTHS

          Hi,
          1. I am posted at TAWANG(Arunachal Pradesh) and did the biggest mistake ofmy life by purchasing a DISH TV connection for my wife staying away at Home.Little did I know that I was actually buying a package of problems for the lady !!
          2. Ever since I bought the Dish TV connection (VC No [protected], STB No 0861ABF25DS36731), the damn connection has not even been activated.All calls to the supposedly existing Helpdesk have gone waste...I wonder whether the people at these helpdesk actually work...or are they being paid for not doing any work!!.Will someone tell the CEO, Dishtv India that he and his team are a bunch o[censored]nmentionables...I feel its more difficult to get the damn connection activated vis a vis working in Army!!

          3. Otherwise why would a connection that was supposed to be activated in four hours is still not activated since August this year.I am not sure how and when this Dish TV connection can be activated.I just feel helpless.Can someone advice as to how to get the money back!!, cos I have already got a Tatasky connection for my wife!! and am glad she doesn't have to listen to the crap being endorsed by Mr SRK.

          4. I hope and pray the almighty that some one from DishTV India reads this email and gives a reply...that is the least that I can expect.

          Dish TV - Maxi — Wrong billing

          I have taken Dish TV Maxi package in June-08. I was told that I get all hindi channels and south channels. I was told that the money (Rs.4000) is including monthly fee and free dish TV.
          However, no Telugu/tamil channels were available after 15 days. On enquiry, I was informed that it was dealer's mistake and if I want south channels, they would be available for 10 months instead of 12 months or I need to pay Rs. 60 extra for these.
          I requested for 10 months free and now afte seven months, they disconnected saying my fee was upto 15th jan only.

          Can I get justice and they get some sort of fine?

          I have remitted full payment for an year for maxiplus on 21.04.2009. I have received your SMS that every channels would be activated within hours. But till now I haven't received most of the main channels including malayalam channelAsianet. Please note that you were prompt in cutting off the connections. Then the same thing should be done in reconnections also. Otherwise it would be a blackmark to your name.
          For the last one week I need to recharge my dish tv connection, my VC no. [protected] but I am unable to do it because there is a problem in your site which cause severe harrassment as well as I am unable to watch the IPL cricket match. We are residing at Santoshpore, Jadavpore, only one dealer is there, so it will be helpful if you kindly inform us the nearest dealers within our location so that the problem can be solved immediately.

          Sir, when I purchase my dishTV, I recharged with 1000/- (with six month validity. 3 months after expiry period, I charged silver pack RS 125 after with one month validity. but didn't get one month validity. Then later I recharged with your Silver Pack in a month.

          We have been charged by dishtv for the services which we have never requested to them.

          This is continuing from past one year and complaint for the same has been raised but never solved.

          Now the company has sent message to pay fee again w.e.f 1st January 2013. Actually fee is paid upto 11.3.2013.
          Why this is so?

            Dear sir i am sending you all the correspondance to make with Dishtv They are asking for cable charge if i am not culprit then why they want all these.. Please see the correspondance below..

            First letter:-
            To, the managing director of dishtv Subject:- Defective installation of multi Dishtv Connection Bearing card no. [protected](Mother connection and card number [protected] in the name of kaushik kumar srivastav. Dear sir, it is to inform you that i have taken a multi connection bearing above smart card Nos on 17-07-07 through your dealer M/S Hanny Electronics, Shop No. 4 Hanuman mandir market Sector-q Aliganj Lucknow. I am facing severe problems as under but nobody is hearing the problems in your orgainaisation. 1) The installation of card no. [protected] is not proper. It receives poor signal. I have complaint but once is rectified the other day same problem arrises .Kindly look into the matter and arrange the proper installation of the dish antenna .2) I have deposited the renewal fee for 6 months amounting to rs. 1710 through Hanny Electronics on 12-01-08 .Since then i have requested several times for updating of my account showing on Tv screen and several times your orgainisation ask me to get mother connection STB in on on position an i have done the same every time for more than 12 hours, but account has not been updated till the date and still showing renewal date 17-01-08.Please look into the matter personally to get the problems rectified as soon as possible and oblige hoping an early response.

