Dishtv ki sabsi badi problem…………………..

Dishtv sabse pahla DTH compney hai,But sabhi dth iska copy karke aage ho gaya hai….
Dishtv wahi ki wahi rah gayi.

Dishtv 4 saal me abhi tak koi major problem ko solved nahi kiya hai………..

Wo rain fade problem ho,
Video freezing ki,
Free to air channel par EPG and Digital video and audio qulitey….

DD(govt of India) ki hai jo Tata sky and airtel ko bhi provide kar rahi hai free to air channel jisme video qulitey and EPG bhi milta hai…….

Other DTH me rain fade nahi hota and video freezing nahi and Free to air par EPG ka hona, wo bhi 7days ka and channel change me second ka bhi time nahi lagna.

Abhi kuch din pahle dishtv ne HD BOX launch kiya , usme bhi kuch na kuch kami nikal gayi……….usme only platinum pack hi run karta hai..

Uska copy karke other DTH one week me HD box lunch kiya but usme sabhi pack run karta hai..

Abhi bhi samjh nahi aaya dishtv ko itne ssal ke baad kuch lunch kar raha hai to kuch na kuch kami rah jaye….

Dishtv se other dth bhaut aage badh gaya hai …..

Dishtv ke paas abhi bhi old salatelite and old software version hai .. ye sab tab hi sahi hoaha jab tak iska interal change nahi hoga tab tak ye sabhi problem solved nahi hoga…

1- Rain fade
2- Video freezing
3- EPG and digital video qulitey and sound(free to air)
4- Channel change me time lagna
5- Singel week hona
6- Paissa only ADD par services par karch nahi hona
7- Old sowtware and satellite ka hona
8- Koi services sase aage launch aur bad me sabse peeche hona.
9- Daily base par kuch na kuch problem aana.
10- Prosesser ka bahut slow hona.


Dishtv me sabhi problem hai aur isse copy karke sabhi DTH ne apne aap ko accha kar liya aur dishtv abhi tak wahi ki wahi goal goal round kar rahi hai……..


Other DTH me koi prolem nahi aati hai and wo apne aap ko NO.1 bhi nahi kahti aur dishtv itna add karne ki kosish bhi nahi karti hai..

Other DTH sabhi riginal channel ko add karti hai aur dishtv only south and Marithi and gujrati channel ko add karti hai..

Other DTH dishtv se copy karke sarv gun sampran hogayi hai aur dishtv ki ussi Blind gali me round karwa rahi hai.

Dishtv only adding for Bhojpuri channel in pleatfrom and IBN7 Aur B4U MOVIES....

    I contacted Dish satellite company 30 days ago to upgrade service on 4 receivers in my residence to HD and equipment. One standard receiver had been replaced in 2009 with HD because 7 year old one quit working. And they wanted to Charge me $100 to do it, until I told them I would go to Directv before I would pay charge.
    So I asked for another HD receiver and 2 new standard receivers too replace equipment that was 7 years old. Representative(s) at time would only agree to 1 Hd receivers with a new 2 year contract. Reps I talked to would not replace other 2 receivers. Why would I sign a 2 year contract on equipment that was 7 years old with remotes wearing out, and with knowing the previous year the problem I had getting a receiver replaced .
    The billing cycle ended on 19th of each month, so I am having Directv installed on 19th to not create another problem with billing issues. Called Dish Tv today to cancel and talked to 2 reps trying to talk me out of canceling .Transferred to a 3rd rep who now offers to upgrade all equipment. I do not do business that way !
    Now they are sending me boxes to send back equipment at $15.00 PER RECEIVER....................If you are going to do business with Dish Tv be prepared to BARTER . They will not be willing to satisfy a customer's needs until you go to a competitor

    The customer support of dish tv is very poor. The customer care numbers are very busy and once u get connected, then there is no module for registering our specific problems as there is no module for talking to customer support executive as IVRS deals with only specific problems but customer have to strive hard to even get basic services activated... The customer care numbers are often not working and SMS module directs you to a different level of problem.

