on 09.05.2008 your consumercare office for southren india were approached and they booked the case for its installation under no: 13088184 informing that the technical department shall do the needful to whom they forwarded the case. till today nothing has been done inspite of our reminders
and the never ending promises from costomer care of your sourthern india definately demaging your image. solve this
urgently -- please, under information to me.

Hello all,

Service if Dish TV is pathetic. I have experienced a number of problems with Dish TV. Even money is there on my account, they will disconnect the access and you have to call them several times to resume the service. If some tuning problem comes, they will promise you in your 1st call that they will send technician in maximum 48 hours and for me it took 9 days. Please note that I kept on calling all 9 days only they solved. So each time you call some new executive would say same thing another 48 hours. Think before you buy Dish TV it’s a big headache.

Sarukh Khan says "thoda wish karo, dish karo" but I would say don't wish for Dish otherwise you would miss your peace...

      my comment is why these dish tv wont provide us free channel like QTV etc. As my brother Haider said.can we give me information about which dish service provider is giving QTV channel.please its request with the manager of Dish tv provider .please Allow QTV channel also in that package of channels .and actually it is free channel only then what is problem why not your provinding that free channel.here so many peoples are interested to take dish tv.if they provide QTV and other free channels in that.please Allow that channel in your dish tv.And i hope that you will accept my request.

      Dishtv is a worst DTH . No new channels are being added since last 6-7 months whereas TATASKY are adding new channels .
      I am a dishtv customer . I am now thinking to drop dishtv and subscribe TATASKY because :
      1. No new channels are being added to Dishtv
      2. IBN7, etc.. channels are being removed without any reason
      3. No Neo Sports .

        I have taken the Dish TV DTH connection in around Aug-07 and still under warranty. I am facing few problems since last one month -
        1) No Dish TV programs on my television set
        2) No Dish TV start-up screen for a long time (about 1/2 hour) on starting my TV & set top box set.

        In this regard, I have made several complaints to Dish TV customer care starting on 09-May-08 (see complaint numbers and complaint dates in my e-mail attachment below) but despite of my repetitive follow-up and assurance by Dish TV customer care executives, my problem has not been resolved. In fact despite of the promise for arranging a visit by their service personnel at my home, neither any personnel visited my home nor I have got any phone / e-mail response from them. (Please see my e-mail dated 24-May-08) against which I have not heard, as usual. I request you to please look into this matter and help in resolution to this issue.

          Hi,

          Please let me inform you that the dish Tv customer care service is the
          worst i have ever experienced.
          I bought the setup box and got it installed. Well once it is about
          paying 3000 roupies, everybody is here and everybody answers and
          everybody speaks correct english.
          Three months later, i have to renew my susbcription, for that i buy a
          card, and send the details by sms. Result: nothing, still no renewal.
          I call the customer care and give the renew card number.
          Promise: will be done as soon as possible. 48 hours.
          Result: i wait for 48 hours, ( for which i paid, means that is 48
          hours of non service out of 30 days i paid)
          After 48 hours: Hindi channels only activated, where are the main
          channels i subscribed for??? no idea.
          Call the customer care again:
          Reason: sorry madame, when you renew the settings of your package
          change and go back to the basic package.
          Can anybody explain to me why i need to mention in the first contact
          that i need the enhanced package, and use the enhanced packahe for 3
          months, then have to wait 4 days to get the same package renewed???? i
          mean isnt it obvious that i want the same package ????
          Promise: it will be reactivated after 48 hours.
          Result: activated after 48 hours ( until now 4 days out of 30 that are
          lost and of course nobody cares)
          BUT, it seems the customer care center enjoys receiving phone calls
          from me because i still didnt receive all the channels, and half of
          the english channels ( HBO, Z studio, MGM, NDTV 24, Reality TV,
          ESPN, CNN, BBC, Zee Sport ...and more) are not working.301 signal not
          found.
          What should i do??? i dont speak hindi, i'm a foreigner, i paid for
          the enhaced package only to watch 20 english channel ou of hundreds of
          available channels. But now, for some mysterious reasons, someone from
          Dish TV just didnt think the same and decided to give me only half of
          them.
          Because i believe in the customer care... i decided to wait and see
          what will happen if i dont call, maybe after another 48 hours it will
          be ok.
          5 days later, during which i didnt use what i paid for to the fullest,
          i decide to call again the customer care.
          1: the guy doesnt speak english correctly.
          2: he asked about infos that he should already have and should
          retrieve automatically once i give the VC N° ( what is your
          name??????? and your phone number???????????)
          3: i explain the problem in the simpliest and logical words: I get the
          message " signal not found" for SOME not ALL channels. The person on
          the phone seemed more anxious about following the procedure than
          thinking logically about the problem and asks me to check if all the
          wires are connected. How can i get any channel at all if the wires
          were not connected????
          Anyway, i followed some steps he told me about and ended up erasing
          all my settings, and all my channels following his directions. He
          also was not ashamed to tell me that he couldnt help me and that i
          just have to note down the complaint number. I refused and asked to
          speak to someone else. If he cannot help me, what should i do then??
          no reply. and when i mentionned that now i receive the message " 303
          not installed" guess what ?? he simply HUNG UP !!!
          To sum up,
          2 + 2 + 5 + infinite = 9 days and still counting of paid non service.
          A customer care that doesnt care!!!