            Dear Mr. Srivastav, Thank you for writing to Dish TV. This is in reference to your request regarding SOA and alignment. We would like to convey you that as per our records your account has been updated your renewal date has been extend 17/07/2008 and as for child connection complaint has been forwarded to concern department.             Mr. sandeep has solve the conditional access problem on the mother connection but on the child connection it is still same . For giving us good signal and no problem he has asked me for Cable charge which i am denying because i am only a user and i dont know what is the best place for fixing the dish antenna your engineer alwayes told us if they will set antenna again it will give you problem again. I am asking you if your engineer know well that the problem will may occure again then why they have installed it on that location and now when i am complaining about this Mr. sandeep asking for cable cost if i am only a user and i dont know whats the effect comes in the future then how shuld i beer the cost of cable. i am agree to give you additional cable cost which comes on more than 12 mtr cable if you are using more than cable on the suitable place installation then we can beer it but if you are asking for whole cable cost then we are not able to give you that money . Because this is not my fault this is the cheating and fraud your engineer has made with us they knows very well that this problem will be occure in the future but they have installed antenna where they have suitable .
            Kindly solve this problem if you are not agree to solve my problem then atleast give me proper signal and in july my connection time going expire . If you people dont want to resolve our problem without anycost then please get back you child connection and revert back my hard earned money . I think this is more suitable for both o[censored]s .

            There are many such TV providers in market now a days like Airtel TV, Tata Sky. There is no point in buying Dish TV if someone is going for buying a new one.

              To whomsoever concerned, this is an email from a Very unsatisfied Customer (VC # [protected])the experience since the time I purchased my equipment has been the most unpleasant one I would have to say of various options I choose to go with Dish TV after the free 6 months I renewed for 3 months then started the night mare because of my bad experience I was promised free subscription for all the inconveniences caused which obviously never happened .However I choose to renew my account for another 6 months but now makes me think I have made the wrong choice my main concern is your customer service firstly the hold time is great and if at all you get to speak to a representative they are incompetent to have a simple issue resolved you have to speak to several of them, secondly you never follow-up as promised &offer false promises which cannot be fulfilled, and the worse part is you get hung up on when u ask to speak to someone in authority if this happens once its understandable could be due to technical problem but this happens every time when u ask to speak to someone in authority I am placed on hold and the line is disconnected .I am a customer care case manager myself for a reputed firm and I know what customer service is and what a bad customer experience can do to a company’s reputation so even before taking Steps of writing up blog’s about the bad customer Experience I had from Dish TV I thought Let me spend some time to write a formal mail and see what you can do for me then I will take it from there on.

              We are not receving proper single for some of the channels in between it gets freezed. We are not getting proper service from the dist tv, no contact no. where to give the complain if given its not solved. The service from the company is very poor.
              The worst ever customer service i called in my life is dishtv customer service rather just a server as they never care about customers, the kind of reply that you get from them is un tolarable. Dishtv.in never works, the feed back form and recharge options neverworks,

              So any one planning to buy DTH please be away from dishtv. we have many better options here in India.

              Dear Sir,
              I am very pained to mention the agony faced because of casual approach taken by you in addressing my problem. I am giving below the sequence of event for your understanding:
              • On 4th April I started facing problem in viewing your programme (picture / sound disappeared with a message of “No Signal”). The fault gets corrected once I switch OFF & ON the STB.
              • But it became a frequent issue when I decided to lodge a complaint on 7th April with the call centre.
              • An Engg. visited on 8th April and after checking the problem, informed about problems with STB. He took the STB with him and told us that the approx. expense to fix the problem would be around Rs. 350-400 only. The name of the Engg. is Sarvesh Pandey (Cel No. [protected]) from a dealer in Laxmi Nagar, Vikas Marg.
              • The nightmare actually started after this as inspite of regular calls, I was not told the fate of my STB. I was given a number of Mr. Kailash (Cel No. [protected]) who is supposedly the owner of the dealership.
              • As calls to them yielded no results, I logged a complaint (No. 23881132 with Vivek at 10.30 PM) again on 18th April about no response from the dealer & non-return of the STB.
              • In response to this complaint, the STB was returned to my house on 20th April with an estimate of approx. 1600/- as cost of repair. As I was not present at house, when the STB was returned to me, I checked the STB once I was back.
              • To my surprise, the STB was totally “Dead” as there was no power supply also.
              • I called up and checked with the dealer, who said that I need to agree to pay a sum of Rs. 1600 (approx.) as repair charges of the STB. It is important to note that you are offering a complete new hardware at approx. Rs. 1500/- now.
              • The dealer was not willing to talk anything beyond that.
              • On 21st April I again I again logged a complaint (No. 24028532 with Ritesh at 11.45 PM) higher estimates (overcharging), in-ordinate delay in redressal, and waiver of rental for all days when I am unable to view the channels. I was told that somebody from Tech. services will resolve the issue, but nobody called.
              • After that I kept on talking to your customer care and narrating the story from scratch without any solution:
              o 23rd April: at 5.40 PM (Rajan): Phone got disconnected after a long wait
              o 24th April: 11.25 AM (Nitin): complaint no. 24201591
              o 25th April: 9.40 AM: complaint no. 24244002
              o 26th April: 8.00 PM: complaint no.[protected]given the same old no.)
              o 27th April: 1.15 PM (Gaurav): Line got disconnect after I narrated the story.
              The most astonishing part is that at each call, I was told that the grievance is showing as resolved in their record. In fact I got two SMS also today afternoon saying “your dishtv complaint no. 24201591 is resolved. We hope you are satisfied with the resolution. In case of any concern, call on [protected] with your complaint no.”
              I do not know what type of complaint redressal system you have!!! I would also put on record that during last summer, I experienced a similar type of issue when after chasing everybody in the system and visiting to you Noida office twice, finally I had to take the STB to your Lawrence Road office and pay approx. Rs. 1500 to get the STB repaired. I was given a different STB as replacement that time. After one year I am again asked to pay Rs. 1600 for the repairs.
              Now I would like to request:
              • Get the STB repaired asap
              • Provide waiver on rentals for the days (from 4th April till the date of re-installation of STB
              • Do not charge penalty for re-connection as my connection is due for payment now
              • Take up the matter with your dealer (for the sake of your own business interest, as it is said that retention of old customer is 5 times cheaper than getting a new customer)
              It is also important to mention that I am your customer for last 4+ years and the STB & VC Card is given to me against refundable security. Please let me know the procedure of refund also so that I can get rid of all these problems time and again (In case the present problem is not resolved).

