Recharge Problem

We are using dish tv service from last 18months but we are not satisfied regarding recharge process. We are facing late recharge for 2-3days every time. Customer care numbers given by company are never give sufficient support & we are loosing minimum our balance Rs.15-20 each & every time WITHOUT GETTING ANY RESULT.

This time we have recharge our account by Rs.125/- before 2days.but till the date our service is interrupted...

Non availability of Asianet channels

I have registered a complaint through subscriber complaint option of Dish TV on 04.12.2009. The token No SRC-04/12/09-62097. The complaint was not getting the Asianet Channel from 30.11.2009. I am a Gold pack subscriber(monthly)of Dish TV. You are once again requested to look into the matter and solve it immediately.

The service of Dish Tv has been transformed into a cheat one. I recharged for Rs. 200/- as a silver pack customer. Dish Tv charged Rs.4.11 per day in silver package . I purchase Dish TV ITZ cash card, and doing recharge via Internet, the Dish TV website is telling me wrong account number or password. i also sent recharge message to 57575 and still invalid account number or password message comes....
