There is some alignment problem of the dish, hence I am not able to watch any channels for the past few days as everytime when I switch on the TV a message pops up "check your set top box is properly connected or call ...". But whenever I call the Dishtv customer care, my call never gets connected or rarely when it connects a phone message that the lines are busy call later. This continues everytime you call the no. The worst is the south zone no which never gets connection and the calls are always diverted and disconnected. My vc no is [protected]

    I'm from Chennai. We are facing a lot of problems from your service center in chennai. For past 2 days the access to dish tv is not proper. We are not getting the signal. There is no relay for past 2 days. In chennai your service center members are not even lifting the phone, if we call them. They are that much busy. There is no response from Dish Dealers and Service center in Chennai.We are totally fed up with your Service provided in chennai.. Kindly do the need ful immediately, to be with Dish tv in future.

    With reference to the VC NO, The following major complaints we are facing a last one week
    *)in manual mode i changed LMP number, due to this i unable to access this dishtv. In the T.V screen shown no service is installation this one asked setupbox processing for further transaction. plz suggest me immediately how can i rectify mistake? plz do needful for the same. plz reply immediately above mentioned mail id.
    I have shifted to bangalore recently, bought a LED LCD LG television and received a free coupon from TATA SKY.Have no complaints about the dealer who sold tv as it was installed the very next day but TATA SKY is perhaps the WORST of all connections.Firstly, they never take a call and the call centres are not even toll free nos...so ur mobile bills are piling ...and even i[censored] get on someone they hardly bother.Its been more than 30days and I have lost all my patience waiting for them.So I Think i`ll have to take locak cable or some other connection..

      I m a Jayesh .Earlier when i bought Dish tv, the company assured us that they will continue to offer free to air channels winthout recharging with coupon. But now they are not completing their promise. now i m thinking that i had made a mistake with buying this product .Sincerely please help me the company officials to sort out this problem.

        I have recharge utv ala carte pack but i have not got it free as shown.It cut my balance from my

        my vc no. is [protected] i have recharge through mobile, when i send msg from my mobile to add a la carte pack a relpy msg come "dear dish tv subscriber SMS received is in correct.i want to add a la carte pack of "Extre Life style" Code Number : 2430
        i have same problem we recharge alacarte - it comes only 24 hours andt hen we get message saying it is not part of our package. this is for english entertainment and english joy. What is the problem ? why come for 24 hours and then stop?
        i have paid subscription for HD premier pack for 6 months till Aug 2014, can dish tv remove channels like colors HD from my subscription add it into a la carte and ask me to pay 65 rs/month as additional cost.

          Dear Sir,

          I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have bought Dish TV connections i.e.VC #[protected] in the name of Mr. Vishnu Khandelwal / gupta.

          on the date of approx 11 july 2009 i recharge my dish tv card with retailer whose recharge number is[protected] and serial number is [protected] with Rs250.
          but my Dish TV is not yet activate. i call again and again on Dish T.V Custumer Care last many days that number is [protected] and [protected] but i couldn't get any response.
          So kindly Check my conection and activate it as early as soon.

            I WAS THE DEALER OF DISHTV AND I'VE STOPPED DISHTV SALES

            BECAUSE ITS 3RD CLASS SERVICE PROVIDING TO ITS CUSTOMERS.


            PLEASE NOTE THAT I WANT TO DO A COMPLAINT REGARDING DISHTV'S SERVICE.

            KINDLY NOTE THAT DISHTV IS NOT PROVIDING DD CHANNELS THROUGH IT'S

            SATELLITE CALLED NSS-6 AT 95 DEG. EAST. ACTUALLY DISHTV IS SHOWING

            ALL THE DD CHANNELS FROM DD-DIRECT PLUS PACK BY IT'S NEAREST

            DD'S SATELLITE CALLED INSAT-4B AT 93.5 DEG. EAST.



            SO THE MAIN ISSUE OF COMPLAINT IS THE CUSTOMERS WHO IS USING DISHTV

            ARE FACING THE PROBLEM OF DISH ALIGNMENT PROBLEM.

            DISHTV IS PROVIDING ONLY 60 DAYS SERVICE TO IT'S

            CUSTOMERS REGARDING DISH ANTENNA ALIGNMENT PROBLEM.

            SO THE PROBLEM BECOMES AT ANY TIME AND MOST OF AFTER WARRANTY PERIOD.