          Question: What now ???

          PS: that was the email i sent two weeks ago, and the problem is still here. I call the customer care every day and they have not been able to send someone yet.

          Dish TV — Alignment and not able to view channels

          Even after repeated calls my dish antena allignment has not been done and now these people are claiming that you need to buy another antena and DISH TV does not give any guarantee.
          i have already paid Rs.262 for welcome package for one month before 38 hours, but still i can't see any channel on my tv. what's wrong with dish tv. sometimes they recharge in two hours and sometimes in infinite. i want a reply back and not a phone call.

          DishTV — we have installed dishtv just before 4 hours we are not receiving some channels

          we have installed dishtv on 22/10/2008 at 4'o clock . there was a scheme of free pay channels for 1 year we are not recieving the channels.
          I m not receiving much of the channels and i have complained against this problem to the Bhopal customer care services but they have not given the proper response to us. please take some strick action immediately.

          I have DISH TV mini plan.
          I want to change plan & take DISH TV MAXI PLAN.
          I am Somjit from Bangalore. We had taken dish TV connection on 7th April 2009. On day of installation the person who had come for connection took activation card worth Rs 600 & an amount of Rs 300 and said that they would positively activate our connection within 7 days but already 9 days have passed no activation has been done and as a result of this we are unable to get dish TV services. We have tried to contact dish TV, Bangalore office, but either phone is switched off/busy or they dont seem to pick up the phone(Phone.No[protected], +[protected], [protected]).Such irresponsible attitude of the dish TV person in Bangalore is really undesirable and condemned and from perspective of customer its a pure case of cheating/high level of irresponsibility, that even after paying the required amount we are debarred of services.I want some serious steps taken against such callous and irresponsible persons and restoration of our cable services at the earliest.

          i anil agarwal wanted to u inform that dishtv customer care service is the worst service i had experienced, the customer care officer of dishtv talks in a very bad language, i had made a complaint regarding this to head sanjay kumar but i dont get a response so i request u to take an actoin against him, vc no.           Dish TV — Charging for Alignment of Channels

          Hi,

          I would like to inform you that before my subscription was renewed(recharged for continuation of service) i got a call from one of the Customer care executive and at that time i told him that some of my channels are not coming clear and please send some one (Engineer) then he said that it will be done only when you will recharge the same. But he didn't told me that the engineer will charge Rs 150 for visiting and doing the alignment of channels and i was also not aware because they have never charged us earlier for alignment If it would have been told to me at that moment I would have not recharged and would have taken subscription of some other service provider.

          I think the alignment of channels should be free of cost because we are paying for the channels and it is the responsibility of the service provider that all channels should be tuned properly for clear reception.