    I have ordered a la carte pack ( Howzzat 650)atleat 4 times through SMS, but it is giving strange message that u are already sudscribed to this service but channel No. 659 star cricket is giving message that to subscribe to this channel dial customer care No.
    About customer care No. least said better, No are busy and luckly i[censored] get lines then only IVRS comes which does not accepts the entered value and there is no module for talking to customer care executive. My recharge is through RF ITZ cash card, then also i am unable to order the service i.e. a la carte pack...
    i am tired up of doing so from last two days...
    Kindly arrange to make basic customer care facilities user friendly

    This is a complaint made about a week ago as we have no reception since last Sunday. We tried calling customer service but none of them is working and if it does it says its busy so call after some time. Finally by gods grace we have been able to get some customer service associate's number and asked him to get it fixed. Looks like Dish TV and the associate's doesn't want to be helpful. Its been a week and we are still waiting for him to fixed the issue. Every time we call this associate, he says he will come but don't know when. Here are the customer care number which the have given. These numbers are of no use if we really want to make/lodge a complaint. All the options given are of waste.

    We have been using Dish TV for the pasr 6 years.But today I'm cursing myself for
    subscribing to Dish TV. Due to renovation work;the dish antenna got disturbed.We placed a
    service request on 08/09/2011.One of your technician came to attend the problem.He was not
    carrying any equipment required to solve the problem.He took Rs 165.00 as service charges an
    dwent away without doing anything.Since then every day we get a call from one of your
    technician saying that he will be coming within an hour but never turned up.When one day we
    uorselves colled him, he told us that we should place another request with the call centre.But
    till today(17/09/2011),8:30 PM nobody turned up.Today I have got calls from your call centre
    asking us confirm our details.One person even went to the extent of asking us whether we have
    the necessary permission to install the antenna.This is rediculous.We are really irritated
    with the callous attitude of your company towards a long standing customer.I think it is high
    time we withdraw from Dish TV since this is not the first time we are treated like this.I am
    not only going to withdraw my subscription,I'm also going register my complaint with TRAI.Hope
    this mail gets a positive response.Pl remember DTH is not your monopoly.There are
    competitors.If this is how Dish TV is going to treat its customers,I'm afraid one day you will

    I am writing this Email to you after frustrated with the Service from Dish TV Customer Care

    I had purchased Dish TV Set Top Box (With Recorder) in the Month of Oct’12
    Recently it was not working and I called the Customer Care and registered a Complaint
    (Compliant No. is[protected].) They told me that the compliant will be resolved within 24 Hrs.
    On 23rd, I got a call from 1 technician stating that currently Set Top Box is not available and they will come and install either on 24th or 25th.

    Till 25th Night nothing was heard from the technician. Hence again I called up Customer Service and asked what is the status for the Compliant No.[protected]. They told that the complaint got closed stating the reason as “Set Box out of Stock”. It was quite surprise that a complaint is closed without providing any SOLUTION.

    I really got frustrated and asked as how you can close the complaint without giving any resolution. But there is no proper reply for that.

    Again as usual they raised another Compliant (No.[protected] on 25th and PROMISED me that they will install on 26th before 12.00 Noon at any cost. So I kept my hopes alive. But again they proved me that I am wrong.

    Neither the Set Top Box was installed nor did nobody call up before 12.00 Noon on 26th. At last Dish TV Customer care Team voluntarily called me for the FIRST TIME and asked me the status. Just imagine what will be my reaction. I said nobody came so far. As a routine process, they apologized and told me that they will escalate (God only knows to whom they are escalating)

    Then I got a call from the Technician stating that the Box is out of Stock and they cannot give me an Exact Date as when they will come and install it. Today 28th, I am still waiting for a call either from Dish TV Customer care or from the Technician to update the status as how long I need to wait (Nothing else can be done from my side)

    I need few clarifications:
    How you can close a complaint WITHOUT giving any Solution

    If there is no Stock of Set-Top Box without Recorder, how long it will take you to manufacture
    How you will give Set-Top Box to New Customer. (Will you provide immediately or you will inform the New Customer that we cannot provide Set-Top box with Recorder)

    I am sure you will provide immediately, because it is Income for your Company. But you leased bother about the existing Customer

    I still don’t understand why it cannot be brought from other city to Chennai (It won’t take more than 2 days). But my complaint in unanswered till date.

