DishTV — channel not update after lots of complain

i have lots of complain about my channel upgrade in customer care but after that no body solve my problem since 26th of april to last 1st of may and told to excutive i want to talk to your senior but they was never transferd my call to senior and they never intrested to talk with me .plz
solve my probleme as soon as i m now irriate due to your service .

mera vc no [protected] hai maine 04/06/2009 ko RS.130/ Package ka paisa jama kiya hai magar sony, sab, star gold, zee news ke alava koi channal dikhai nahi deta

HI... this is cyrus from pune. My complain about ur channels.IN begning, on your dish t.v. KBS channel was caming. Bt from few months its nt coming. oN others dish t.v like airtel, tata sky. its preview. please i like that channel very much.plz countine it.

I have purchaged dish tv with silver pack and I want to see cnbc aawaz channel because i am a share broker. but I can't see this channel
this channel is very must for me.I request you can take to me extra rs.for this problem please solve this problem early.