          They have started cheating the customers and making money out of it . After several request thru mail and calls to them that two channels are not coming clear please do the alignment of the channels they are rigid and are not ready to do the same free of cost and when i told them that i will take this matter forward they are saying that go do what ever you want.

          It's my request that please take a strict action against them and make them under that Alignment of channels should be done free of cost and they should behave properly with the customer.

          I am from Calicut, Kerala.
          We have been recharging on time. But every month we end up calling the contact person a hundred times to view any channel. And the worst now is that he's neither attending any call nor taking up the complaint we have reported at his office. He has already collected the amount this time also. We would atleast wish to get back our money and get rid of this nuisance at the earliest. This is a highly irresponsible customer service.

          i feel sorry for dish TV as its customer care department is not supporting its image. Customer care superviser lady, her name was divya, she behave as if she there to give decision. if i am facing a problem only customer care person will be approached to sort that out.

          i did mistake in puting v c number.i put vc no. [protected] instead of [protected] and recharged the account with Rs. 500.00. Five hundred is not a small amount, so i called customer care and told the problem. but instead of helping me out to sort the problem she said i can not do anything about it because its a recharge free coupon, you have to recharge it again.

          i know its my mistake to put wrong vc no. but if i am telling the a/c where i have wrongly credited, can't she transfer that.

          it is not going to accepted to the customer for long and that too when there is so much of competition in themarket.

            This is to bring to your kind notice that i had taken a subscrition of Dish TV some 3 years back for my Residence at House No-10, Block B, sec-10, Vasundhra, Ghaziabad, through Prince Enterprise, Ghaziabad, Dealer Id: 3850 by paying a sunbscription fee of Aprox Rs 4000/- for a service of 1 year.
            Later on same year i shifted to my official residence at 501-Asia House, K.G.Marg, New Delhi-110001, but kep my Dish Tv at my Ghaziabads' residence as mentioned above.
            At the time of subscription, we were ensured that even if the subscription tenure expires, we will continue to get Free to Air channels, as its obligatory for Service providers as per Information & Broadcasting Deptt, Govt of India.
            To my utter surprise, yesterday when i visited my Ghaziabad Residence, i saw all the Free to Air Channels Blocked. When i talked to the customer care Deptt(Ref Com no[protected], i was told by the Customer Care Representative -Milli, that i will have to pay Rs 100/- per month to view Free to Air channels, and since i have not renewed my connection therefore my Set top Box Has been deactivated and also the Quality of signal Lowered.
            Is it just to Deactivate a subscribers services without intimation??Does Dish TV have a policy and rules other than what recommended by Ministry of Broadcasting, Govt of India and TRAI.
            Request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful as per Laws and norms set by the Governement.

            But You have already renewed on 31.5.2008 for one year subscription.
            You guys have no patience even to remain unsubscribed for a week. When Dish Tv is so adamant. Change the service provider. Change to Tatasky for all your favourable 90 channels for Rs.200. or wait till Big TV( Reliance) provides the service.
            I am also facing the same problem.
            The screen shows "Call Customer Care".
            What to do ?

              Dish TV has automatically updated the software on my STB and blocked all the FTA channels. In the updated software I am not allowed to change the satellite not add TP frequencies. Basically I want to use DD Direct+ free service pointing it to INSAT-4B instead of DistTV NNS6. This I was able configure in my STB when I bought it. Since I have made the full payment for the STB while buying, It is my personal property. DishtTV or somebody else can block their service or alter anything on their smart card(CAS) but they can not change the software of My STB which is my personal property. Dish TV customer care people are not ready to listen to this complaint. I want the software on my STB to be rolled back to the old version when I bought the box. How DishtTV updated the STB without my permission or intimation.

              Hope some body listening to it and grant some help.

              i have bought Dishtv set top box from zee network worth Rs. 3990 included 6 month subsciption and pay afterward regurarely. after few months some channels gone locked (conditional access) & i cann't watch even some were lost from the list. if i pay fully payment, why should i watch their worst channels. even they used their home transponder frequency which must 11070 insted 12688 to get free to air channels by govt. authority & not by some private association. Set top box is customer's own property, even govt. made advt to make fta in every cable operator/organisation. so let me know how to deal this problem?