            AS PER PERCENTAGE ATLEAST 80% CUSTOMERS ARE FACING THE PROBLEM OF DISH

            ALIGNMENT AND GETTING NO SIGNAL ON THEIR SET-BOXES, AND AFTER THAT

            THEY HAVE TO SPEND 150-250 RUPEES TO ALIGN THE DISH ANTENNA BY CALLING

            ANY ENGINEER OR RELATED PERSON AFTER 2 MONTHS OF WARRANTY.



            SO, I KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE TOLD TO DISHTV TO SHOW ALL

            DD'S CHANNELS THROUGH ONLY BY THEIR OWN SATELLITE CALLED NSS-6 AT

            95 DEG. EAST, SO THAT THIS MAIN COMPLAINT MUST BE RESOLVED

            AUTOMATICALLY BY COMPANY ITSELF.

            Being a customer it hardly matter to their subscribers whether all channels are coming from dishtv or some from DD Direct. Its and advantage for dishtv customers that they have access to all dd direct channels as well through their dishtv.

            Further if your dishtv is aligned properply then you never face any alignment problem. or any signal proplem.

              Sir i have been using this dish tv for 9months and the payments are already done through the agents..now it is showing no access to enter this channel ...................pls fix the problem soon or let us no the problem.my dishtv no ;[protected]

              dishtv. — Non access to subscribed channels

              I am registered customer of dishtv having VC No.[protected]. I got connection for 'DISH PICK MAXI' plan on 28th June 2008 through M/s Krishna Agencies of Surat [Tel.No.[protected]/3995115]on payment of full amount of Rs.3990/-. I opted for 'Dish Marathi' as regional mlanguage in the package. Since that date till Saturday 5th July, I could properly watch all channels. However, suddenly today [Sunday 65h July] I am unable to watch any of the Marathi channels, viz. Zee Marathi, Zee Talkies, Zee 24 Taas, ETV Marathi, Mi Marathi, Sahayadri, etc. and instead fault No. '101 Conditional Acess' appears for these channels asking me to subscrbe for these channels when, in fact, I have already paid the entire subscription amount for full one year in advance. Being Sunday, the phone at M/s krishna Agencies gets unanswered. If this fault is not immediately repaired and such errors occurs every often, I will have to move to Local Cable Operator because if I could not watch my preferred channels at my convenience, the present connection [dishtv] will be of no use.

              Dish TV — No access

              We purchased your connection from your authorised dealer "Classic Sound and Vision(Indore)" on27 th March 2008 whose ID no. is 9310. Our connection was activated on 29 march by your company under the 6 months free skeem. Your company disactivated our connection before the 6 months period in between the months of August and September when we were out of station.After coming on 21 September we find that the connection was closed . Assuming that the due-date has matured( without looking the renewaldate in our records ) we deposited Rs 300/- for 1 monhs renewal and conseqent upon our connection was activated which was again dis activated on 23 october inspite of our request that the renewal date should be 29 october and not an early one. we lodged our complaint on 21 october vide complain number 16825205 and we daily contected dish tv costumer care telephonically ultimately on 29 october your costumer care officer told us that the dealer from whom we purchase Dishtv connection has not deposited the required amount to the company. For that reason the company is unable to activate the connection. We are unable to understand that how this connection was working till now when the amount was not deposited by the dealer.At this junction the company should take action against the dealer and why they have diactivated the connection suffering an innocent costomer. Thank You.

              DishTV — regarding no access

              sir,
              my vc no. is [protected]. i diposit my renewal on 15.12.2008 through Archana Enterprises. but till today my family members unable to see ETV oriya channel. in my last payment this problem occurs at that time we see after 11days. Can i know after depositing renewal why this problem occurs repeatedly. requesting next renewal date is after 3 months from this date in which we able to see ETV ORIYA. because this is your repeat problem.if next suffer then i'll go to consumer court .

              Dish TV — no action NO ACCESS AT ALL

              THIS IS MY 4TH COMPLAIN.I had bought a silver pack 4 days ago.I had send you all my details like vc no., card no., password etc. but you have taken NO ACTION ON MY COMPLAIN at all.your service is the worst that I have experienced ever since in my life. even you do not reply at all . you will soon going to loose all your customers with a service like this.
              I will not have it if you will not renew my account today itself. and let not the others, my friends, relatives have it, if you will not take any action today itself. hw much time do you need for such matters? you have received the payment then when will I have the connection? its been so much time i have wasted on comlaining and messaging. IF YOU CAN TAKE ANY ACTION then take IF YOU CAN'T THEN REPLY SOON SO THAT I CAN BUY SOMEONE ELSE'S SERVICE.
              we had bought a silver card to renew our a/c but we are not getting access of it.we are trying to process since a long time and we are not getting any reply.we are extremely disappointed with the service. we had messaged so many times with all the information like our vc no., card no., password etc. but all in vain.we are constrained to complain.plz take some neccessary action regarding our problem as early as you can.

