[Resolved]  DishTV EPRS — account balance nil

I am retailer of my recharge bearing User ID No.254538, on 6-3-2014 I have recharged the VC No.[protected] vide Trasnaction Id No.[protected] instead of VC No.[protected] amounting Rs.500/- actually I have to recharge on vc No.[protected] amount Rs.500/- I request you to kindly refund to my user ID No.254538.

I have recharge my dishtv account of Rs. 250/- VC NO. [protected] on date 29.10.15 my transaction No.is -PMGW[protected] but, after 4 day my account deactivate.

Dish TV — dishtv settop box

Sir my set top box was not working so i complent To dish tv costumer cear and tacniciean come to my home and i pay totle money for him and he goes .but my new set top box not working and tacnician no pike up the phone.