              I took the Dish tv connection 3 years back, i recharged this connection after a long gap in first week of June 2010 to watch World cup football. I did not get the sports channel till today. I called Customer care many times, they told me many things to do and wait for 2 hrs...like that so many hours wasted and i took the set top box and visited nearest Dish TV dealer. They told me that you are using old set top box, new s/w should be installed in set top box the only you can see the sports channels. I installed it and they asked me to put the channel 999 and wait for 2 hours. after that you can see the sports channel. i waited for 4 hrs till no hope. I called customer care again...one lady picked up ...i explained the problem...she asked me to "Factory reset" option. I did...after effect ...It reset all the settings, removed the new software installed, chnaged the frequency settings...I can view "ZERO" channels...!!!

              What a help from customer care! Go Dish TV!

                I bought dish tv on last week. Installation also done. I have choosn Dish maxi with Tamil pkg . Still my pkg is not activated. If i call to customer care, I got stay on the line IVRs only. No response. I sent 7 mail to CC for each day. Still I didn't get any reply. Very worst service.

                I have taken a dish tv setup box 3yrs back. I live on a rented house in PUne. Now that i have shifted to new house, there is no open space in the south east area and terace here is privatised .
                My problem is that the installer from dish tv customer care says now he cannot install my connection as there is no suitable direction available to him. Dish tv didnt informed us about the particular direction neccessity when we were purchasing the same .
                Kindly suggest us what can we do now? should we through the setup box in the dustbin and purchase another from other company or wait for the company's assistance.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  This is to inform you that, I logged a complaint in the month of March as there were no signals coming on my Dishtv. The complaint was attended by your engineer Mr. Om Prakash. He rectified the problem by aligning the dish antenna & everything started working fine. He charged me with Rs. 170 & provided me with a Service Report. Later around 27th of April the alignment went wrong again and I called up Dishtv Customer Care. I talked to Mr. Arvind & He assured me that the alignment needs to be done again & the engineer will visit my premises within 24-48 Hrs. He also provided me with a complaint no. 12838052. But no-one turned up or called me up. Then I called up the customer care again & talked to Mr. Santosh. On giving the last complaint no., I was told that the complaint was not forwarded & he logged a fresh complaint & provided me with the complaint no. 12958831. Again the same assurance came that the complaint would be attended with 24-48 Hrs. But again this time no one turned up. Finally, I again called up the customer care & this time Mr. Sarvesh heard the complaint all over again and, to my surprise, told me that my complaint no. 12838052 has been resolved.
                  This is a big blunder since no one even called me up, leave aside visiting me. Again when I asked him for a new complaint number, he told me that systems are not working. When I asked him to put his manager online, he told me that the manager is not available.
                  Again I called up Dishtv & talked to Sr. Customer Care Manager, Mr Saurabh. He assured me that by evening someone will be there & fix up the issue. But nothing happened. Till date my problem has not been rectified and all my voice has fallen on deaf ears.
                  Now I am left with no choice but to knock the doors of the H’onble Consumer Court to get justice & avoid unnecessary harassment of innocent customers.

                    from 14th of May 2008, i am regularly in touch with Dish TV customer care via complian no. 13203820 for alignment of my dish Tv as i am not getting signal properly. Every time they promise that with in 24 - 48 hrs, we will rectify it, but nobody use to come. I have even talked to here senior supervisor Mr. Anush Sharma, Saini. Till date they are not able to rectify it.

                      This is with reference to my Dish TV Connection (VC no. [protected]), I wish to inform you that my Dish TV had some alignment problem due to which we are not able to view the TV for last 15 days. On a daily basis I am registering my complaint to Dish TV custmer care centre no.[protected]. On a daily basis I have been assured that my problem will be solved in next 24 hrs., but till now no body had even bothered to take care of my probelm. In this season of summer vacations my family has been deprived from viewing the TV for last 15 days.