      I am a Dist TV Customer & My VC Number is :[protected], My Dish TV signals are not comming properly, we are unable to view all the subscribed channels. I have called to the technicians and before a couple of week it was aligned by him, but on that day channels were not proper and still these are not comming proper.

      Your Customer service is very poor, representatives are not handling and resolving complaints. Every Dist TV customer is not satisfied in this city.

      If my problem will not resolve in 24 hours, I will destroy this SETUP Box and will not use the Dish TV Connection.

      So, You are requested to please resolve my Dish TV Problem becauese I m sick off to call to the Tish TV Dealer/Techinicians at Hissar.

      Dish TV — No sign due non proper alignment of Dish

      We brought Dish TV connection 4 months back, it worked fine for 2 month and later stop working and displaying on E48-32 Error, As per them Dish TV had some problem with Satellite as Dish anatie need to moved to some other location.

      I am waiting for technical person to come and correct and have raised more than 4 complaints. I get only non working phone numbers specified by them and the dealer in not interested in repairing the same.

      I advice all please don't buy Dish TV .. the service is waste and no one responsible to your compliant and they even don’t come even if you are ready to pay money.

      I like them to attend my problem as early as possible....

        Its been more than 24 hours when i have last raised a instalation query. Not resolved. However i have received a message stating the query has been resolved and ticket closed. The escalation team doesnot even bother to reply. No clue how this company service their customers. Its has been almost 6 months tha my Dish tv has not been installed, as i had relocated from Pune to Kharghar. Inspite of calling the customer service team and getting several confermation and assurance i am yet to get this fixed.

          I have bought Dish TV from one of the dealer named AMAN TELECOM, AA/8, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi- 110088, Phone No.- [protected],[protected], [protected], As per discussion with Sanjeev (owner) I have negotiate and as he told me that I have to pay Rs. 1840 inclusive of all (installation free and 3 months platinum pack charges include in Rs. 1840). His delivery boy came to me and delivered the same and I paid the above said amount and his delivery boy came back.

          The engineer came for installation and installed the same and said to me to pay Rs. 520 for installation and service (platinum pack). I talked to Sanjeev (AMAN TELECOM), then he said that my delivery boy wrongly charged you, he had to pay to the engineer Rs. 520, no issues you pay the same and I will pay you.

          I heard the same and denied paying for that then he said now I break my commitment to you and now you have to pay Rs. 520 and he is not going to back me money.

          A Big fraud person was talking to me, I can not believe that who has registered to JUST DIAL, which provided the best service for our convenience he is mis-behaving and a big fraud. Sanjeev of the owner of the company (as he say) is doing like that then how can we believe on any person who is provinding the service like this.

          His delivery boy also provide me the bill at my home worth Rs. 1840 which is not possible as per the employee of the Dish TV Company. He can not charged more than Rs. 1590 for the same and rest other charge should be mentioned on the Bill. Even I think who provide the service at door-step always commits wrong commitment.

          I discussed these matters to Aman Telecome also again he is saying " I will handle these all things as I handle such type of cases. No issues, do whatever you want, nothing is going to happen" I indicated that I am going to complain against this. he has no worry. A big rustic seller who does not know how to run a business

          Guys please do not take a service from Aman Telecome in your life as he is a cheater/ fraud seller, who provides the attractive price on phone but it is not so as I come to know.

          I request to the concern person who is taking care of the same and let me have a justice and fair deal from Aman Telecom, [protected]/ [protected].

              I was recharg Dishtv before 3 months ago for 650 Rs.for Gold Package.and they given me gold saver package free without any information to me by mail or phone.because of i was paid 650 ( Thats my mistake? )and when i am recharging today for 1250 Rs. I want 6 months and 1 Month Free but they give me last date upto 22 Dec 2010, I ask them and reply is Your package if Gold Saver activated. and when i requsted that please changeover to Gold they charged Rs.40 for it and also not Given 1 Month free rechage.

