Dish TV — Cheated by saying the Maxi Plan

Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought Dish tv this month. The person came to my home for installation has said that if you want to view all the channels you have to take the MAXI plan. For that he said, " You have to pay 309. But if you pay rs.618 you can take the maxi plan for three months.". So i have opted for maxi plan and paid him 618. After five days, many channels from star group and other channels stopped coming. I inquired with the customer care personnel. He is not answering any thing worth and said that my plan is platinum. I was shocked and argued him that i have paid for maxi plan. But he is not ready to hear my words and said "sorry, your plan is platinum". I request you people to solve my problem.

The distv ITZ card is not available at our city. So unable to recharge for this month of Feb'09. Kindly give me some more time till ITZ card is available or send me details regarding recharge through credit card.

Today I saw BIG TV . THERE r few exiting channels which r not available on DISH TV YET.

IT is too late .these popular channels r -IBN7, WM, Bindaas, WORLD MOVIES, FIRANGI, AND NEO.

VERY SAD THT u say INDIA ;S NO1 DTH SERVICE. BUT these channels r not available on DISH.

WHEN PLATINUM PACK CHARGE IS ABOVE THAN 310/- PER MONTH THEN Y thsese smalll channels r not available.ye channel koi videshi channel to hain nahi ki aapko head ache hogi. Once upon a time there was GAZAB KA DISH TV jis pe -ZEE ARABIA, STC, TRACE TV, ABC ASIA PACIFIC, french tv jaise anokhe channel the jo cable wale darshak jaante tak nahi the, aur aaj ye haal.

i HV COMPALINT AGAINST ACTION TV .THIS IS channel of dish.but movies r cut so burntly. we r not DD viwer. y films r so cut and said-chetavani -ye 12 saal ke oooper k darshakon ke liye hai.
jab film ko censor certificate mil chka hai, to aap dubaara censor kaise kar sakte hain.kati-kuti film dekhni ho to koi ye set top box vagarah kyon lagwaye.2 HOURS 45 MINUTE KI FILM KO 2GHANTA 20 MINUTE KA BANA DETEHAIN.
PLZ APNA YE ZEE ACTION BAND KAR DEJIYE.
