[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Unwanted offer messages | |||
HI, I recieve atleast 5 SMS/day from dominos. I cannot even block the number because they use Internet service to send this number and each time it comes with new ID (ex: TD-097407, TD-092742). I have never registered for this offer updates and when I have called for my order they have never asked if I would like to have offer updates. They are disturbing my privacy and are using my contact information stored in their database without my consent. This TD- messages are very irritating and disturbing. Write in Sms box DOM UNSUB and send it to 5607061
They have an E-mail and SMS opt-out option for continents like North America and other ones. Asia-Pacific region on their website doesn't have that option. It is a deliberate decision of their management it seems. They will allow only if pressurized by the government.
talking rudely ,no information regarding offers,no time limit
almost everytime i order pizza, manager doesnt no about offers, talking very rudely and arrogantly, no fixed delivery time always take 1 to 2 hourslate delivery and pizza was not hot still our staff is arguing
invoice no dpi65929/13-14/70675 i have odered pizza at 9.10pm and recived after 10 after calling more than 2 times and when its delivered to me its was not hot and and when i call back at outlet he is arguing with me for thtRefunding of online payment money
I have made a online pizza order of rupees 333 and made a online payment .but the message sort we can't process ur reqst due to technical issues of restaurant ..I want to know when my money will be refunded as soon as possible. they just keep bombarding me with promotional text messages. we must stop buying their pizzas to teach them a lesson.
