[Resolved]  DishTV — 301 Signal Not Found

Complaint No 30155838 is pending since 30 hours but no respond from DishTV. I have called up 3-4 times and everytime 6hours waiting times has been given .

DishTV — signal not found

Hi I am Mahadev shinde.My vc no is [protected].I am facing the some problem.My Problem is not signal found of any channel.Please soul the my Problem as earlier.My contact no is [protected]
please remind us during our payments. and if possible then please change the current software of it.

we get messege appear on the screen that is- chek your setup box day by day
If you are facing any problem in Signal then just check your alignment or Just switch off your STB from main switch and then on again and rescan and then check. Still if you are facing the same problem then Just Mail to Dishtv customer care for quick resolution of your complaints along with your complete details like VC No, address and contact number.

Yes, I pretty much agree with the pathetic services provided by Dish TV.
The frequency of problem in Signal is very high and when you try to call on Customer care (West) the number is always busy. ( last timeI i tried for 30 times within 12 hrs but it said number busy)...

Would suggest to the prospective customers think 1 MM times before going with DishTV.
I think, govt should also start Portability of Services for TV satellites.. same as we have in Mobile (Mobile Number Portability)
My Name is Syam Kumar & I am a subscriber of Dish TV since 21 Feb 2013. from the begining itself I am facing 301 SIGNAL NOT FOUND error. don't even remember now, how many times I have complained regarding the same issue & for the same every single day even in clear Climate also am unable to watch TV all the time due such a way that the Signals are never constant.

Today at 21:30 I had called you customer care representative Mr. Vivek who is not all listening anything and not try to understand the complaint. Hence I did not get any positive response form him.

I keep losing money on every call to your customer care, Let me know if this issue can be rectified you or I will switch to another provider.

With refference to the above matter I already complaint by SMS to You But no result comes out There after I also complaint/inform to local distributor several time but still now nobody come my home to solve the problem .
