I have Recharge Golpack(6 month Subscribe) on 03.02.2011. including Ten Cricket Ten Cricket Runing Properliy for 27 Day's but after 27 day's (Ten Cricket) Unsbscribed chanel showing on tv scrine. i have all ready subscribe (for 6 month from 03.02.2011 to 08.07.201) of ten cricket. but ten cricket remove on gold pack. i have contact dish tv trough e-mail and voice call. but hi is seys me " We have remove ten cricket on gold pack. we have no any help for this matter". Dear sir pls help me & solve my Problem.

Dear Sir.
I am a sports fan. So i subscribe Dish TV. In the advertisements of Dish TV i saw Bring The Cricket fever into your home. In dish TV i see 3 only cricket channels which are Star Cricket, Ten Cricket and neo cricket. I didn't get neo cricket because i am a south silver pack customer. I want that channel And my dearest sports channel Ten Cricket also. In Ten cricket i see a massage like "unsubscribe Channel". Please give me both channel in my south silver with no extra coast.
dish TV is poor, thats why they are making money like this ...go for reliance or tata ...they are big shot company ...
I have plantnium pack but still i am unable to see tens cricket !!! with 350 Rs recharge

beggers never improve !
Shame on Dish TV.

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        I am Abhinav Mallik and I had taken DISH TV connection on the fateful day 29th September 2010 by paying Rs. 1590 online and my recharge due date was 6th Jan 2011. I recharged my account with Rs.500 on 6th Jan 2011 and I received a confirmation SMS on 6th jan 2011 from DISH TV confirming the receipt of Rs. 500 for paltinum pack Rs. 325 p.m. under trnx no. 80467284. On 7th Jan 2011 I received another SMS saying my next recharge date was 28/01/2011.

        I immediately called up DISH TV customer care and then the saga continues till date with at least 25-30 calls lasting at least 30 mins each and I am yet to get a solution. The only thing that was done is extending the recharge date till 1st Feb 2011.

        Simple mathematics says that if Rs.325 lasts 30 days then Rs. 500 should last 46 days which means my next recharge date should be after 46 days from 6th jan 2011 i.e. 21st Feb 2011 and not 1st Feb 2011.

        I have made several complaints with reference no. being given each time as follows
        52557159 / 52558016 / 52757966 / 53471975 to mention a few.

        I have spoken to junior's and senior's and everyone gives false assurance that it will be resolved soon but of no use. Mr. Nitin Gupta gave an assurance ... Mr. Deepak Khatwani was supposed to call back which he did not. Mr. Pranay has given assurances a couple of times.. and latest Miss Sarvjeet on 26th jan 2011 assured that it will be solved and on calling again I spoke with Buvnesh at aroun 5:59 p.m. on 26.01.11 and he could not connect my call to his senior Ms. Sen so he said that someone will call me back within 15 mins.but I am still waiting.

        These guys have given all sorts of excuses that UTV ala carte & Neo Sports ala carte is active in my account hence my monthly rent becomes Rs. 398 ...but I would like to state that I had deactivated these ala carte packs long back and they were not showing up since 6th JAn 2011 but still they are charging for that. Evem if I consider Rs. 398 p.m. then too Rs. 500 recharge would be valid for 37 days and not 21 days as in my case.

        In fact I also sent an email to [protected]@dishtv.in on 16.11.2011 but no one cared to call back.

        I do not have any more time nor energy to talk to DISH TV Customer Care on phone and my main concern is that not only this time but in furture whenever I will recharge DISH TV will wrongly debit me like this time.

        I would request you to kindly help as DISH TV will deactivate my services from 1st Feb 2011 for no fault of mine.

        i had been an user of DISH (RISK) TV from 2005 till 2010 june in mumbai, I too have seen money being deductede for no reasons, awful poor callculations and all, telling me abt freebies, additional seetime etc, i got fed up with this and now i am using asianet at home at trivandrum since 2010 july.
        change ur service, else u will get pissed off with them agian

          I purchased DISH TV service online using the special online offer by paying Rs.690 on the 11th of January 2011
          Installation was done on 12th January 2011.

          Complaint 1:
          Even though installation was done on 12th January I have not been able to view any channels till now. I get an error “301 signal not found”. I have complained several times in writing to [protected]@dishtv.in and on phone to their contact centre.

          I have paid for their services fully and even after 13 days I have not received any service from DISH TV.