                Dish TV — Dish TV DTH not installed

                Dear Sir,
                My self Jaysukh Bhalodiya, 32 yr from Jamnagar, gujarat.

                I have been purchased online DISH TV DTH connection on last 28.01.2011.
                Puchase reference no is HO: 08/01/11, CRL:32298, dt:28.01.2011.

                As per commitment of DISH TV, they will be installed the DTH at my home, as per address given during purchase.
                I have waited for 6 days(03.02.2011) and called to DISH TV. At that time they have not sufficient details of dispatch. After 2 days, i.e.on 05.02.2011 again I called to DISH TV and they informed me that they have dispatched the parcel to you.

                Further, I have waited for 05 days & called to DISH TV that I have not received any parcel. After that call, they called me and said that your parcel is received at Jamnagar, you have to collect it & shift to my native place( 36 km away from Jamnagar). I have refused the same as telling that I am staying at my native(Village: Medi).

                After that, they have called me with conference of M/s Arihant Electronics, K.V.Road, Jamnagar, Contact: [protected] and convinced me that installation engineer will come with the DTH set to your native and will be installed the same.

                But, till date my DISH TV DTH is not installed at my native place. Also, I have called many time to DISH TV DTH sales department, but they are not giving me any response.

                So, I am requested for help from you.

                    I am dish tv customer form last four years. But the Peace TV & Q TV channel not available at dish tv. Why you are not telecasting these two channels. There have more than seventy unwanted channels telecast by dish TV, but only two channels not available as mentioned above. I think above 80% people like peace TV & Q TV compare to zee salam. I think customer satisfaction is a deciding factor to be no. 1. As a well positioned DTH service provider (dishtv) is unable to telecast such a well appreciable channel. I think if you broadcast these channels automatically customer will be increased rather you expense money beyond celebrity for advertisement. Now, people are more conscious to select best offer at optimum cost. I hope you will give kind attention about this matter.

Now, They have forcibly removed the channels cnbc awaz, ccn ibn, cnbc18 in between my subscription period(on dec 2008).Now in my tv screen, message is coming the TIMES NOW & ZOOM channels will be removed from 31/01/2009.They have started asking extra money Rs 25/Month extra for the same which i already had paid.
                    3.Being a annual customer, it is highly frustrating that in the middle of the period dish tv has started removing channels, whereas it should after the end of my annual subscription period
                    4. In the view on above the service provided by the dish tv is not up to the marks .
                    5. I have given feed back in writing that i will go to CONSUMER COURT if problem is not been resolved.

                    I am not receiving any channels for the last 4 days. I have been receiving all of them in the past one year. on complaning to the customercare center it was revealed that my set top box no and the VC no donot match. I was asked to contact the dealer who provided me the STB. The dealer says if so is the case how you were getting the channels for more than a year. He says I cannot do anything in this case. I do not know who is going to fix the problem. It seems no one is at fault except the customer who has been befooled by the service provider to believe them.                     i have been using your package since 2005, i would say dish tv service has been pathetic. Not even one person in customer service knows about the packages.thats not their mistake. cuz you have put in place such a complex packages to fool all your customers and suck their money into your profits. Online payment options are so complex, even customer service executives cannot help.. the online service are not wokring .. all the webpages hang up or page cannot be displayed .. CSR's disconnect the line or mute or hang up when they know they cant be of much help.I have been trying to recharge my package online since 10 days with no luck. totally disappointed..

                    I am in total agreememnt with Mr Raghunath, and I am sure the services from M/s Dish TV are painfully unresponsive and poor . When I contacted for my problem on the tollfree number I find You have to hang on to the phone for nearly 20 minutes when the first voice response "Maiy I help you "comes, Then the person on the otherside does not know who the dealer is in Bangalore. Moreover he can not give the dealers number .as he does not know that Bangalore may be having many dealers . When I tried to contact for recharge card I could not get anywhere in Bangalore, moreover many dealers said we have stopped selling Dish Tv recharge cards as they are not geting good response from Dish Tv company. I feel it is better that we should go to our cable providers than to have this Dish TV.This story may be true with other Dish Tv companies too. Its painfully disgusting to call several times ..

