Dear sir/madam,
I have done dishtv platanum pack recharge for a month, on 18th october 2009 ie tody at 10:55hrs.
my complaint is that even after payment of 358 Rs online from SBI Debit card , my account of dish tv has not been activated.
so i m requesting do the needful please.

I just rechage with dish tv online registration form and completed banikng transaction but it not redirect to main page .
i got narration in my A/C "CCA12AGER556-Avenues India Ltd"
but still m not get recharge..

    My Dish TV VC Number is [protected] and since 30 days the "My Account" info bar are not
    updated when i called customer care they says after 15 minuts your "My Account" info will be update
    but the info bar is not update since 30 days so please resolv mu problem.

      I lodged a complaint regarding a signal problem I am facing since last month. They said that they will send a technician within 24 hrs. Tow they call me and said that we resolve the complaints within 24-48 hrs and our technician will reach ur address by 7 pm. Now that more than 50 hrs have passed since I lodged the complaint, and despite my two reminders, no one has turned up till now. I have recharged my connection again last week as their continuous reminders keep coming and once they deactivate the connection, another 4-5 days are required for re-activation.
      My registered mobile number is [protected]. All the relevant info can be obtained through this number.

        Hi
        I would like to complain the authorities to stop sending SMS on my mobile no-[protected] which are always related to promotional schemes.Its a nuscence when you receive the same SMS many times in a single day.If you want to make a customer aware of the scheme a single SMS is enough.Sending so many messages simply means harrassment.I would expect the authorities to take immidiate action and stop the SMS on my cell phone.
        SMS received is from TM-DISHTV,my cell operator is BSNI-CELLONE,area-nagpur-maharashtra.

        Please tell the solution. I'm also recieving 10-15 sms per day from DishTV. If this continues I'm gonna lodge harrasment case against DishTV India.

              I have a dish tv connection barring VC no:[protected]. I have recharged this vc on 07/10/2009 for a gold package for Rs.500. I was promised by their customer service people that i will get free alcarte package worth of Rs100 for this recharge. Hence i have opted for a alcarte package "Tamil Bonanza" .But the channels pertaining to this al carte package was not received at my end till today (10/10/2009 at 6:00 pm). I have spoken to their customer service several times and also loadged compliants through email.( The comalaint nos are[protected] 3)SRC-09/10/[protected]SRC-10/10/[protected] But no use. till this time i have not received the channels under the said package. even the comapny maintains that it was activated from their end. Also when i spoke last time at 2:55 pm today (10/10/2009) to their customer service Executive Mr.Manikandan, he loadged a complaint no 29951827 and promised me that some senior technical person speak to me within 2 hours (ie on or before 4:55 pm) to resolve the issue. but noboday called me sofar (6:00 pm) and resolve the issue. Also i spoke to one of the team leader on 09/10/2009. He also promised to rectify things within 2 hrs. But all my efforts are in vain, For getting Rs100 Free al carte, i have spend nearly Rs200 on my phone bill in last 2 days. Can any body help me to resove this issue?

                i recharge my pack at 5/10/2009 at 10:00 a.m and tyey said there are no received the payment in your account i have thans id i also send e mail in dish tv but my problem was not solved i recharge my pack 250 every month this type problem occur

                    I have recharged my Dish TV account for 06 months with gold package but still i am receiving Conax Conditional Access on the channels like Star Cricket, Star Sports, ESPN, Star Plus etc

                        i have recharge my account no.[protected] on 21-09-09 at 5 p.m. frm gold pack to platinium pack upgreadition,at that time center said that it will upgread in just 1 hour's,but after 3 hour's it will be not happen,then i ask to custmor care person mr.r.b.gupta then he told me that i have to stik only one chenal 550,then after some time u will upgread u chenal automatically,but after waitingfor 2 hours there is no result,there is no proper answer frm any of dishtv side,so this is called custmor care,when i pay money then i have to want result?but still at 10P.M. OF 21-09-09 I M WAITING FOR MY UPGREDAED CHENAL SO PL. DO SOMTHING FOR THIS MATTER???

                            Hi guys, I renewed my dish TV by online 2 days ago & until now it has not come, there website says it as deactive & the balance shown is zero. what should i do how long will it take more to activate Dish Tv someone please help me I am fed up of Dish Tv problems before the tricked me with parent & child thing & now this year they have not renewed my service what should i do btw I applied for Titanium pack by making one year payment

                              I paid an amount of Rs.700/- to DISH TV for the recharge vide State Bank Ref No. IG10660499 dated 6-9-2009 at 8.36 am, but the amount has not reached DISH TV as per their e mail sent to me and they are harassing me by sending TV message and mob message that your subscription has expired. Please confirm the payment or rfund the same to my account no SB [protected].

                                  Dish TV deducts Rs. 30 from the amount you reacharge, as late fee if you make the payment after the renew date is expired. Dish TV operates in a pre-paid manner where the customer makes payment in advance, they are not providing any post-paid service. In that case, there should not be any late fee. This is ridicules and I strongly object this looting!