          Complaint 2:
          The technician charged Rs.990 for set top box again eventhough I have paid Rs.690 online.

          I registered two complaints with customer care but have received no response.

          Now I have written to their Nodal officer for Chennai and am waiting for a response.

          It has been 13 days and I am out of about 2200 rupees and have not had a single channel yet

          Kid you not, every time I have called their contact centre in the past 10-12 days I have got a standard response from their representatives "Our systems are down. We are unable to look up your account or register a complaint. Please call back after 2 hours". They have said this to me every two hours that I have called!!!

          The only response I have got from them is through their customer care email id "[protected]@dishtv.in"

          It has been exasperating dealing with these people.

          PLEASE DO NOT BUY DISH TV.

          My VC no. [protected] .I am suffering form last three month when i brought the dish tv to my home.I have paid 500/- to the local dealer in the name of installation .After that he said that i am calling DISH tv tachnician they will take 200. they will give you warrenty for 60 days.but they taken 200 & when i called them again, they came & asked for 200/- again in 15day gap.After all the problem is same still it is not showing the channle. I have made 2 telefonic complaints and 8 sms complaint.theas are 14109385, 14098646, 14085623, 14085653, 14033779, 13952583, 13939476, 13863322. After theas complaints one person from dish tv number [protected] contect to me and making fool from one month, he aware of all this but unable to resolve issue.now i stop my renewual, and it has been deactivated.today i gone to dishcare Rewari service center he refusing, he has no complaint regarding and he is not giving reciving if i leav my STB to service center.so, i am guilty of dish tv that i brout it and i dont know how much i have to pay for my sin . do somthing if you can do.

          I am Commander Kapil Mehta serving in the Indian navy presently posted at Wellington at Coonoor near Coimbatore.

          This note is to inform you that your service providers are so pathetic in their service and i have the complete proof for making my allegation.

          I am one of the 300 new connection my cantotenment subcribed to. I paid for a new connection of Dish tv on 22 Jul 08 and was promised that the connection will be activated within 72 hrs, with thw aim to watch the olympics on the dish tv.Today is 24 Aug olympics are over, 33 days after my payment and still my connection remains inactive.

          My vc no. initially was [protected] and set top box no. was DST[protected] . I PATIENTLY BELIEVED IN MR BABU THE local dealer and finally registed a complaint for both againest the dealer as well as my inactive connection on 10 Aug . complaint no.15103855 and was promisednstern action by a mr vinay in the customer care.result nothing happened

          Finally mr vikas from chennai contacted and his team declared on 21 Aug that there was a problem with my set top box ...imagine your dealers and technicions took 28 days to realize that there was a problem.On 23Aug a new set top box was installed with the no. 0848ABF20DS08676 .

          Again it was assured that my connection would become active within 24 hrs result nothing happened

          Now mr vikas of the chennai office and mr babu the dealer have stopped taking any calls and therefore i have to resort to writing on the net.

          i assure you that i will post my complaint in all possible forums proving the mental agony and the cheating your company resorts to . i am also trying to write to mr subash chandra and to all the blogs of which i am a member.

          as far as your customer care no is concerned why dont you try it once and i assure you that you will be on hold for a minimum of 15-20 mins before a rep picks it up. great going

          Dish TV should pay a reasonable amount as decided by consumer court for the loss incurred by my family in not able to watch the different channel those could not viewed by us because of loss of channel for which we have paid the subscription from November 2006 to November 2008. (At least Rs.3, 00, 000/-)
          Hiii i Am Himanshu Naidu, I Got Dish Tv Connection In 2 January 2009 . I Have Seen all channels with no any disturbance only 15 days after 15 days i have booked daily one complaint about my dish tv but there is no service provided by dish tv call center they logged our complaint but no any action will be taken ..

          my personal suggeestion for all others is that please do not purchase DISH TV

          i m not happy with ur service.it's 2 months ago, i bought dish tv & now it have so much problem. most of times it shows that"conditional access" problem.now its showing "no signal found".           I am customer of your No. 1 (?) service provider company. my VC no. is [protected]. On 29 th September 2010 I recharged 200 rs. but by mistake recharge done on VC no. [protected]. I registered complaint against this but till date problem is not resolved. I am taking followup everyday 5 yo 6 times a day. some points regarding this communication with your executives on your customer care number.
          1) Every time your executive told me that your problem will get resolved in 2 hrs.
          2) Every time they said that your complaint is in process.
          3) today on 3/10/2010 my account got active on paylater basis for 3 days upto 5/10/2010. I didnot requested for that. And your executive told me that I have to pay 20 rs. for that I have never given request. Then how you recharge my account without my information? And why I have to bare 20 rs?
          4) today on 4/10/2010 one female executive told me that I have called today only and no record of calls showing from 29/10/2010. Infact from 29/10/2010 I am calling everyday 5 yo 6 times per day. how it is possible?