TILL THIS DATE I COULD NOT VIEW TV BECAUSE IT IS SHOWING NO SIGNAL. COMPENSATION SHOULD BE MADE FOR NONPERFORMING THE SIGNAL/ACESS AND THE NORMALANCY SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY RESTORED.

              no channel visible. in the screen it showing 101. conditional access, conax conditioanl access.

                  I am working in Ambuja Cement Limited unit Rabriyawas, Rajasthan. Ambuja Cement provided me residential quarters along with Dish TV connection. Our company pay the rent for that dish TV in which there are only selected channels and that time topper channel was not coming in my Dish TV.

                    dish tv (zeentwork india's no.1)me RS 40/ for going to higher package to lower price package.& RS 20/ for grace period.no notification given for it.when in another DTH has no charges for that.they shwing on its channels that 125 main 150 chnls.etc. when copon is available in 150rs & dlr sell us in 160rs.(Jay Ambe electronics, Kalol).grace period is only 03 days grace period after that we have to pay 20 more as chrges.also every time after recharging we have to call customer care center & this time also.we have to pay for phone billing.so, dish tv is a cheater & fraud company of india.India's no.1 fraud company.which theft customers money by openly.in my opinion pls. do not purchase dishtv.pls. call me before purchsing dish tv [protected].

                      I am a subscriber of DISH TV from last more then one year and my VC number is [protected]. My renual was due on 24.02.2009 and on approaching the dealer Authorized dealer of DISH TV M/s Prapti Teleshop, Koparli Road, Vapi, Ph:[protected]. I was adviced by the dealer to change the Plan from MAXI to PLATINIUM to enjoy free MOD worth Rs.1440 and he has also given me a leaflet of DISH TV showing details of free MOD worth Rs. 1440 in Platinium pack.I was convinced by the advice and accordingly changed the plan from MAXI to PLATINIUM dated 21.02.2009 by paying renual fees of Rs.1810. As per the plan I was suppose to enjoy the subscription for 6 months from 21.02.2009 to 20.08.2009 with free MOD worth Rs.14440.We have ordered 6 MOD worth Rs.75 each up to June 2009 and suddenly I received a SMS from Dish TV om my Mobile no.[protected] stating to recharge the subsricption before 04.07.2009 to avoid de activation of services due to lack of balance. On enquiring with Customer care they informed me that they have deducted Rs.450 towards 6 MOD that I have ordered on which I asked that they were suppose to be free as per the plan but the custimer cell denied it to be free saying that I can enjoy free movies only on channell numbers 54 or 55 and I was shocked because such instructions were never given to me by the dealer nor is it mentioned any where in the leaf let of DISH TV provided to me by the dealer during renual.
                      Dish TV has alraedy deactivated my services and I want to claim the refund of following
                      =>Rs.450 deducted from my account due to lack of information from the service provider
                      =>additional amount equivalent to amount of time+ energy waste in contacting Customer care
                      =>refund of centre box and other accessories provided by the DISH TV to activate their services and take back all the accessories from me because due to de activation of services by DISH TV I have immediately subscribed to other service provider .
                      Please find attached scanned copy of leaf let for your ready reference which is no where indicating to watch free MOD only on channels 54 or 55.

                          My VC No. is [protected] .Today morning we had complained about poor service of Dish TV customer care. Till now it has not been solved.They asked us to tune to channel number 550 for two hours.We have been doing this from past two days, but nothing is happening.We were denied of watching TV since sunday morning.Even though doing so, the channels which we asked for have never been added.What is the solutoin to our problem, no one is responding properly.We are fed up.Please settle this problem as soon as possible.All the family members are made to waste time on this leaving out their precious work. So please sort it out as soon as possible.

