I am working in Ambuja Cement Limited unit Rabriyawas, Rajasthan. Ambuja Cement provided me residential quarters along with Dish TV connection. Our company pay the rent for that dish TV in which there are only selected channels and that time topper channel was not coming in my Dish TV.
My dish tv Smart Card No. Is: [protected]
I have purchased topper channel for one year plan details are following:
Cash card A/c #[protected], Password: 3721, S.no. S[protected], Rs. 950/-, UT-23/01/09IG[protected].
After payment Topper Channel started coming in my dish tv but after three months (App.) topper channel was not coming, so i call customer care deptt of dish tv as per customer care topper channel stop by dish tv and my amount adjust in annual date, as per dish tv my connection is child connection so amount adjust in parent connection.

I am request to you please start topper channel or refund my balance Ruppees in my bank account