                      Calling Dish Tv customer care centre is a tedeous and costly affair. On an average, one call take 5 minutes waiting period and costs to a customer Rs. 10 to 15 per call.

                      To my surprise customer care people dont have the Dish care phone nos. of my area and I have been advised by customer care executives to personally go to Dish care centre and got my problem resolved. In this season of summer I didn't find this is the only job for which I take leave from my office and go to the Dish care centre for getting my problem resolved.


                      Please look into the matter on an urgent basis and if the probelm is not resolved in next 24 hours I would be compelled to surrender my connection and take resort to the Consumer court forthe refund & compensation for harrassment and deficiency of services on the part of Dish TV.

                      You are also requested to please tell me the procedure for surrender of Dish TV Connection.

                        I am taking new connection of dishtv from near to my home from dish tv athorised dealer in bangalore.I paid six months subscription amount Rs 3590/-.at the time of installation on 06/05/2008.After 1week my my dishtv was disconected.

                        DAY - 1
                        When I called up to the customer care he is that I registered your complain and gave me ref no. and told it will be activated within 4-24 hours.But it was not happened.

                        DAY - 2
                        I called them again after 24 hours then are saying your address proff is pending.Then I send my address proof by my email with attachment.
                        DAY - 3
                        Then 3rd day it was not activated.I called again to customer care.On that he told your is with me but there is not any details of your payment.I allready make six month subscription amt Rs 3590/- to their authorised person who came to my home for installtion.I told them I allready made your payment to you person.Then he told it was not reached to us.You should contact with them.Then I told there is not my fault i paid to their authorised person Idonot have time to contact with the the person.I send mail again by full detail to whom I paid the amount with all address and contact.Then they replied that we are not received any amount from your side.Please give details.
                        DAY - 4
                        I called to their authorised Dealer and checking my details he told address proff is pending.Again I send them my address proof.Also I wrote a mail to customer care that if my connection is not activated today I complain to consumer court.They replied me another ref no of my complain.At evening I called again to customer care and asking about my complain status he told your is activated another 4-24 hours.

                        Now I cannot wait I spend 1months subscription fees of dishtv by making call and sending mail.By five dayes I cannot able to see a single channel.Owner of Dish tv should check there customer service.

                        And lastly one slogan for Dishtv --- Dish karo kabhi wish mat karo----

                          DishTV — Channel not seen

                          i have dish tv connection and recently updated the package from silver to gold pack. The game channel (90) which was available in silver pack has been discontinued in the higher pack. The customer care and complaint cell for the dish tv is almost defunct. In shillong even after repeated calling they did not respond to the complaints. It is almost 20 days and the problem has not been attended to. My V.C No. is [protected]. I am really frustated with the Dish tv performance.

                            Respected Madam/Sir,

                            This is to bring to your kind notice that I have purchased a Dish TV from M/S. Neeru Electronics, 2, Main Market, Malviya Nagar New Delhi -110017 dated the 14th April 08, the invoice number for the same is 13166, book number A-264 and the price was Rs 3, 200/-. The warranty for the Dish Tv was for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The copy of the bill and the warranty card is annexed alongwith my complaint.

                            The same day late evening, my installation at ¼, Sector – 1, Pusph Vihar, New Delhi –110017 was completed, by the time the technician left it was around 9.30 at night, and they hurriedly left. Later on switching on the television I discovered that I could not receive around 15-20 channels and many channels were not clear.

                            This problem became more serious as a result of which many channels were not available and those that were available were not clear due to which it was not possible to view them. I made a complaint for this at the Dish TV customer care in the fourth week of April, the reference number for the same is 13032387, and after two days somebody came and left without rectifying my problem.