                            My VC NO: [protected].On 5th July at 10.00 AM I requested for change of channels and also requested for addition of two Ala carte packages.Though more than 40 hours have elapsed, I am yet to get the channels I requested for.I have contacted the Dish TV customer care at the interval of every three hours and more than 8 persons have come on the line at differentstages. Eventhogh every person has informed that the matter will be settled within two hours, I am very sorry to say that nothing has been done so far. I am very much baffled at such a callous and careless attitude.Company like DishTV should note that satisfied customers will give more publicity to the company than repeated advertisement in papers.
                            I have already spent more than 120 calls in making calls/talking to your people. You have a moral duty to reimburse the amount incurred by me. Also, Please solve problem on priority. Instead of stressing on publicity give better service to custoemrs like me who are with you since 4 years. Business will automatically improve.

                            Dish tv has very poor service, many times we get nothing from this, & in rainning season only a single drop of rain is enough for disconnect the service.
                            neosports channel is not yet available. very very poor service, when the rain comes.

My VC No. is[protected] i had done recharge of Rs 257 for gold pack with la carte add on pack on jun 12 but against this i got only 20 days validity for viewing channels they are charging without any reason for changing the plan as they say on the website there is no such information is provided in this. so please help me out against this.

My VC No. is [protected] i had done recharge of Rs 500 for silver pack on 16.05.2009 but against this i got only 86 days validity for viewing channels they are charging without any reason for changing the plan as they say on the website there is no such information is provided in this. so please help me out against this.

                                  I, Sanjeev Sharma, having a Dish connection, vc no: [protected] but not satisfied right from the begnning, there are dealers only to sell scratch cards/collecting the money, but there is nobody to listen the complaints. We are not receiving qulity picture for last two months, while signal missing is a regular practice, we have spoken to the dealer to rectify it, but according to him it is not his job, even demands for money for the visit of his boy, whether he would be able to solve the problem or not.

                                  Please do something I have paid till Sep 2009, if it would not be sorted out I will throw the Dish TV antinna,

                                  My advise to the company is "Inspite of spending a huge amount on advertisement, better improve your services".

                                    Refer to our earlier complaint Dated:[protected], in this regard.Till as on date on action has been taken to start the telecast of Dish TV on my connection VC No.-[protected].Customer people have asked this vc no.atleast 6 times, they should have a record of vc nos.along with it's location, why every now and then they are asking vc no.with customer.Yesterday i made many call on the no.from which i got calls from there side but the call is not connecting and the message is coming that (THIS NO.DOES NOT EXSIST).It is here by again requested that the Dish TV office may please be pressurised to get the telecast immediately started.

                                    We have been informed by customer care of Dish TV that your deposit for happy home plan is exhausted.
                                    But as per the date of subscription of home plan validity is till Oct.2009, this has been informed to customer
                                    care by us.
                                    Customer care representative is saying that the agency at BHOPAL which has got frenchise has not deposited the subscription amount.
                                    And when we have purchased the connection of Dish TV from NUPUR ELECTRONICS, SHOP NO.12, C-SECTOR.OPP.BHEL, P.O, NEAR BAJRANG DAIRY, INDRAPURI, RAISEN RAOD, BHOPAL-21.they told us that 1 year subscription is for 2260 Rs.but now they are saying that you have to pay more for continuation of the services.
                                    It is kindly requested that necessary action may please be taken for the continuation of happy home plan of Dish TV.

                                      I am trying to recharge my dishtv account v/c no [protected] through oxigen pin of amount Rs 150. I had sent near about 6-8 sms at 57575 for recharing of the account till yesterday but no output costing me Rs 3 each SMS . I had also tried through net also but no results. I had also called dish tv customer care thrice after long period of waiting on phone your executive comes on line and they told me that this is the only procedure and they can't help it anymore.
                                      Moreover i tried on IVR but it disconnects(or sometimes doesn't confirm correct v/c number).


                                      please provide me a solution of such a problem.

                                      I had contacted Oxigen Customer Care also but in vain.

                                        We pre-paid for 'Silver Plan' offered by dishtv for a period of 12 months (from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009); we have original receipt for the same. The plan included 125 channels. On April 15, 2009 we stopped receiving signals for several channels that were included in the plan and which were the main channels we watched i.e. 'CNN' and 'FILMY'. We lodged our complaint with dishtv care center in Bhopal (tel. no.[protected] to correct this situation. But nothing was done. We spoke with their employee named Ganesh and Hemant in their Bhopal service center. We have visited their office several times with the request to correct the situation; they promise to rectify the problem but nothing is really done. We want to receive all the channels we have paid for or receive full refund beginning April 15 2009 till December 31, 2009.