              I am frequently sending mails and calling up customer care but they provide very mediocre service and close the issue. I am from south india and wanted to speak to the customer care with english medium and have called almost ten times with no success. They dont care about customers at all but simply keep calling on offers.

                My two TVs are connected with separate dish.
                I have been experiencing problem with dishTV since I bought those. the problem of alignment remains unattended since last one week.
                As par the excellent reputaion of dishTV supported by Sharukh Khan I wonder if anyone ever gets service as
                "promissed" by their call centre people. They have been well trained to give only lip service. We can see a bunch of young generation liars being produced by dishTV management. These chaps will never be able to rise to the occasion since they will get used to telling only lies.
                It is evident that dishTV surely is not professionaly managed company. The "management" behaves like headless chicken to implement the vision of "future of TV entertainment". They are not aware that giving false promises to lure customers amounts to cheating. It is pity that Essar group is a party to planned fraud.
                I feel word of mouth from poeple like us must continue and vehemently discourage people to buy dishTV so that they do not get fooled in the process.

                  Last year I have purchased the DISH TV on 26.02.2007 and Ihave paid monthly and found that the signal problem, set top box problem, and smart card problem.Due to that we disconnect the DISH TV connection.
                  After that 6 months we renew again and paid annual subscription of Rs.3600/- (three thousand six hundred only)
                  After only one month the same problem is arising repetedly calling customer care nobody care of our complaint.
                  So that we are mentally harrassed.
                  How to sort out this problem? otherwise how to collect the expences and subscription from the DISH TV?

After couple of weeks, we will change our residence and shifted in second street of same Town so we call to "asian Tv house" they sent technician and instaled again at new address but after instalation at new address I’m continuously facing “No access / Signal not found” problem apart from this problem de. So this is the Goodwill of Zee network / Dish TV. I mail to dish TV number of times regarding my problem of “No access / Signal not found” which still not solved .                       I am Lalit Kakkar and my current VC no. is [protected]. My story is little bit confused I have purchased Dish TV in OCT 2007 Due to some technical problem I was not able to see TV a single day. I have faced so irritation from your customer care. All the time I called them for my problem and they sent some technician. he said that this is alignment problem. All the time technician came and align the dish and back to home but after 2and 3 days problem recurred. I always faced “SINGNAL NOT FOUND” error.

                      I always regret myself that why I should purchase DISH TV why not other services (TATA SKY). I have logged so many complains against this VC you guys can check history. I have got six month Free offer from you side but I did not use it properly a single day.

                      Technician has changed my set up box after six month then it started working. I have got waiver of 3 month from you team. But your technical guy changed the setup box and VC as well. My previous VC was [protected] which are still on my name and address.