                            Again, I lodged another complaint at the customer care, the complaint number for the same is 13086004, on 8th of May. A technician came to my place after two days, but could not rectify the problem again and asked me to write that my LNV is not working in his job card, he assured me he would replace it, he left by saying that he would bring this to the notice of his seniors at the service centre at Malviya Nagar Khirki Extension. He also informed me that my problem will be sorted out only on Monday as that was a Saturday. He left by saying that he requires to change the LNV.

                            Nothing till today has happened, I have been waiting for the technicians to come and do the needful. When I ran out of patience, I called the dish TV service centre on the following numbers [protected]/[protected], on Tuesday dated, the 13th May 2008, but the response that I got was very cold from there, the person misbehaved with me and said that we cant replace your LNV, if we do replace then I have to make another payment of Rs.200/- for the new one. I informed him about the new connection with warranty, but all my efforts went in vain.

                            Again during the 14th & 15th May I made regular calls, and each time the person would say he would make it done by the same day, but no technician turned up at my place. I have also made a call at Neeru Electronics, at Malviya Nagar, he called up somebody but even his efforts did not help me out. Later no follow up was made from Neeru Electronics.

                            Another complaint was lodged at the customer care the complaint number is 13113011 but even on this complaint no action whatsoever was taken by Dish TV. Dish TV has made no efforts to address my grievances and has supplied me with a faulty set.

                            There has been a grave deficiency in the services of Dish Tv to the effect that they have supplied me with a Dish Tv set which is malfunctioning and faulty and is not working properly. Inspite of my repeated requests and complaints, Dish Tv has taken no effort to rectify the problem till date and have instead completely ignored my complaint.

                            I would request that in view of the above the Dish TV should be either replaced or in the alternate a refund of the price of the Dish Tv set which is Rs. 3, 200/- should be given to me.

                            I would further like to request you to give me suitable compensation for all the mental, physical torture that I have undergone due to the misbehavior of Dish TV and also provide me the cost of the complaint.

                              Today I realised that we have one thing in common---we both r Paanchvi fail--otherwise we would not with associated with Dish TV. U r promoting Dish TV and I am a suffering Dish TV subscriber.
                              Try calling up the Customer care no. [protected].Most of the time u'll hear a voice in FOREIGN ACCENT informing u with regret(Sorrrrrrrrry) that the no. is busy.
                              After repeated attempts, i[censored] r lucky u will be connected to Dish TV.U will be given an option to spk in Hindi or English, though Hindi is my Matra Bhasha, I opted for English and after waiting for some time(Listening to promotions going on) I hear a voice speaking in Hindi-Kya main aapki sahayta kar sakta hoon...Why the option????? Then u have to give ur whole bio data..name, contact no. fathers name, which school u went to...I[censored] use computers.my VC no. will give u all the information.DO U GET PAID FOR RECEIVING CALLS SO U EXTEND THE CALL??????
                              Shah Rukh ji, I hope u r still reading this...I lodges a complaint on 14th May as I was not able to see some channels.I was told that the Dish needs to be realigned and it will be done in 24-48 hrs.Fair enough.
                              Today when i called up again and after repeated attempts I was able to get thru. I am told today that now it will take 48-58 hrs.How did u arrive at the figure of 58? It is beyond my understanding...
                              When I requested the Customer Care Executive to expedite the process, he was very positive and he increased my AGONY LEVEL in his system and told me it will be done in 48-58 hrs.Now how do u increase the agony level and still do not change the complaint response time...i can't understand.

                              Dish TV — No service after sale

                              Dear Sir,
                              I had been a victim of Dish TV's poor service. Suddenly all channels disappeared from my TV on last Friday(4th Apr 2008), so we logged a complaint and we were told that someone from technical team will come to us with in 24 hours. But no one turned back by Monday also.
                              Then we called customer care again and we were told that Dish TV will immediately cater our request and they will take disciplinary action against who have not acted on time. They assured that problem will be solved by evening or maximum by Tuesday morning. But no one bothered from Dish TV to look after the problem. Then I called customer care again. And told them that if they don't work on my problem I will go to the consumer forum. That person again said that they will cater my request immediately and take disciplinary action.