          Today's condition is my problem is not resolved yet. and The amount 200 rs is not credited in my account. Till now your executive is saying that your complaint is under process. Its rediculous.

          On 29/09/2010 I have provided all the details regarding this about dealer ID, shop name, mode of payment. But yet problem is not resolved.

          If you are not able to solve the problem, and I am not getting satisfaction from your side, then please disconnect my account and take my dish and set top box in your custody. Now I will prefer another service provider's service rather than you. Because you are not able to resolve my problem within 3 days.

          You are very fast in service and with good quality, so I was preferring your service. But this is the worst experience I have faced from your side.

              today morning i had called customer care centre of dish TV and given the complaint against shiva shakti associates Bangalore-21, who have negligently recharged on 16-12-10 ,but not changed my package to silver package as requested(receipt no. 308 of shiva shakti associates dated[protected]

              due to this my recharge date has been preponed almost by one month and the connection has been deactivated unilaterally by dishtv.it is atrocious and amounts to cheating by dishtv.In my complaint I have held the dish tv responsible for all the mess created by its Representative Shiva Shakti Associates Bangalore. I call upon you to set right the things immediately without charging me any penalty,failing which i will be compelled to withdraw from clientale of dish TV and no more recourse to you.

              I booked Dish tv on 7th feb saturday, and the appointment was made, 3 days back that means on 4th feb.
              They booked order, call came from Noida (Customer Service Centre) . They gave confrmation that it will be done by 12th feb. Today is 13th feb evening, i came to know Shiva Shakti Associates was never aware of this. Even they had an AIRTL number:[protected].
              I tried calling this number 8times a day for 7 days, every time phn is nt reachable.
              aftre 8 days they are saying the phn number is incorrect:
              the correct numbers are :[protected] and [protected].

                All,

                I had paid annual payment of Rs 3550 after seeing Dishtv sms for Platinum+UTV pack offer. I paid via dishtv website link...surprisingly i got subscribed only for 10 months and no UTV subscription.

                When i spoke to customer service rep, after a very poor response as usual, they said i am not eligible for this offer as i did not make this payment using my dishtv login id and password.

                This is clear cheating...how does it make a difference whether i pay online at dishtv site or using dishtv login account as long as they get full amount. If they are not resolving this...this is probably the last recharge i made....will throw dishtv out of my house.

                DISHTV customers beware.....New customers beware...!!!

                  Refer to my VC No. [protected]/ mob. No. [protected], my next renewal date was 12/01/11, and i have recharged my VC on 10/01/2011 by Rs. 150/- through rechargeitnow.com and the transaction was success. But surprisingly my VC was disconnected on 12/01/2011. on query i heard that the payment made through net was not received by DishTV. NOW, I paid Rs. 200/- to reconnect the same on 13/01/11, from my repayment of Rs. 200/- DishTV has deducted Rs. 20/- as reconnection charge. Although no tracing about my Rs. 150/- which already deducted from my account. Asking for bank statement/ scanned copy etc, where as i have produced the transaction details of rechargeitnow.com. Who will take care of my payment which i already made, is this payment through such site rechargeitnow.com is not safe ? Please guide me not only for correct solution but i need the preventive measure against harassment i got. Please.