                    I am one of your very very harassed customers.



                    I have been using DISH TV for over an year now,and have subscribed for the platinum pack.



                    About 1 week back,the light on my set top box started twinkling as green-orange and the transmittion stopped completely.



                    I made a complaint on the phone and an executive visited my house to rectify the problem.



                    But after just 5 mins the problem again started.



                    I again made a complaint for the same 2 days back.



                    But even after getting an SMS that a technician will be visiting my place,no one has come over till now.



                    Now it has been over 7 days that my TV is not working.

                    My set top box is covered under the so called"AMC".

                    They have an offer called "pay term offers" for Gold subscribers. Initially I was a Gold Saver subscriber.                     In Dish TV website (http://www.dishtv.in/south-silver.aspx) many channels are listed. I am surprised to see that most of the channels are not available while tuning/watching. I have contacted customer care and as per them the channles listed in the site are not the same as their packages. This is like cheating the indian citizen by listing more channels in the website. The company will be getting crores of rupees by this. I have informed them 2 months back, but still didnt change their website.

                    Dish TV — Dish Tv have taken money and not providing service

                    I am a dish tv customer since last 3 years but in between this last year I have upgraded my service from Silver to Gold without any hassle. But due to some reason again I want to downgrade my service to ‘Silver Saver Pack North’ and now the problem arises.

                    They have told me to recharge an amount of Rs 200 from which Rs 40 will be deducted as downgradation charge. I have done so on 25th April 2011 where my Transaction ID is RI[protected] and my account got recharched.

                    Then I have called them several time to downgrade my service but all my request went in vain.So I have emailed them several times but response is same recharge your account with Rs 200 and we will charge a processing fee of Rs 40.

                    On Apr 28, 2011 at 12:57 I have got a mail that they have updated my pack to silver saver pack and my reference no is URD28/04/2011R[protected].

                    But nothing happened even I have lost all my paid channels. In between 25th to 28th I have the worst experience from dist tv customer service. All my chanells got locked and says “Recharge Your Account” while I have already done that. When I call customer care they says ‘we have refereshed your channels please tune your channel to channel no 999 for 2 hours’. We have done that also . yes the channes comes but for few minutes or few hours. Again same message comes and customer care repete same procedure.
                    Finally from 28th April 2011 I m not able to view any paid channels although I have enough balance left in my account. Now they are avoiding my mail and calls also.
                    why r they had not understand million of people feeling all dth is not intellingent mind they all have harmfull and chemical imbalance mind . but they can change mind ability could they make peaceful world by his intelligency . so kindly i request all dth broadcaster plz put the peace channal on dish and all of dth thanks

                    Peace TV is a Free to air Channel. Actually the supporting authorities/govt. etc are ok and happy with all unwanted channel broadcasts in India. Peace TV cannot be broadcast because they fear that everyone will become good and righteous after seeing good programmes. Our system is designed in such a way that we constantly are being fed with constant TV programmes like (Bride - mother in laws fight, Testtube baby, Married Man/woman running behind another such persons, Rich man fighting for wealth, etc) thereby making the hearts of people corrupt, dump and finally a black hole is being created in our hearts and mind.
                    We are behind certain process, corruption, money, power etc. and it is difficult to bring in Peace TV via any dish TV networks (Dish TV, Tata Sky, Airtel, Reliance etc. They are helpless :( ). If you need peace TV, i suggest people to go and use peace TV online as this is one of the best way to get it for free or get that big 8 Feet dish installed in your home(Costs about Rs.8000/-) only. The dish cost only 5500/- in 2008 and they also increased the price.

                    All the big things around us will not allow to bring in Good things and we have to go in search of the Good things. All the responsible competent authorities put the ball in someone else court and they fear in bringing Peace TV to people, but are ready to accept any filthy foreign channels for our nation. Very sad that a Free to Air Channel is not available in a Democratic country like ours.

