DishTV — loss of connection due to technical problem

I have two dishtv connection VC no is [protected] and [protected].
both are not working since 16th nov. I have already registered a complaint in dishtv customer support
service on 19th nov. and complaint no is[protected] and 30984846, they said to me that they will provide the service within 24 hrs. but still now there is no responce of the distv service provider.
when i call to customer care of dishtv they says again and again same thing, that we will appoint a technician to solve ur problem, but my problem is as it is.

we have taken dish tv on may 2010.....presently we are not getting any channels we called to dth centre of nearby home but they said that they wil come to home n they wil check but stil they didn't came its poor servicing that too they are charging 150......we are not getting any DD national channels from past 2 months......this is my phone no.[protected]