                  Despite my latest previous and repeated complaints at customer care centers, by mail at [protected]@dishtv.in and customer care blog I am sorry to say that the complaint is still persisting . Even though Mr Gurdeep and Mr neeraj ID 766 callled me on 9th March and I told them details of all channels I want of each of my VCs still many channels are not being shown. Even next renewal date as told by Mr Neeraj ID 766 as December 2010 my next information from customer care when I was again calling for channel disparities the next renewal date was told me in November 2009. One year difference. No body tried to clarify that why this is being done . This shows the way customer care of dishtv is working. They are really looting customers and I&B ministry shud look into matter. None of their official at customer care are giving which is consistent to one other. Some says onethng other totally differs. Such indifferent, callous and ridiculous behaviour needs high level inquiry and I request that my this mail be treated under RTI ands required fees may be deducted from my account. Despite everything being narrated to highest of their official of ranks of chief executive CC Mr Gurdep and MR Neeraj ID 766 supervisor daily my channels are being changed without prior information. This is highly objectionable and causing so much tensions and frustration in customers like me and now DISHTV should give me all available channels at all my VCs as compensation. Moreover I was promised three times when I wanted to talk to supervisor that they are busy and will call me back. It never happened. Earlier also same kind of drama is being done by Dishtv officials. They are like dogs tail which seems never to be straight. May I now ask how many times I have to call Customer care for same reasons. This reflects their idiotic, nonsense, ridiculous and callous attitude like . Is their any law to punish such officials who despite personally talking to me and despite that I had given them all details they still doing nonsense behaving like brainless creatures. Their such attitude are health hazards to customers as their repeated asking same question on customer care centre after getting them after so much efforts that first press star then press 1 then 2 and so on. This is highly objectionable and necessitates strict action at social an dlegal level. Even dogs get trained in that much time. Now I ask Mr Gurdeep and Mr Neeraj to explain their or theirs officials attitude and harassing customers. They still despite such mails and calls are behaving as . I am sending one copy of this to Highest of Govt. Officials in IB ministry and also written to media and ministry to have some restraints on them so that they should not act in INSANE manner and should be answerable. All complaints should be given feedback by senior officials. I also request you to kindly provide me address of owner of the company with request that such negligence in future should be taken as financial frauds as Satyam company type. I want to know how long they will continue to behave in such animal like behaviour without any sense of responsibility.

                  Doctor I fully agree with your position on Dish TV.This one of the worst ever customer care I have come across.Most of the time you end up speaking to some representative who doesnt say anything except apologies, has no clue what is to be done refuse to allow you to escalate issue further keep telling you notorious procedures on "back end"calling back and system showing problem resolved.You may get several calls back invariably at late hours in the night sometimes even telling you problems is solved.You are sure to get your BP raised to alarming levels.The technicians who come for installation do not carry right tools or equipment, do not have satellite tracking meters, keep complaining about their working conditions etc etc.Pathetic indeed.If they spend a small part of the money they are spending on Shahrukh khan the customers would be a happier lot.I also have a Tatasky connection and the support mechanismis exemplary.
                  I have also faced the same problem. I made a payment through their website of Rs 350 and the transaction was successful. I also have an email confirmation, the money is also deducted from my account. However, when I informed them about the same they said that they have not received any payment and I need to wait or call the bank. This is utter rubbish and they are just looting the customers.

                      Sir, I, the dishtv customer with Smart Card No.[protected] am unable to see SVBC Channel since a fortnight. I waited for these days. However, I could not get it even to this day. Please update it and inform at the earlier. Our Dish TV Agent in Bangalore is not attending problems properly and demands money for his every visit. Due to the repeated fault of the antenna or something I do not know, I am having this problem. However, I was demanded money every time. How is possible? Shall I approach Consumer Forum? Or will you do the needful?

                        My Dish Tv VC No. is [protected].

                        Three times I called the customer service No. and I was on hold for long time and after that it was disconnected from other side.

                        My connection is presently "Signal not found".
                        The mechanic/service man is very busy so could not attend the complaint for more than three days.
                        I think Dish Tv should have more than one mechanic for the same instead of only one.
                        Since the services are very poor so I may get connected with other providers like Tata,Airtel.

                        Looking forward for some solution.

                          i have dishtv connection for last 2 years no. VC[protected]. in the month of sept-october 2010 they actvate extra channel without my request and charged the amount from my balance. when i contacted to agent he told he is unable to do anything and give me the number of customer care but no one response. then on next recharge i again request to the agent but all futile. then i complained to customer care on[protected] after the recharge on[protected]. they response we will do something but nothing happened. then i complained again on 3-11-10 but samething, then again on 11-11-10 twice then they response as follows
                          "Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                          Thank you for writing to dishtv.

                          We would like to inform you that package of your VC [protected] could not be downgraded, as per request number 48357798 your contact number was not contactable for the same.

                          Please note that in order to downgrade the packages, the request must be received within 7 days of renewal of VC. After 7 days, Rs.200 additional is required, out of which Rs.40 would be deducted as downgrade charges and rest Rs 160 would be adjusted to your billing.

