[Resolved]  Dish TV — Service

My two TVs are connected with separate dish.
I have been experiencing problem with dishTV since I bought those. the problem of alignment remains unattended since last one week.
As par the excellent reputaion of dishTV supported by Sharukh Khan I wonder if anyone ever gets service as
"promissed" by their call centre people. They have been well trained to give only lip service. We can see a bunch of young generation liars being produced by dishTV management. These chaps will never be able to rise to the occasion since they will get used to telling only lies.
It is evident that dishTV surely is not professionaly managed company. The "management" behaves like headless chicken to implement the vision of "future of TV entertainment". They are not aware that giving false promises to lure customers amounts to cheating. It is pity that Essar group is a party to planned fraud.
I feel word of mouth from poeple like us must continue and vehemently discourage people to buy dishTV so that they do not get fooled in the process.

I am a customer of DishTV my VC No. is [protected]. I am suffering lot of problems regarding DishTV Channels (Signal Problem) from last 14/06/2009. During this period I regsitered many complaints to your customer care office, but no body can attend my complaint.

Please tell me how to solve this matter.

From yesterday (9-4-13) My set top box is not working & power, rest all are ok.
After calling several times your customer care executive cannot solve the problem over phone.
Your service person cameon 10 -4-13 & told the problem is on STB & not changed that in guarantee period .
Dish TV asking for service charges when the faulty set to box 2wice provided by them & it is in guarantee period.
So I am Suffering service & requesting you to please solve it immediately.

SIR, I AM A RESEDIENCY OF HYDERABAD SIR, TOADY WHEN I AM WATCHING MY TV MY DISH TV SETUP BOX HAS STOPED, WHEN I CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY DIDNT LIFT MY PHONE NEARLY FOR 30 MIN, WHEN I AGAIN TRIED TO CONNECT THEM THE CONNECTED ME, I TOLD MY ISSUE TO THEM THEY CANT RESOLVE MY ISSUE, WHEN I TOLD THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE TO CONNECT HIS SENIOR HE DISCONNECTED MY PHONE, AND THIS PROBEM HIS EVERY MONTH PROBLEM WITH DISH TV THEY WILL NOT TAKE ANY FEEDBACK IN SERIOUSLEY, THE DISH TV COMPANY IS THINKING THAT ITS A JOKE, WHENEVER I CALL THEM WILL MAKE ME FAKE PROMISE THAT THEY WILL MAKE A CALL BACK ARRANGE, BUT SINGEL CAL HAS BEEN TILL NOW DIDNT CAME.I REQUEST YOU SIR TO TAKE SOME SERIOUS ACTION ON THEM AND YOU CAN REACH TO ME ON :[protected]