                              Please let me know what can I do in this condition. Shall I go to the news paper and let the people know the reality of Dish TV.

                              Today when i called up again and after repeated attempts I was able to get thru. I am told today that now it will take 48-58 hrs.How did u arrive at the figure of 58? It is beyond my understanding...
                              When I requested the Customer Care Executive to expedite the process, he was very positive and he increased my AGONY LEVEL in his system and told me it will be done in 48-58 hrs.Now how do u increase the agony level and still do not change the complaint response time...i can't understand.

My complaint no is: 13955200 but still no one has attented it... & today customer care told me that status of my call is closed in their database, though no-one has attented the call...

                              Called several people in Dish - Mr. Sunny Talwar, Mr. Adil, Mr. Bipin Kumar but no one responded back.. Cant expect such pathetic services from DISH TV..

                              1. Signal is always weak and lot of channels dont display due to weak signal strength.
                              2. The customer care is pathetic and they speak very rudely.
                              3. Technicians dont have proper tools to troubleshoot problems.

                              I have complained about the problem with my set up box.I spoke to your service person at ahmedabad on 13th.Then again i called on 13th and he assured to visit on 14th morning.I have asked my roommate to stay at home as i wa at office and given my friends num to Dish tv person.Till after noon 2 pm my friend waited for the person.No calls no visit...what is this service???We have lots of option now in the market with relience, sun tv and all coming and if you are contiuing service like this u will not survive long.

                              Very poor after sales service in dish tv. Highly irritating phone lines which makes my blood pressure so high by making me wait for about an hour every time I try to call the customer services of dish tv. That also pumps my telephone bill. At times I feel like cursing them for making us fool and cheating us with indirect expenses. All i would say is Dish Tv is a big cheat and costly affair. They attract the customer by showing big celebrity like Sharuk Khan and give a big bull in return.

                                I had bought this rubbish during world cup offer. Since then my set box has been repaired twice and technicians came atleast four to five times. Again and again the problems come up. there is no end to it. Since last three days I had been trying different numbers to register my complaint. On 14th May due to rain my Dish TV is not working. Complaint to customer care which picks up the phone after contacting them for hours. Then they give some wrong number to pursue. Then the wrong number person gives another number and the another number person ask to again contact constomer care number.

                                Let us see whether Shah Rukh Khan who has been paid crores to do the ad has a DISH TV at this home. It is very difficult to get the technician. They do not have people to attend to complaints.

                                Dish TV is a failure and is making public fool of it. I wish I could remove the DIsh TV from my balcony where it has become just a show piece.

                                I Purchased the DISHTV Connection day before last. But I cannot accesss the Channel Reception as yet. I want to know that how long does your set takes to get it activated and full working.

                                Dish TV — Non reception of signal during day time

                                Dear Sir,

                                I, the forementioned, am a Dish TV coustomer for the past 3 years. Though its been a very long time since i took this connection there is very little to look forward to with the empty promises you make to us, The Coustomers.
                                To begin with, Sir, the quality of signal reception is worse than imaginable. It is not only gravely affected by the climatic conditions but also the need to watch a particular channel at an atmost important time.!! Star Cricket, Ten sports, Cartoon Network, POGO, B4u music, Zee sports, Zee cinema, Zee next, Zee tv, HBO, Zee smile, Sony tv... it seems like waste of time to list the channels that aren't clear during day time(most of them aren't clear all the time though) because ALL the channels are as scratched as it could be...
                                I would also like to point at your very pathetic coustomer service. The dealer are sick to the limits when it comes to listening to petitions. Nothing better is to be said about your Coustomer Care helpline people. The only thing that seems prompt is your reminder of payments..!! I would like to see the same eagerness in fulfiling the promises you make to your coustomers while taking connections..
                                Sir, I would be very glad indeed if you would take prompt action in this matter else we will all begin to thing " KASH HUM CABLE SE HI SANTUSH REHTE!!!" This is the worst i could say and I hope you take it that way and please do something about it..

