[Resolved] Dish TV — Poor Customer Care | |||
I had a Dish TV connection during October 2005. During the installation the Dish TV (Essel Agro (P) Ltd.) has given an offer of refund of Rs.2490/- after five years. Now when we contacted the customer care of the Dish TV they simply told they have records for such offer and directed contact the dealer who installs the connection. When I contacted the dealer, he told that the actual dealer who installs the connection was no more a dealer for dish tv. When again contact the dish tv they told to send email to the [protected]@dishtv.in or SMS to 57575. I have send lot of emails and sms. The toll free customer care no.[protected] was never working. One of the worst customer service i have ever faced is the Dish TV. I herewith attach the copy of the bill issued by the Dish TV with refund offer. Chokkalingam.B Was this information helpful? | |||

Why this stupid gives email id of customer care as the resolution to the problem? everybody knows this email from their website. The person posted this complaint in this forum is not a fool!
He is really asking about some help for this! My suggestion is to file a case in consumer court with the proofs. Then you will get your money back easily.

This attitude on the part of a company belonging to ZEE group is deplorable. Zee News and their sister channels are exposing the other compnies for malafide practices whereas their own group company is adopting the malafide and unfair trade practices. This company should be draged to the Consumer Court.

last year feb-2014 i got call on behalf of dish tv.and call the said me t i[censored] dont want to use distv and submit retrn.we will give yuor bond deposit of 2500 rs back in 15 days by cheque. and oclect setup box and all dish tv wire and document from me and give me> receipt for this...but now after 1, 5 year they dosnt recieve my phone and call and not answer.i also send mail to dish tv in may-2014. but no action be taken from dish tv., so i fill i> > m cheated by froud. but today at 5, 30 pm i got call from ahmedabad[protected]..take step imiditely and return me my gurrentie amount it i will take liggle step

receipt no.146043 dated 29/06/2005 paid Rs.2490/- Almost same case . The poor most service. No one is ready to talk about refund.
The company should be pulled to Consumer forum for this mis conduct.