                          Kindly revert with payment confirmation so that needful can be done.

                          Good Afternoon,

                          I am Mukesh sawale VC number :[protected] has given Three complaint as, 21730164, 21774708 and 21812486 first two are closed because resolution given.Getting a call as Pay Rs 600 for installation why should i Pay I have taken this connection in Bigbazar offer subscription free for 3 month with BIGBAZAR TV.Moreover when I am calling to contact center all CSR simply disconnection a call.

                          IVR is very long need to wait for 15 to 20 min for call get connect, Even call get connect it is getting disconnected by csr, Is this a customer service? Pathetic and all CSR need to be terminated on the spot when they disconnect a call.

                          This is my request for Management If you have any concern for customer please check for CSR those who disconnected a call and take a necessary action. will request you please solve my SR as soon as possible. Other wise will go to the consumer Forum...

                              I C.Hari Krishna Prasad visit dish tv site on 3rd dec 2010.For online customers there is an offer 990/- cash back offer.I spoke to customer care people and confirm that offer and i booked new dishtv connection on 4th dec 2010 through online make a payment through ICICI bank debit card at that time there is confirmation from dishtv and reply from CCavenue we received payment we will install 3 to 5 working days but they installed after 10days(i.e.,13th Dec2010) with i forward 2mails complaint against installation to customer care after then they installed on 13dec2010 that is the 1st mistake of Dish Tv.
                              At the time of installation i call to customer care and ask about 990/ cash back offer they told me first you install the dish tv and mail to customer care please activate the cash back offer (which voucher book is given at the time of installation)they will activate the offer.
                              And then 2nd mistake at the time of booking connection they told 990/- cash back offer is not given to me.I call to customer care people they told me the offer is valid up to 7th dec 2010,who's installation is in the period of 7th dec 2010. At the time of booking the offer period is not mentioned in the Dish TV site and also customer care people did not tell to me.Today i receive mail from customer care please ask to dealer but delear told me iam not responsible you booked through online and payment through online only they send the dish kit on 13th dec 2010 we are not responsible.please call to customer care.From last 15days they are playing with me why should i suffer for dish TV side mistake.They cheated the customer like that at the time of booking they said sweet words after booking the connection and payment is over they tell another words.I call to customer care people daily and 21st dec 2010 they told me simply your are not valid customer.But mistake is happen from dishtv side.I pay cash on 4th dec 2010 they did not install with in time.But till date no response from dishtv side.they didnot slove my problem.

                                    DishTV NDTV channels show a footer scroll statement along the lines "Dear Subscriber, all NDTV channels (list of NDTV channels) will be removed from our platform shortly". This message appears to be overlaid on the channel video (like the DishTV logo and scrolling just above it).

                                    Customer support says they don't know anything about it.
                                    This is after they put me on hold for five minutes multiple times to 'understand' the problem with no progress in their understanding.

                                    Attempt to escalate on their phone support gives a hold time of 30 minutes!!!

                                    Pathetic Service.
                                    Anyone else with similar observations on the NDTV channel issue? What about other DTH providers?

                                    For the record, my DishTV request number for these conversations with their customer support is 51972420.
                                    And, I completed a 30 minute hold-time for getting an 'escalation' on the customer-support -- coz I was quite confident it was a fake...
                                    The automated hold message counted down from 30 minutes and finally stalled at "estimated hold time is 1 second" in a loop :-)
                                    All this time the NDTV Profit channel continued to show the message scroll periodically while the stock news for the day completed and was followed with the US blizzard report.

                                    Service is an interesting word for this BS.

                                      my parents recieved legal notice that they been steeling dish tv services since 2005.however my parents has been using sky since 2005.it seems very doggy after 5 year they send the accumulated bill for 5 years.what they been doing all this time never contacted,no notice and suddenly presented bill.its a matter of worry if companies treat you like this not been using there service or swiched to another supplier.seems they been punishing you because you are not their customer anymore.very offending poor allegations from companies like them.

                                      worst service from Dishtv they cheated customer through offers no resposne from customer care and nodal officers.
                                      very very bad company dont by dish tv.Please take connection from local cable operators.They is no response from customer care people every time we told that from first.after giving our complaint no response from their side.why could we suffer for dish tv connection.i think hassle free connection is local cable operator. I suggest to every one dont buy dishtv connection