                      Now problem is this I have got my waiver on my previous VC [protected] which is not my current VC. My previous VC Next Renewal Date: is 22 Oct 2008 and I am continues paying to dish TV from June month. I was not aware that my VC has changed. I did not use my waiver a single day.

                      Now I have done so many complain to transfer my amount from VC [protected] to [protected] VC. Few of complains no are 15710613, 15775856 and

                      15836627. But no body is entertaining me. They are resolving query without solving it.

                      I would request to you that please solve this complain. Please close (Deactivate) my previous VC [protected] and activate my current VC no. is [protected]. Kindly put my whole waiver amount to my current VC no. is [protected]. I have paid 293 bugs today to renew again my VC because customer care guys not doing any thing. My today Transaction Number is UR-22/09/08CR[protected].

                      I am paying my renewals from June month in [protected] VC due to your technician fault so please provide me appropriate waiver in current VC no. is [protected] so that I can avail this amount to next couple of months.

                      IF NOT Please advice me what to do.

                        I had tried to contact[protected] and 60013474 several times to intimate the wrong expiry date shown in my account but failed- I renewed the subscription on the 18 Sept '08 paying Rs 1800/- for 6 months- the result is that I have to renew the subscription on the 13/12/08. instead of 17th March '09.As it seems impossible to contact Dishtv customers service can anything possible be done to correct this error?

                          I am a customer for Dish TV India. My VC Id is [protected]. I paid Rs 127 on 26-8-08 for renewal of Telugu Freedom + ND TV Business channel for one month and the trnsaction Id is UR[protected] CR[protected]. My TRANSMISSION WAS RECONNECTED ON 26-8-08 FOR ONE MONTH. Surprisingly, the transmisssion was stopped from today i.e., 20-9-08 after 24 days of transmission. This is cheating and rediculus on the part of dish TV. Payment was taken for one month and transmission was stopped after 24 days which is highly unjustified. If the transmission is not restored in 6 hrs time today, I will proceed to compliant to consumer court and report to press ..Dish TV may respond immediately.. My Ph No [protected]

                            Now i want activate the service and i called so many times to dish tv customer care but i didn't get any positive responce.

                            every month dish tv people are charging dubious charges and though they advertise per month charges when I asked them for details they say they charge per day rate and which comes more than the advertised amount. This time I renewed for 2months and 10 days for 700 Rs. and was promised free color channel and also Rs.500 worth of Movies to order.when inquired I found out they are giving me 2 months of renewal and no free chanel and no free movies. When I called for the second time they feigned ignorance of such offers.and since this is all over the phone we have no records and every month we are subjected to such frauds. So whenever the subscribers are renewing their subscription they are being cheated. Its no longer a case o[censored]nsatisfactory service but of cheating.

                              I mrs. neha s karmarkar has subscribed dish tv on 17/12/2007 with one year free Max.entertainment package.Till nw it was working well .
                              But from 18/08/2008 i m unable to see the family entertainment channel no. 108 ie star plus.i have contacted on [protected] for many a times n lost almost 100 rs.or more bt of no use.customer care is not available at all.
                              And after all the ways i m helpless so i contacted here.Kindly consider my complaint and do the needful.please reply soon.

                                More then year I’m using the dish TV connection. Past 5 day my connection is not working. I had raised the complained 5 day before. Still nobody come to home and rectified the problem. I have called several times to call center #[protected]. Every time somebody will pick the phone they will ask the all the detail and address. Then they will inform that some technical person will visit my palace. But nobody turn back.

                                This is worst service faced in my entire life.

                                Dish TV India — Worst Service and Customer Handling

                                It had been since 9 days since I called up the Area Sales officer - Mr.Nirmal (Saidapet Chennai) and 3 of his team members (Sivakumar, Babu, Dinesh, Saidapet, Chennai) atleast over 15 times now, for reinstallation of my Dish TV connection to the new home I had shifted 10 days back. Till now, no one took reseponsibility of calling me up or following up on this one. But every time I talk to each of these members, they take my address/phone number and says that they will call me back in a 'few' minutes. But they never ring up again. The other reason those people say is, since I had shifted from one area of service to another (just 2.5kms) away, removal of the Dish antenna will be done by one team and the fixing at my new place will be done by other team it seems. But both the teams doesn't seem to respond. The worst thing is when I call up and talk to them, they either say it is a 'bad line' or they say I am not audible and cut the phone. I think these are too old an idea tried in the old telecom days to cut the connection.

