[Resolved] Dish TV — DishTv Service is very poor and Dish TV doesnt care for problems of its customers

I am facing a lot of problems against DISH TV. My dish tv is not properly worked because the dish tv alignment is not properly connected. Regarding this. I tried customer care phone no given by Dish TV[protected],[protected] &[protected] for logged a complain. I tried continuously 4 hours but I could not get the line.Next day once again I tried to lodge a complaint and finally raised a complain(no;[protected] on April 18, 2008 but they did not respond to my issue. After 5 days they send one technician nothing he did but he charged 500 rupees. still i am facing same problem this is the very bad situation with DISH TV. please... Was this information helpful? Not bothred about after sale service

Channels subscribed for get unavailable

Dear sir, We have taken a annual subscription and the payment done till November 1015. The channels that are subscribed get unavailable every now and then For example we are not getting SONY CHANNELS CNN etc

my VC NO IS [protected] and today[protected] i recharge my dish two times 501-501 and my validity extend one time second time they receive payment 501 but validity not extended by dish tv.my trxn no are[protected] and[protected].