                    I am one of many customers who are looking to switch to DTH service, but the problem i am facing is Non of the presently available DTH provider has our Islamic channel called 'Peace TV Network', which falls under Religious Channels Catergory.
                    I failed to understand that, why any of this DTH providers are not broadcasting this channels when they are available for free on air (as far as my knowledge is concerned). They are absolutely free and no free has to be paid by any Provider to this Network.

                    Kindly, please address to this issues as early as possible and let this channel 'Peave TV' be available on all DTH services.

                    I became a new customer of the Dish TV family on Aug 16, 2013 and my VC is [protected]. I had purchased "DTH Super Platinum" package under your "life time offer" by paying a sum of Rs 13, 690/- but great hope. My only mistake was that I didn't checked the full list of channel coverage and availability.

                    Now after installation to my dismay I am discovering that there are quite a few channels that my parents used to watch (AAj tak Tez, Darshan 24, Mh1 Shraddha, UTV Stars, Food-Food, Delhi Aaj Tak, Dabangg and Total TV ) which are not available in the DishTv platform. These are my parents favorite which they used to watch daily on a regular basis. I had basically purchased this cable plan for parents only. Even some channels like zee khana khazana which are supposed to be available to me in the pack (http://www.dishtv.in/super-platinum.aspx) gives error messages that I am not subscribed to them.

                    Now I want to cancel my subscription and want full refund of my money. When I took up this matter with DishTV (Request No : 32044) I found that there is no way that not be available and now I would like to cancel my subscription. This is against my rights as a consumer as how can that be possible that I can subscribe to a service but can't get out of that, this is plain cheating an malpractice being done on account of DishTv. I would now be tied to this connection for a period of 5 yrs which is a big time span. :(

                      I had purchased Dish TV in July 2008 from Dish TV Authorised Dealer by amounting Rs 3999/- (maxi package). After a week the Set top box stoped and I went to shop and log various complaints by personally and over t phone. After 01 month dealer give me his Demo Set top box and told me take return back ur box after a week. But he return me in April 2009. When I had check the amount and period of validity I was surprised. He had recharged for only 15 days instead to resiter the Set top box for 01 year.

                          Dish Tv Sr Executive Abhishek 5 35 pm 20 june 2010 Refence No.40550193 His way of talking was not polite and despite the matter which I sent through mail was self explanatory he still was asking about the billing issue which I explained in the morning hours to Mr Sagar on 20th and Ms Sanjana in evening hours on 20th but still these kind of stupid calls still asking me what is the matter explains that your executives are not well read in getting the content and need re training for the same. Even after explaining the things to two of sr. executives as mentioned above for more then 45 minutes if dishtv still unable to understand the problem it is surprising that why I have to tell all officials every time the grievances I faced. Furtther no reply or action taken by officials of DTH has been intimated to me via mail except for repeated calls asking the same complaint time and again. Mr Sagar promised me to call between 5to 8 today on 20th June but I don’t know why another official has been asked to call me for the same issue which I told to Mr Sagar at length today. Kindly look into the matter seriously and do the needful.I asked him to first get the details from the above mentioned two officials and if still there is problem in understanding he can call me.Copy of previous mail attached for ready reference. I request you to depute only one senior official to whom I can narrate all problems and not that every time a new official come for the same and again asking details repeatedly.

                          ON 20TH JUNE TALKED TO MR. KSHITZ AT 1 11PM. Every time I have to tell details which is very frustrating and digusting. Asked him to connect me to escalation deppt. Where Mr. sagar picked up phone. Asked him about the reply of my yesterday sent mail for which he was silent and everytime I rose a question he has to ask for a hold and did take appreciable time to comeout though was humble enough to talk with. Asked him to send some person for collection of payment for recharge so that in future I can tell that to that person I told details of each VC and channels which I wanted for each VC.
                          RECHARGE HUMBLE REQUEST TO MR SAGAR ON 20TH JUNE 2010 AT 2 11PM FOR SOME PERSON AS PER HIS WORDS WILL BE AT MY HOME BY 6 00PM COMPLAINT NO. 40542120 AND THAT HE WOULD CALL ME REGARDING COMPLAINT TODAY 20TH JUNE BEWEEN 5 TO 8PM.
                          Later he called me at about 2 47pm that he will arrange person on 22nd at 6pm sharp and not today , I agreed for 22nd at 6 pm sharp. But none turned up.

