my self prashant i am a user of dishtv and i renewal my account on the date 23/05/2008 but there is no any responce from dishtv

DishTV — know about renewal

I want know my renewal dt. my vc no. is [protected]

I SUBMIT MY RENEWAL FOR ONE YEAR TO-DAY.BUT I LIGHTED SOME PROBLEMS WHICH I FACEING.
1)I HAVE TWO CONECTION-i.e.A)MOTHER, B)DAUGHTER
2)WHEN STARTED--I KNEW 1 IS RS.300.00 OTHERS RS.100.00
AFTER FEW MONTH I KNEW----RS.100.00 CHANGE TO RS.125.00
3)TO-DAY WHEN I SEND MY SUBSCRIPTION FOR ONE YEAR, THEN I KNEW THAT I SHALL NOT TAKE ANY FACILITY FOR 1 YEAR SUBSCRIPTION.
4)WHTS THE PROBLEM YOUR SIDE? WHY I NOT TAKE ANY ADVANTAGE FOR 1 YR. SUBSCRIPTION?
5) WHY I PAY RS.5100.00? WHY NOTRS.4740.00?
6)PLEASE REPLYAS QUICK AS POSSIBLE.

so there is no issue regarding any billing in ur a/c pls make a call on [protected], or [protected]
cst care no. and they will resolve ur problems

No recharge cards of Rs 500 are available according according to my Dish TV dealer Deep Electronics in Bhopal MP 462001, since past one week your after sales service is very poor in my city Bhopal, I am fed up with all these problems and thinking to change the provider to save myself with the day today problems.