                                So, I am going to wait for atleast for the next couple of days, before I can post my complaint on to the CORE.nic.in (Consumer Online Resources & Empowerment Centre)

                                  First of all I am very sorry for bothering you for a small matter. I wish to draw your kind attention for the following:-

                                  1] I have made subscription Rs.900/- on 8-7-08 i.e. (@ Rs.300/month for 3 months w.e.f 9-7-08). Accordingly I am supposed to get TV upto 8-10-08.

                                  2] I have been receiving messages in my mobile No. [protected] since 6-9-08 for renewal of subscription from 15-9-08 stating that my package has been changed as such my subscription expires on 15-9-08 instead of 9-10-8.

                                  3] Here I could not understand why my package has been upgraded/changed without my consent/request.

                                  4] Since yesterday 16/9/08 I am unable to watch the TV due to blockage of channels by your office.

                                  Sir, since I am not at fault why I have to suffer. Please let me know. I also request your office to please resume today itself the TV channels subscribed by me so that I can watch TV as and when required.

                                    I have installed dishtv 1.5 months back.
                                    Since then we haven't able to use it properly for a single week.
                                    Quality of signals are very poor even of "Free To Air" Channels.
                                    Thrice we have raised our complaint but nothing is working properly.
                                    Now when we were trying to raise our concern to Lead/Manager of the Service center they are not ready to listen.
                                    My TV+SetTop box+Dish are in my house like garbage.
                                    Could you guide me how can this problem be resolved?

                                    Dish TV — SET UP BOX ISSUE

                                    I have a dish Tv connection vc # [protected]. My STB was not working and I have registered a complaint on 30th dec at around 12 noon, I was given a complaint number 19129905 and was promised that a technical engineer will be sent within 24 hrs. No one turned up, I called again and again was promised 24 hrs.. I have been called daily since then but not a single soul came or called. Inbetween I spoke to a first level supervisor one Aparna on 8th and she apologised and promised that it will get addressed on the same day again just word no action.. I called on 8th evening to spk to her, but the caller told me she is not there and promised that next day defnitely it will get resolved.. again same old story.. Today ( 10th Jan) again I called in the morning and even a few minutes back, but absolutely no use.. This is the most pathetic service I have ever seen. I am going to advise all my friends who use dish tv to immediately stop using it. WORST WORST WORST service.

                                    I am Neelima Limje. Red light of dish tv set-top box is continuously bl;inking from yesterday. 6 months back there was the same problem and we had repaired it paying 400 Rs. that time they said it was connectors problem. I don't know why this problem is repeated everytime...

                                    I also have the same problem of red light continuously blinking on my STB. I had the same problem 45 days back. In fact this is the 4th time I am having the same problem in last 6 months. I went to Dish care center and the guy told me that most of the Dish TV set top box does have the same issue. The life of STB is not more than 1 year. He asked me to buy a new one every year for Rs 1500.

                                    Dish TV needs to be sued for supplying faulty STB. I am exploring the options.

                                    This is in reference of dish tv satellite services, I wanted to share my experience regarding Dish tv sevices. Actually my setup box was not working from the 5 days and i made complaint on very first day (my compliant no. is[protected], they tell me on that day your problem will be resolve in 24 hours. But, there was not any response from there side. Even in all 5 days I lodged 3 more times complaint but the issue was remains same. If they are in the area or field of customer service, they should provide quality service to customer.

                                      We have recharged our package to Maxi marathi.
                                      I had also spoken to ur customer care Executive and it was really a bad experience. She had told that the Maxi package will not conatain the channels 112 [Sahara one] and 216 [Filmy] and the fact is that they are free channels.
                                      Then why you are calling the package as Maxi . And also she has asked me to recharge with 25 Rs more for getting the mentioned channels. This is a king of loot Dish TV is doing.

                                      If asked to define Maxi, they say it contains all the channels.But their all don't contain the Free channels.

                                      The Dish TV don't have any ethics and they just want to loot customers.
                                      want to charge extra for the 112 and 216 channels.

                                        My Vc is [protected]. I have paid full subscription for one year but have not enjoyed dish tv india programme even for a day. I have made so many complaints but every time I'm told 'sorry, your complaint has been forwarded, it will take 48 hours (480 years) to process the complaints. It is wonderful, take money and say sorry, Is Mr. Subhash the chief boss is listening, I'm paying money for no use. I talked to Ms. Priya, Mukesh and Tariq on Phone no[protected]. Today I mailed that I wish to buy a new connection. Ms. Nidhi from Noida office spoke to me after 3 hrs. but no service for 4 months to old customers. This is the way dishtv India is earning and paying big stars who do modelling for them.
