[Resolved] Dish TV — Poor Customer Care
I had a Dish TV connection during October 2005.
During the installation the Dish TV (Essel Agro (P) Ltd.) has given an offer of refund of Rs.2490/- after five years.
Now when we contacted the customer care of the Dish TV they simply told they have records for such offer and directed contact the dealer who installs the connection.
When I contacted the dealer, he told that the actual dealer who installs the connection was no more a dealer for dish tv.
When again contact the dish tv they told to send email to the [protected]@dishtv.in or SMS to 57575.
I have send lot of emails and sms. The toll free customer care no.[protected] was never working.
One of the worst customer service i have ever faced is the Dish TV.
I herewith attach the copy of the bill issued by the Dish TV with refund offer.
