Sir,

I have made to may mails to customercare but no response or out come has received. Now I am to inform you that I have purchased a dishtv from authorised
dealer at Lucknow . Dealer has
assured/committed me that all free channels will be regularly telecast afeter the
complition of paid period. It works for some time, but after expiery of 10
days dishtv withdraw one by one-free channels. Now all news channels
including entertainment channels except DD News have been withdrawn. It is
hard to understand for me, why your dealers committed unnecessry things
which you cannot fulfill.
it is my humble request to you to kindly restore the services (free
video channels) at the earliest. so that me & my family smoothly enjoy
dishtv services. for this act of kindness i shall be thankful to you.

Dish TV India — Shoddy services!

sir, already i have paid 262 rupees for my dishtv reactivation purpose on before my actual due date on 11 feb 2008.still now i cant able to respective paid channales.so to take my compliant as well as to rectify my problem as soons as possible.

My name is Mr.Wendil Smith and my DishTv VC # is [protected] and as always I make my pmts via ITZ card...but what is very suprising is the YOU dishtv people do not get details not is my connection activiated even after pmts are made, ...while you do not wait a single minute to disconnect connections ...

Please act as soon as possible before this issue moves to a different level.

Our subscription Sim No. [protected], is completed on May 1st. Hence we want to recharge the package. but I d'ont know, how to recharge. and I wanted to add the all kannada channels and Discovery and sony setmax. please tell me the procedure.

i have registered an account on dishtv and unfotunately i have forgotten my password.my email is [protected]@gmail.com. at the time of refistration.my vc.no. is [protected].i shall be grateful to you if you send me my password.i made this complaint because everytime when i try to send me my password no respond have been made.thanking you.
It is noticed that My Dish Account display information is blocked after flashing for a very little time & than reset it 00.00 whereas it is very useful information for the consumer & it must remain flashing during full valid period for the shake of all consumers. Blocking this information amount to deceive the consumer, therefore it is very strongly recommended that take immediate corrective action