                          Suggestions - Who will understand this, being a Lay man no one will understand the policies clear cut - I paid you extra on the same month That was my mistake.
                          I believe it is good that not to do any prepayments as I was planning to make payments for one year now my take is people who make payments for one year are getting fooled as they miss on the new offers

                          As I am using the Gold saver for 285/ - I have made the payments till Dec 11, 2011. Now Dish TV is offering a new WORD PACK which is cheaper and having more channels so the existing customer are missing and getting fooled on doing the prepayments. Now they are asking 40 rupees downgade charges. And the SUper saver is no more existing.

                          WHY SHOULD I PAY?

                            Talked to customer care official at at customer care number[protected] around 4 00 pm 0n 19th June 2010 when some Mr. Tariq picked up call. I apprised him of irregularities during last recharge and that different tariffs were given to me even when I described the then customer care official somewhere in June 2009 which led to so many difficulties throughout the year. So, much so that I mailed so many complaints including call at customer care number[protected]. I mailed the same contents at different blogs and all available numbers/ mail addresses of DTH. Atlast when I used harsh languages at different Indian Complaint Boards and to higher official then only then they did respond that too bleakly. Till a person named Mr. Bijoy sahoo came to my rescue and helped understand matter. There were frequent disconnections/ disruption of services without my prior knowledge though I already paid the amount as suggested by customer care officials of DTH but it continued throughout year that either one pack or another pack of any of my four VCs . Its Bijou shoo who gave me his personal number to bypass customer care number and other hurdles of waiting at calls like to call in English press1 for Hindi 2, so forth and so on? You will be surprised to see a pica which I clicked from my TV screen after going into my account to see my last date and you yourself will appreciate the FUNNIEST ACCOUNT DETAILS by you.( see below).
                            Now, to avoid all this hunch and bunch today I asked Mr. Tariq to connect me to floor supervisor and he did connect me to escalation department of which Ms. Sanjana picked the phone. She was also ignorant about most of policies and tariffs of the DTH and were frequently using the commonly used words by any customer care officials anywhere like:---- I am sorry for inconvenience/I sincerely apologise/I will do my best so forth and so on.When I did ask her about the amount I need for recharging by explaining the number and channels I want on particular VC she calculated amount for 4 VC as Rs. 13860/- whereas same explanation were given to Mr. Tariq and he gave me amount to be deposited as Rs.14676/-. Two persons of same organization giving such difference in amount for same channels and VC means that customer care of DTH needs complete renovation in order to survive the market else the negative impact of the same is as clear as res ipsa liquotor ( speaks for itself). She did promise me to call back at 7 00 pm as mostly floor supervisors / officials of escalation department give but never get back same happened as no call back is received as I am writing this mail at 7 35 PM. Such horrible experiences with DTH is deterring me to again opt to DTH but its only that I have to change all four VC numbers along with set top box will need further expenditure from my side and for DTH it would be nothing just losing a mug from sea water.
                            Keeping in mind the above facts I request you to please send me in written the amount to be deposited as per details narrated to Ms. Sanjana of Escalation department and Mr. Tariq who first picked up the phone coz it wud be quite difficult for me to narrate all things again and again at the earliest at my mail [protected]@sify.com.

                            Dish TV — frequent change of channels

                            Ms./ DISH TV had been switching of many channels off and on. They have so far stopped ETV- Rajasthan, CNN IBN, CNBC AWAAZ, and now Star one. They are clearly voilating the MRTP Act, but the Government Department controling them is silent, may be some burocrates have got their hands full ??

