Harrasment with Dish TV

Dear Editor,

On 30th Oct 09, my son paid Rs. 3,900/- for recharging my Dish TV account VC# [protected]. Since then I am getting an error message “Recharge your Dish TV account to avail services”.

I am being asked to pay an additional amount of Rs. 40 for downgrading my package,however there is no such charges payble if one thinks o[censored]pgrading his/her package....

this is B.S.RAMULU.I want to just say you that i had purchased dishtv last year.and with that pack we had given all the channels for one year.so now the problem is that frm two months iam recharging with the silver pack but i am getting all the channels but the problem is that it is not valid for one month. recently on 27th oct i had recharged with silver card of rs-125 so i request you to kindly activate the silver card plan...

Dish TV charging for Software Upgrade and making it mandatory for its consumers

On 22 Oct 2009 evening, my Dish TV set top box suddenly began displaying the following message on my TV screen which was somewhat like this - "UPGRADE IN PROGRESS DO NOT SWITCH OFF"

I called up the call center and registered a complaint[protected]. The call center employee informed me that a technician will need to visit my place and upgrade the set top box manually. To my surprise he added that I will be charged...

conditional access error problem for all telugu channels

This is srinivasulu reddy,installed dish tv with the VC number is [protected].While accessing telugu channels it is showing the condtional access error.Could you please look in to this issue and solve as earlier.

Complaint No 30155838 is pending since 30 hours but no respond from DishTV. I have called up 3-4 times and everytime 6hours waiting times has been given ....

I have done dishtv platanum pack recharge for a month, on 18th october 2009 ie tody at 10:55hrs.
my complaint is that even after payment of 358 Rs online from SBI Debit card , my account of dish tv has not been activated.

I lodged a complaint regarding a signal problem I am facing since last month. They said that they will send a technician within 24 hrs. I would like to complain the authorities to stop sending SMS on my mobile no-[protected] which are always related to promotional schemes.Its a nuscence when you receive the same SMS many times in a single day.If you want to make a customer aware of the scheme a single SMS is enough.Sending so many messages simply means harrassment.I would expect the authorities to take immidiate action and stop the SMS on my cell phone.

I have a dish tv connection barring VC no:[protected]. I have recharged this vc on 07/10/2009 for a gold package for Rs.500. I was promised by their customer service people that i will get free alcarte package worth of Rs100 for this recharge. i recharge my pack at 5/10/2009 at 10:00 a.m and tyey said there are no received the payment in your account i have thans id i also send e mail in dish tv but my problem was not solved i recharge my pack 250 every month this type problem occur...