                                I am shocked at the service provided by you. I have paid the renewal charges of 300 Rs on 22/11/2008 (UR-22/11/08IG[protected] for the renewal that was due only on 29/11/2008. My services stood disconnected. I have been receiving msgs on my mobile from 25th November that I have to recharge the subscription. I informed your authorities about the same. But despite all theses my services have been cut. I received a call from DISH TV, Bangalore yesterday and I also informed them about it but they have still not restored my connection. All my calls to your call centre are in vain as they told me that it will be restored within 4 hrs to 24hrs. I donot understand why the hell should it take 24 hrs for activating. It is not that my subscription died and I renewed it after the renewal date. Today morning I called up again and they say that it will take 48 hrs to restore. I have decided to file a complaint with the consumer court stating all the facts and claiming damages for the treatment given from your end.The copy of this letter is marked to them.
                                I totally agree with above comments made by customers. First to trace their customer care phone. Then their same kind of dialogues(we get the feeling as if we are listening drama, all mugged up dialogues) Then they will ask us our VC No.(I agree) then they will ask you so many questions(irrelevant, by this time you'll go fade up & keep the phone down. Even if you passed through this acid test. He'll tell u to do some technical operations with set top box, which u will never be able to do. Now u will be completely disabled & surrendered. So he will tell u he is helpless because u can't do what he has asked to do. They will remind u 10 times a day for payment but don't bother for our problems.

                                we have lots of problem in dish tv. there is no network. everytime signal problem. No support to customers

                                      and before this our 25 rupees has been cut during the month of december as a grace charge even when we have paid the money to dealer on time i.e. before the expiry of grace period.It is just fault of the dealer and we have to pay for it so i kindly request you to solve the matter othewise we are moving to new DTH srevices available in the market.
                                      I am a bonafide customer since 1 year. My v.c no is [protected] and the package that i am using is platinum i am not able to watch ESPN, STAR SPORTS & STAR CRICKET all these channels are in my package but i don't know why u guys have blocked & appers NO ACCESS on my t.v screen. I had a talk with your executives regarding this and they assured me that my problem will be fixed in 15mts to 2 hrs buts hours have passed yet nothing has happened. Kindly see my problem & try to fix it.

                                      I'm a dish tv costomer since 1 year.My VC.no. is-[protected]. my complaint is that dish tv company not working for me, i took the dish tv after a look of sahrukh khan, about dish tv.but i'm not geting what i wanted.some chanels like NEO cricket, NEO sports, YO music and many more but this chanels are not available on dish tv,
                                      i have not recharged my acaunt since 2-3 months because this chanels are not coming on dish tv.I' have taken a cable connection, that I not wanted.I do not like cable connection because it gets intrupted any time, thats why i took dish tv but.the problems are the same. they(C.C.E's) even not give any positive responce to me. I not understand that wat to do.I want to transfer it to enybody but no anybody want to take it. please tell me when this chanels are coming on dishtv and coming or not.

                                      Dear sir/ Madam,
                                      I am a regular dishtv customer with vc no. [protected]. Recently I recharged my account by paying Rs.900 under Maxi package on 09.02.2009. My validity was due to expire on 11.05.2009. But channels like STAR ONE and TIMES NOW were not with the package. So I bought these two channels on 09.03.2009 and thus those channels were activated according to my choice and I was told that my account has been shifted to New Package and registered for PLATINUM PACKAGE, which is Rs.700. By doing so, the date of validity has been reduced to 30.04.2009 instead of paying Rs.900 (Rs.700+Rs.200) where I should get Rs.200 extra, which can be adjusted.
                                      I am well aware that Old Package i.e. Maxi Package has been abolished but my amount should have been adjusted according to the package.
                                      I request you to kindly adjust my amount Rs.200.

Yesterday also I phoned him, so he told me that within 24 hours I will get to know.

                                        Dish TV — there is no radio channels in this service

                                        i want to know why the radio channels were not coming in dish tv we recharged but also they were not coming i also called customer care but they give some answers which are not sufficient i called also many times. my vc no is[protected]