                              I had purchased Dish Tv Dth services from Vijay Sales Borivali west by invoice No.06-bro6-10SCID 437 as on[protected], M/s A.S.VISION INFOTECH (Goregaon) has installed dish at my Terrace (receipt No.33736 dt.11/06/10 ) and has started their services on 11th . But Today there is no telecast and services at my dish. As I made complain to customer care today they says that it will not work in Monsoon.Today there is no heavy rain here but still not there is no service.

                                Sir I have taken new Dish TV connection and paid one year subscriptin and expiry date was 16 Jul 2010. Sir company autometic activated some program witch i was not aware means with out asking me and i donot know and more ever blemming me that you should have inform for deactivation sir how can i inform when i donot know about activation

                                Sir my only request is i have selected a plan for one year and paid so i should see that program for one year. since last two months it is disconnected and i am suffering writing co also but there reply are as such

                                We would like to inform you that as per our records Extreme Entertainer a-lacarte pack was activated on VC [protected] as a free a-la-carte pack at the time of activation till 16/09/2009. It has been converted into paid a-la-carte pack from 17/09/2009 as you have not submitted the deactivation request of free a-la-carte pack. Billing has been generated for that period. so renewal date of the VC has preponed to 21/04/2010.


                                It is requested you that kindly do need full and please give me three months remainig free activation which i paid. Thanking you

                                    My self devang chudasama, a customer of Dish TV DTH service. Sir I am connected to DishTV since 2 years and I have renewed my connection very recently. Sir I paid for the costliest package( Like maxi and titanium) till my last renewal.This year I wanted to change my package and I choose for the new economical package which is not like maxi and titanium. I have paid online and got the confirmation from my bank, Now when I called up to DishTV, they have told me that your package require to downgraded then only u can get the new package, I said, pls do it but then they said that you require to pay downgrade charges Rs.40.

                                    Sir, I really wonder what is the justice behind chargeing Rs.40 to customer. I request and compaint that this charges should be removed for all the customer. This is abuse of the customer for their fundamental rights of choosing the right product.

                                      I had raised a complaint day before yesterday (01-Jun-2010) for no signal in Dish TV. I also have a Extended Warranty Contract (for which I had to pay Rs. 400 more). But still there is no response. When I called yesterday (02-Jun-2010) for status I was informed that the technician will come today(03-Jun-2010), now when I'm calling today(03-Jun-2010), they are telling me the technician will come tomorrow(04-Jun-2010).

                                        I regret to complain that in my account in my TV shows recharge date as 28.05.2010. I have received message in my mobile as DEAR DISHTV SUBSCRIBER, YOU ARE ENJOYING SILVER PACK LOADED WITH ADDITIONAL CHANNELS AT A PRICE OF RS. 113.00 TAX PER MONTH.YOUR NEXT RECHARGE DATE IS 28.05.2010 ON 03.05.2010 AT 01:11:30 (you can check the same from your system). I have recharged for Rs. 450.00 today (on 26th May 2010). Besides that Rs. 20.00 has been deducted from my account for delay recharge charges why this? I can’t understand your system. I have SMS RECEIVED FROM YOU AND A MESSAGE IN MY ACCOUNT THAT MY NEXT RECHARGE DATE IS 28.05.2010 THEN WHY RS. 20.00 HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. I CAN SEND THIS SMS IF YOU GIVE ME YOUR CELL NO. PLEASE NOTE THAT I SHALL NOT BEAR THIS 20.00 RS. DEDUCTION AND YOU HAVE TO REVERT IT BACK ANY HOW.
                                        I talked Ms. Manju (customer care officer) at 11.20 hrs today. She suggested me to reconfirm my recharge date periodically with you. If your system does not show correct date then why are you giving it in my account? Is it your policy to misguide customer by giving false date and then collect delay recharge charges? Earlier there was a problem of deactivation of ala carte and due to mistake of your officer I have suffered loss in due date (complain faxed on 03.05.2010)
                                        Do note that such type of practice and carelessness creates dissatisfaction among the customers and disgraces your prestige.
