[Resolved]  Dish TV — accounts and activation problems

I am a customer of distv for four years every year when i recharge i pay for the whole year. when i request for movie on demand and additionals channels , i don't pay for it they adjust the amount and prepone my recharge date. But unfortunately after few days they deactivate the additional channels and when i question them about deactivativation without my request they are unable to give explanation they transfer the call and today they put me on hold for more than half an hour they say they will call back they don't do promptly every time i call, it will be different person i have to repeat my problem.

TOTAL=Rs,6660 My date of RECHARGE 15th OCT I Subscribed for Discovery Blitz on20th OCT for Rs.25 per month in both my V C's for Rs.600 so they preponed my date to 20th sep now they have deactivated Discovery Blitz in my child connection and they asked me to subscribe which is again they will adjust and prepone my recharge date for which they have already done earlier.
